They don't reply to your email, and I still haven't received my package.
I had ordered an item and they emailed me saying my payment was confirmed and my goods were shipped. Money was withdrawn from the bank account but i hadn't received my package for a month (and counting). I emailed them and they hadn't emailed back. Also, they provided me with and invalid tracking number in which i couldn't track my package. However i know they could have read it if they were able to send me and email and their website clearly stated to email them using the exact same email. I am still trying to find a website in which i can complain about the website and consider suing them for fraud etc.
