Freemake

Used this software converter many YouTube videos to mp3, simple to use and fast. If encounter with issue have great customer service with fast response to resolve matter. I have tried others, but simply prefer this one. Doesn't cost much, am totally satisfied..

I signed up to a limited offer for a one week trial. One week later i saw money is removed from my account. I wrote an e-mail to customer service and they gave me my money back very quickly ;).

I used many free programs of this type but none met my expectations as well as Freemake.

I would highly recommend this software! ;)

I've been using Freemake for years now and have always been pleased with the outcome. I have recommended it to several others where the need was there and will continue to do so.
I was in need of a utility that can transfer programs I've written to a DVD. Upon extensive research I tried Freemake and have continued to us it in every way to meet my needs.

I've been using Freemake for few years now and I love it, especially subtitles option. I am a big fan of opera, so I do need to covert videos to dvds with subtitles. Very friendly and easy to use. I would definitely recommend it.

Freemake so called free is the next best thing to a scam. The old version was simple and fast and if freemake doesn't soon realize this there will be no more freemake because no one will want it. Shame on Freemake.

These guys are terrible. I downloaded a software that did not work for a "free trial". I then cancelled the "free trial" and they still charged me. I emailed their customer support and they couldn't have been more rude and off-putting. They got into an email argument with me saying they will not refund me the $19.95, due the their terms and procedures.

This company must be pretty desperate to be that unflinching over refunding $19.95.

I purchased a lifetime license back in 2019 and loved the product. Two years later I can't access the software saying I need to purchase an upgrade at $59.95. I backed out of it and they immediately dropped the price to $19.95. I bought it. Then I tried to convert a youtube to mp3 and they said I had to buy another "King" upgrade. I wouldn't do business with these people under any circumstances. I can't stand the bait and switch routine. This was the worst. Freemake... should be renamed Wetake!

I took out a one year deal. It kept crashing. I tried all their suggestions and fixes with no success. Finally I asked for a refund which I have repeated a few times but I am just being ignored. Their customer service is rubbish. I wouldn't even give them one star if it was possible.

When I need to convert video from one format to another or I need to reduce the size of a video, Freemake Video Converter is my tool of choice. It consistently does an excellent job. Also, the product is continually being updated with improvements. This is a great program to have at hand.

I paid for a one week sub. For a specific purpose.
As soon as the week expired they debited me for a lifetime licence.
I emailed demanding a refund and received an immediate and seemingly automated reply confirming the payment would be refunded within 7-10 days.
I recommend caution when dealing with this American company.

I have been using this software for more then 4 years it is the best software of this type i have used it converts just about all formats, easy to use and works with most versions of windows as well. And will convert and write to disk as well.

I have been using the Freemake Video Converter for some time now. It is so easy to learn and use. It has produced some wonderful results and I have absolutely. No hesitation in recommending it to anyone who has need for such a program.

My wife who is not a PC expert made the mistake of ordering a DVD converter from Freemake at the rip-off price of £59 which she could not download with the code key as it is a bit "hairy-fairy" to use unlike Paypal's 6 digit code. The company requested proof that she did not download the key by requiring screenshots which of course she does not now have or know how to do and anyway they should know if she has accessed the software or not if she had had the key. Todate she has not got her refund so please do not waste your money with this bunch of "crooks"!

Horrible scamware that lets you use for free yet puts horrible annoying logo in middle of screen, they want you to pay for full use, horrible scam, major rip off, avoid at all costs. Not legit software.

I did not read the instructions correctly when ordering the service. I could not make it work and not only did they refund me the price they did it quickly and courteously. I am thankful that they were willing to refund me even though per the policy they had every right to refuse to. Great customer support and quick responses. This all happened on a Sunday as well.

I payed for this one time mag pack life time the cod worked one time now they wont me to pay again if not the logo will be on the movie that is not what i pay for it coasted me 4 disk this is a very bad joke it not free even if you pay for it

Be very careful if you download Freemake Video. It is advertised as free but it is not. They will plant a large logo all over the converted video and offer to remove it for a fee. I paid $4.95 to have it removed. They said it was a one week special. Then I got charged WEEKLY. What cheek. I did not agree to this. Problem was I didn't pick it up till they charged me SIX TIMES. What for? I hadn't used it in the interim. I emailed them asking them to refund the overcharge or prove where I agreed to a weekly ongoing charge. Guess what. No refund and no proof that I agreed to pay anything other than a one off $4.95. As I said be very very careful with Freemake anything!.

I am a paying user of Freemake Video Converter, now in version 4. 1. 10. 426. I am fully satisfied with him. Simple, clear, intuitive, powerful... I only need to convert from *. Webm and *. Webp files.

I don't expect the work of programmers to be free, I know it's hard work. But this is, as per usual on the internet with this type of product, some misleading bs that claims to be free but isn't. Sell a product or service, that's great, I love capitalism. But I'd never have anything to do with this company for the simple fact that they are dishonest, and as such I'm positive that they would underhandedly install any and all kinds of malware along with their ostensibly 'free' software that asks for payment once installed.

It's called freemake, but it's not free. Yes, you can download the app for free and convert a video for free, but if you don't want the Freemake brand plastered on your video, then you gotta pay. And then they make canceling your subscription as difficult as possible. I had to just change my credit card.

I used Freemake to convert my videocam videos (mts) to mp4 by subscribing to their weekly package. It's the best arrangement available based on my review of several conversion options out there. The user interface is simple to understand and efficient to use. The packages are value for money! I will use it again.

Even though it can download videos, now it wants my account and have fun with it and i can`t even recover it back and i don`t know how to recover now my files my education was there and freemake videos must pay it back
