The best site. You can find every thing you need. Freepik is very helpful for me and all of my friends
Freepik is my go to site for vectors. Definitely the best site for free vector art in many different categories and styles.
I thank to you for providing such a great platform for providing amazing work. Free files are also appreciate able. Please carry on such work.
Thanks again
Excelente sitio!, excelentes artistas que comparten su magia de diseño y creatividad. Fabulosos!
Freepik is very good for small agencies as well as freelancers. The pricing are highly competitive and images are also unique.
I see these reviews with the negative comments - I've had zero issues and have been using Freepik for about 2 yrs now. A great variety of imagery and as long as you have adobe illustrator you'll be in good shape. Big fan of Freepik. It's a great source of inspiration and ideas. A great resource for designers!
One of the most useful websites, it helped me in a lot of projects and even in my daily designing tasks, whether posts or videos, all I can offer them are these phrases "Thank you"
I like your website. I can find good graphics and trendy style. The best thing: they are free :) Thany you wery much to share free. Best regards...
It's a really good platform for new designers to learn about the trend that going on in the graphic designing world, and it's a great place for graphic resources
Do not pay a dime to FreePik, I was scammed within 2 days of buying a premium account! I needed photos for a presentation and after 5 downloads I was restricted from downloading anymore! I contacted a rep, got a rude representative named Marian Tonella who kept giving useless non technical device to fix the technical problem, she even told me to wait a few days! They refused to answer anymore messages or give me my money back. This is a fraudulent site do not use it
Freepik has a great selection of vectors, photos, and PSD files. That's why I've been a premium member for years.
Just before Thanksgiving I started getting 3-5 image captchas on EVERY SINGLE DOWNLOAD. I grab dozens of images per day sometimes so this has become excessive and frustrating.
Customer service told me it was a bug and should be fixed so I renewed my account with the Black Friday sale. Turns out the problem is not fixed. I downloaded 20 images yesterday and played "find the traffic light"at least 75 times
This is ridiculous! You DO NOT need to verify I'm human that many times in the space of an hour. Fix your website please.
Before you purchase the membership, please check closely of their terms of usage. For instance, the images cannot be used as main element of your design. If you use multiple image from their site in your design, it is also counted as main element. I purchased the premium membership even after the negative reviews here. I noticed their more detailed terms of use later of the day and I contacted their customer service. They were kind to issue a refund without much trouble for me. I would say that they have a ton of functional and nice designs, but you do need to navigate through their terms of use to make good use the resources while following the rules. It is a great website for the wonderful images and they are kind to provide them for free if you make attributions.
Tingting
Freepik used to be great. I'm sure for the first while its great to everyone. At some point that gives way to banned with dubious reasoning, while incompetent support does nothing but try to placate your concerns with false promises, as your credit card is being charged over and over while you have no access to the site due to them unilaterally preventing you from doing so. I was told that if I did x and y, my account would be restored. I agreed, only for them to go silent for nearly a week. It is ransom, as you cannot disable the subscription while you are blocked.
They aren't just money hungry... they're immoral, possibly homophobic, most likely infringing on copyrights, and they make the rules up as they go along, without actually telling anyone. This is what lets them block people from accessing the site while charging them still for as long as they can. They do not honor the agreement they make when they take your cash.
'Antonio' will tell you they have a security dept, and a tech dept. I've never actually spoken to anyone other than Antonio. I'm pretty sure its just one criminal, reselling other peoples work and trying to maximize profits at the expense of every person who they can con into trusting them. They are crooks, plain and simple. If you're thinking about going premium, DON'T. If you're an artist who works there, quit and go to Envato. Don't let them exploit you the way they've exploited so many others.
I have subscribed for monthly premium because they did not have a one month limited option. I did use a few of their icons for my presentation. I have followed instructions to go to settings and unsubscribe from monthly premium. No email notification was send. Sniffing problems from no notification, and no customer support phone number, I have saved the web response about cancellation of the subscription. And in the busy life forgot about it until 6 month later I have received a notification from freepik that they can't charge my card, (It was cancelled for other reasons). I have contacted their customer support and provided the documented cancelation. Unfortunately, just the screenshot survived after 6 month. Attaching. They responded that they can refund for one month only and that this is my problem. I kind of agree, I should have been paying closer attention to early warning signs. Business is focused on cheating and their icons are not actually good, combining with the price it came to $5/icon. LOL.
After years as a free profile, I decided to become Premium, to take advantage of all the graphics that the site offers. Graphics in good taste and quality. I highly recommend it to you.
I had a freepik subscription and they changed it to a flaticon subscription without my approval. Stop being thieves.
I used to find decent icons quick, but after merging with "flaticon" even the mediocre icons redirect to flat icon, the good ones take me to adobe or ShutterStock.
Apparently, flaticon is a spinoff freepik used after they had a following to double their revenue. If you find a decent icon, flat icon whats another $8 a month.
Buyer beware, they are there to nickel and dime you and in the end you're better off at Adobe or ShutterStock.
Even though I've limited my search to FREE almost half of the results in the FREE section redirect me to PAID content. For the most part it redirects me to shutterstock.com in the section of the results that claim to be free. This is beyond irritating to find something that is perfect only to be redirected to a paid site.
I was looking for images for a website. The images were expensive from the other sites. This site is perfect for downloading images and adjusting them using Adobe illustrator. It is a little steep if you aren't using it for commercial purposes. It limits you to 100 images per day. It is great for image resolution on the free images as well. The only reason it isn't rated 5 stars is that you get charged whether you download or not. I see their images everywhere. Some great illustrators.
Answer: They're largely unresponsive. I filled out the online contact form, but they never responded.
Answer: They have vast amount of images and they are very functional. By contrast, vecteezy only allow you to sell 50 copies.
Answer: They supposedly had what others didn't have. The price was OK, but later turned out they charged much, much more than the price that was listed.
