My experience with this site is excellent. I ordered two aftershaves which needed international shipping to England. They are both authentic aftershaves & arrived in just over a week in perfect condition. The tracking service was spot on. The customer service was excellent too. Definitely recommend.

I have only ordered from them one time. I found a really good deal on a bottle of Prada Iris for my girlfriend. It wasn't until after I ordered from them that I read countless horrible reviews. I was very concerned that I was going to be ripped off. I am happy to say that I received the perfume in less than a week And it is 100% legit. I ended up having a very good experience and felt I should come on here and share since there are so many bad reviews.

I ordered a very expensive bottle of perfume because the attractive everyday price plus the special coupon made it too good to pass up. The perfume arrived promptly and was well protected for shipping, but the perfume box itself had not protective wrapping, the box was dented and the bottle itself had fingerprints all over it. The perfume was authentic--so was the box, but I felt like I bought something from the Homeboy Shopping Network. SO glad it wasn't a gift. I didn't contact the vendor because given what I've read, I would get more frustration than it was worth. I would rate customer service as average because the delivery and process were very good. BUT, I would think twice before buying from them again--regardless of the price.

I ordered a perfume for my daughters Christmas gift on the 9th December 2022 but still not the gift and todays date is 22/01/2023. I have send loads of emails asking for a refund but i just get the same automated email say please wait 10 days before contacting them again. Its now been over 6 weeks and no item or refund of £78.
No reply from a human just the stupid autoreply asking me to wait 10 days. I am going to the bank as reporting it as a fraud case and hope they will refund the money as the fragrance shop can't be bothered helping me.
Steer clear of any online buying with this company unless in the current finance state of the country you can afford to throw money away (i can't)!

The Fragrance I ordered isn't sold in any of the department stores anymore. I have purchased it 4 times and I love the scent. I will recommend fragrance Shop to all my friends and let them know my experience. The customer service was great and I will be ordering more fragrances.

They never post any negative reviews. If you notice only the positive (5 stars) are posted. When you ask them why, they just ignore you.
I'm talking from personal experience, when I ordered a TESTER. I post my review how bad it was, discolored, the smell didn't last more than 30sec, it smell more like alcohol. Well they never posted

I placed an order on December 27th, 2021. I did not get any status update which was concerning. I reached out to company multiple times and on January 5th they decided to respond saying that they do not have the products in stock but expecting them. Today, January 11th, they have yet to communicate with me. There is no phone number to reach them. Super Shady, stay away!

This is the 4th time I have ordered from fragrance shop. I have nothing but good to say about the company. The customer service is wonderful. The products are authentic. Delivery is better than advertised. I would definitely order from them again!

I ordered a bottle of 2.5oz Terre d' Hermes and was scepticle after reading the reviews on this website. The bottle/cologne is authentic and arrived in exactly 1 week from NJ to Sydney, Australia. If this isn't good, I don't know what is. Plus, the cologne was the cheapest across online retailers and the shipping was 13$ as opposed to 29$ for others!

I am so pleased that you carry Coriandre and has the best price for this item. It has been hard to find and when I discovered them I was thrilled. I wish they could get the lotion in, because I would love to try it. Very impressed with the service.

I don't know who to blame
Bought a cologne known to last forever
And got a watered down version that lasted about 2 min
I am going to return the unused portion( no refund)
Maybe Houbigant is at fault.

I read the reviews of fragranceshop.com AFTER I placed my order and immediately panicked. Much to my surprise though, I received my D&G perfume long before I expected it to get here (3days) and found that it was authentic. I immediately checked the serial numbers on the bottom of the bottle on several websites. It could be because I'm in the East coast, it could be just me... I will place an order with then again :)

Ordered a cologne for my husband and the item arrived quickly, however, the cologne was shattered when it arrived, obviously damaged during shipping. Called fragranceshop, told them of the situation, took photos of the damaged item, sent them to fragranceshop and received a replacement cologne in a couple of days. No hassle! Needless to say, I was very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future. Thank you.

I ordered 2 products from this seller, i was told one item was in stock, the other one unavailable, i asked for a refund, they then asked me if i wanted a refund on both items or just the one that was unavailable, i replied to them saying that i would like a refund on the one that was unavailable. I am happy to say my unavailable item was refunded in just a couple of days and my other parcel arrived a week or 2 later, considering i live in Austalia, i think this wa great service. I placed an order for 5 bottles of perfume on a Thursday evening. They had a sale, plust the prices were incredible. The order shipped on the following Monday and arrived that Thursday (a week after placing the order). All five bottles were authentic, in sealed boxes and I am very pleased. All were designer brands that would have retailed for at least 50% more at my local department store, plus the shipping was free and I didn't have to pay tax. My experience with this online store was wonderful. I'm cofussed about all the negative reviews, unless it's a case of satisfied customers not taking the time to review this vendor. I didn't check them out before ordering and after reading all the negative reviews was worried. Turns out, I didn't need to be. Based on my experience with them, I would order again worry free.

My experience was fantastic! I just received my creed aventus for half of the price I normally pay and it's the real deal! I had doubt it may not be real but I compared with my old bottle, it's the same exact fragrance. Love it!

I ordered 6 Aramis deodorant sticks and received 6 Aramis anti-perspirant sticks. Unfortunately, there is a huge difference- the anti-perspirant is white and leaves a very visible stain on clothes. I have tried contacting their customer support 4 times and they don't even bother replying. All I asked for was a refund and/or the product I actually ordered- I was and am willing to return the faulty merchandise. I told them I intended to inform the world and this doesn't motivate them to reply to me! Stay away from them!

I placed an order with fragranceshop.com on a weekend, it processed and got my cologne i ordered in a reasonable time as stated on the website/check-out.

However, when i recieved the package today. It was packaged in bubble wrap, but the corner of the box was obviously dented and the bottom of the package had a clear round sticker holding the wrapper closed. In addition, the plastic that the round clear sticker was holding down was ripped on one side.

Based on reviews and what i've seen on the actual package when i got it today. I'm undecided whether i want to return it or not.

I would not mind if i can open it and smell the cologne, because this is for a gift. I do NOT want to gift a cologne that's not real or a cologne that's been OPENED..

They do not tell you that the product is out of stock, then take your money and refund less then they charged. I see that other customers have similar problems.

I couldn't be happier! I ordered 2 perfumes, quelques fleurs and bob mackie from another supplier on 5/30/14 and promised delivery date was 6/10/14. I found out on 6/10/14 after four e-mails to them that they had cancelled my order becasue they did not have one of the perfume in stock and never bothered to advise me. I placed an order with fragranceshop.com on 6/10/14 and recieved it on 6/13/14. Thank you so much - I will order again soon

Hi I had 100ml btl edp coco chanel mademoiselle brought me as a gift. I showed to to some one they said it was fake. An ex boyfriend brought it me. How can I tell if it's fake because he paid £96 for it. Surely they can't sell as real if it is a fake.
