Ordered and received within 10 days. Leaving me time to have suits altered. These suits do not have any support in the breast area. If your a woman with ample breasts, seek out a good seamstress for additional support and comfort.
You very happily took my money and never delivered my order. Will never order again and will tell everyone I know what a shady outfit you're running. I've been patient thinking there may have been a shipping delay, especially since the funds were credited to somewhere in France!
Great website. Easy to choose the right fit and nice to see the product from all angles.

I ordered a swimsuit and received it within a few days.
I sent an email on July 14 to attempt to exchange for another size. After no response for a few days I sent another email. I had to send a third email asking for return instructions before getting a response. Ten days after my initial request! I was then asked to measure the items and send pictures of those measurements and if the measurements were off I would be able to return. This indicates to me that if the measurements are accurate, even though I'm not happy with the fit for my body, I would not be able to return. I am not going through all of that! Your return policy simply says to send an email to request return information. At first I just wanted to exchange for another size bit now I'm just done with your customer service and want to return to get a refund so I can get something elsewhere. I only have a few weeks till my vacation so if it took 10 days for you to respond the first time and then takes another 10 days for you to review and approve my return, I'll never get another suit in time. I won't be purchasing anything else from your company if this is what your customer service is like.
