I purchased the Braided Tankini Set and the Floral Ruffle Neck Swimdress. They are a great fit and very comfortable. Very quick delivery too.

I have not received the item I purchased a month ago, I cannot get in touch with free curvy, they have not sent me a tracking number or invoice. I have sent them emails which keep returning to me so their email address - *******@freecurvy.com - which you provided is incorrect or does not exist.

I have to return my order because it did not fit. There is not live person to talk to, it is all done through email. The return policy is very strict and unfair. You have to pay for shipping, again. And they only give you seven days to return. If you work and don't get off until 5, post offices are closed! I don't think I will deal with this company again.

I ordered a swimsuit and received it within a few days.

Hated every part of it. Never got the order. Finally got tracking info after 5 emails. The email said if not received in 48 hours to send message. The email given does not work. Never ordering from them again

Numerous emails have been sent to request a return and refund. No answer! Do not buy, scam!

The suits did not fit, so I have been trying to return them. First, I was offered $20 (less than a 3rd of what I spent) to just keep them. I declined and asked for the address to return them to as both the website and the email I received said not to send them to the address they came from. That was 2 weeks ago and I still do not have an address. I think they are trying to run down the clock on how long I have to return them so they can refuse the return and I'm out $75.

When I ordered my swimsuit it was in stock. When I asked about an update on my order they told me it was out of stock told me they would replace it with a swimsuit of my choice or refund my payment. I asked for a refund of my payment because I found fhe same swimsuit elsewhere and for cheaper. They didn't respond for over 2 weeks until I resent an email asking for my money to be refunded the customer service was ZERO help.

Do not show here. Customer service is a joke. They just want your money.

I emailed to attempt to return the cheap and way smaller than stated size swim suit. No guarantee of a full refund even if I returned item. I was offered $18 ("the best we can do") of the $47 I paid and was told to keep the item. Website seems legit - it is not.
