Has to be the worst company I've ever ordered from. It took them 3 weeks to tell me my order was "out of stock", I requested a refund which was granted and they told me 3 days for the funds to clear. Its now been 2 weeks and I still do not have my refund.

You very happily took my money and never delivered my order. Will never order again and will tell everyone I know what a shady outfit you're running. I've been patient thinking there may have been a shipping delay, especially since the funds were credited to somewhere in France!

After waiting 3,4 weeks I contacted company they told me at that time that the product was out of stock,,,because they did not contact me I thought it was questionable,,,,I was waiting for nothing. I ask for a refund and did receive the refund. I wonder how long they would have waited before telling me it was out of stock

I placed my order exactly 1 month ago and still have not received it.
I was told an item was out of stock which caused a delay in shipping and then I was informed it was back in stock and it still was not shipped right away. Order fulfilment time is absolutely is absolutely atrocious.
I will not order from this company again. My clothing that I ordered for my vacation is in limbo somewhere and tracking # is absolutely useless.

The images are misleading and the delivered product is not suitable for anyone over a B cup. Poor bust coverage and no return possible. Short in the body length. Each item had the feeling of a costume which had been sized up in the waist and no where else. Unflattering, with no support at all, which is highly disappointing given the advertising!
Of course costumes ordered only two were wearable, and event those had poor support.

Do better.

Costs okay and delivery good, only buy these costumes if you're a big girl under 5.4 and under a C cup.

I purchased a swimsuit for my mother for Christmas - the sizing was not right for her.

The refund policy is within 15 days of delivery... Well, that isn't workable when purchasing in advance as a gift - it's quite inflexible.

Thankfully, the swimsuit fits me beautifully (and it's lovely) so it's no drama to keep it and buy another style for her - except the postage costs for the new suit made my gift cost balloon out to more than I ideally would have spent.

Website says free returns... nowhere does does it say they need to be to US and paid for by customer.
Difficult to get a refund, yet to receive! Generally I would advise order ONLY if you are sure of size and style to avoid having this hassle

Merchandise was very poor quality. It took three emails, two messages through the website and two through their Facebook to get a response. Eventually was able to elicit a partial refund from them after an initial ridiculous offer. Would give zero stars if it were possible. Strongly urge to avoid buying through this site.

Returned bc I won't ever wear it. Customer service tried getting me to take $11 for a $45 swim suit, then $16 before giving me an address to send it. I just want my money back for something I didn't keep. Not that hard, especially when your insulting and offer up 1/4 of the value so a customer won't send back

Ordered and received within 10 days. Leaving me time to have suits altered. These suits do not have any support in the breast area. If your a woman with ample breasts, seek out a good seamstress for additional support and comfort.

Unfortunately the two swimsuits didn't fit - too short in the body. So I asked Free Curvy about their refund process - they don't have one! They said it would be too much trouble and expensive. But they did offer to refund A$65.00 - about half the cost and I keep these two useless swimsuits! They did credit my account that amount but it is not quite good enough. I won't use them again.

I had a great experience purchasing from Meet Curvy. The products are exactly as pictured. I would recommend sizing up unless you want very tight swimwear. I sized up and am very glad I did. Postage can take at least a few weeks as stated but it's worth the wait.

Sadly I need to return the swimsuit, but the process is taking way too long. I fear this is intentional, to delay the return and avoid paying refund. I have contacted them 4 times asking for a return address, but so far only an offer of partial refund has been provided. I'm still waiting for return address. The time frame for returns is 30 days from delivery. This time will soon be up.

Items came in a random grey bag looked cheap, the costumes were way to short in the body and I'll fitting. The return process was just laughable, they offered half my money back and bartered their way up. I paid £79 for my items and ended up with a £66 refund. Just awful service. Would tell everyone to avoid like the plague.

Suits are cute. I never got a confirmation email or an email when my suits shipped. I had to contact customer service twice, but only got a response once. My tracking number never showed my package moving, so not sure who's side that issue is on. I was almost afraid it was a scam in the beginning.

I bought 3 swimsuits, 2 of which didn't quite fit. I have sent 5 emails requesting to return the 2 that don't fit and have NO response at all. The day that I received my package I sent the first email which was within the time frame required for a return. I have had NO acknowledgement at all.
I would NOT recommend buying from here.

To return anything to this company you can ONLY do so on email and then it took their Customer Service 11 days to respond to me and their email didn't even include the address of where I would need to send the swimsuit back to. It took 2 more days for them to respond with the address. In the end, they made it way too hard to return (pay for it yourself, provide them a tracking number within 7 days, etc) Terrible customer service.
I will never shop at Free Curvy after this. I know better.

Pleasantly surprised at the fit. Lovely material. All 3 swim suits are very low in the busy showing much cleavage they support but show the chest wall... A little lower than I'm use to but will get used to it I'm sure.
Unfortunately the fish on one top was frayed in 3 places where it just wasn't fished well... but I'll fix it with a needle and thread. Seems over kill to pay postage or return it as I want it to go with the matching skirt. Over all good experience.

Good site, heaps of choice, hard to decide what size is going to be be right, and what might look good on as you can't try anything. Ordered 5 or 6 suits and 2/6 weren't suitable for me, sizing was just a bit small on one and the style of the other just did not fit well on me. But overall a success, finding suits at all in shops in nz is almost impossible if you are even slightly plus sized, or don't want a bikini…
