Excellent it helped me out. I final know my real credit score n everything that's on my credit report.
The website forces you to input credit card information and sign up for a $35 a month service. Rather annoying. It's also not convenient to cancel that service before you are billed. It got me what I needed though.
Seemed simple. Unknown reason why I have a low score. Paid off all debt. Do not carry large balances. Never bankrupt, worked everyday for over 40 years.? No loans for almost 10 years. How to remove what to improve. Cannot find help
The report was not complete. It did not show any late payments or individual balances on my credit cards. These may be all on my wife's report. Did not show and debt forgiveness.
This was my first time using this online service and I must confess to being just a little hesitant about doing so because of the initial documentation needed to start the process. However, I do understand why it was necessary to provide said information because of the need for accuracy. I found the service to be very thorough, fast, and accurate. I was very pleased and would use this service again in the future.
Was able to see my score from all three major FICO score holders - only a 2-point difference between the top and lowest score - that's good to know. I had put a freeze due to fraudulent activity and all three had that notes, again, good to see. I have been keeping tabs annually so nothing unexpected in my data and the balances seemed close to actuals. Problem info in the past were corrected (then) and stayed corrected. Information seems good.
Needed to check out if new information showing that I'd paid off 2 High interest credit cards, which should have definitely improved my credit score. I'm considering a big credit purchase in the immediate future and want the best possible credit score for lower interest rates on the loan that I'm planning on asking for.
I've accessed my online credit reports for over 15 years, and the 'big ones' get worse every year. Inaccurate information, that has been corrected over and over again, when you have all three in a row to review, scores are crazy. FreeScore had all the information, lined up, detailed, clear, and actually as up to date as the day I did it! Clearly showing in comparison that the others aren't working hard enough.
I don't need to know my crediting rating for a cost that will be charged to my credit card monthly as my bank told me that I can get a FREE report anytime I want. Please cancel my this by 2/29/24
I received the information very quickly and was able to provide the information to my mortgage company so they could work on my loan. Trying to get a credit freeze lifted can be a little difficult and this solved my problem all at one time. Great service and they did just what they said they would do.
I tried to call your phone #*******209-And stop being charged. It did not work. It makes me feel that I have been hacked. If not please release me from future charges or give me a way to do it. It should not be this hard to keep from getting my FREE score. I am not happy with your hacking. John Swann
After I reviewed my "free" results, I had all sorts of problem getting the $1 refunded (do not even understand why this was charged in the first place). Had to get to a supervisor to get the refund accomplished. Need to better train customer service personnel.
The information looks like it is pretty accurate. But because of not knowing what all the abbreviations used was very confusion to me to be able to determine who it was referring to and did help some when trying to get the right information for social security site.
No issues to report all three credit check agencies were identical. I will be checking this information quarterly to ensure my credit is maintained. I found this website very user friendly and will recommend it to others in need of this service.
I only called to understand the credit site I was on, had some questions due to a scam I was involved in the day before. I ended up enrolling in a monthly protection program (just for a few months because of this scam) and it was suggested I freeze my credit - which I did, for now. He was a very good customer service & sales person.
Only thing I can honestly say is, for your first time as a user, I don't think you should charge for the first time use or just a one time use. But I liked it because it was easy fast and simple. Most have you download an app or your doing a survey and buying thing's when you've come for one thing. Just to check your credit score.
You'll have to pay $1 AFTER giving all your personal information and social security number. What a scam! They say it's refundable but the fact of the matter is, you still have to pay $1 and give your credit card information as well.
I was able to get my credit score very easily and user friendly. Thank you. I was under the assumption that this is a free service? They had me put in my credit card for $1.00. I saw that pending. It is to be return to my card correct? I do not want to subscribe to any service with a fee, thank you kindly.
It was really wonderful to all credit score together but monthly charges seems to be high to view score alone. Unfortuatenly i could not afford monthly subscription. Thanks for having such a awesome application.

This is a total rip off design to get people to enroll in a credit monitoring program which they don't want. You are charging $1 for a free credit score. Therefore it is not free but design to get your credit card information and enroll you in a program with a so call 7 day free trial period knowing that the average person will forget to call on and cancel before the trial period is over and hefty payment are applied to the consumer credit card. Total rip off

I had a problem with my credit score when a business without my knowledge put my account online. I prefer paper bills. In turn, I accrued late bills for a bill I never received. This credit service quickly restored my scores and confidence. I have my life back and I feel better having a company behind me for clarity and protection..
I got a credit report which I believed to be free except for the $1 fee. I was charged $19.95 on my credit card for a service I did not want and ended up cancelling as soon as I saw it on my card. This is very deceptive and I am very angry that during a time with Covid that you think people can be taken advantage of... disgusting!
I highly value my credit! Free Score online offered a free 7 day trial that I took advantage of. The site and the service is great! It allows me to monitor my credit report and score from all three credit bureaus, which is really great! I am hoping to keep the Premium service, if my finances will allow me to! I have had a great experience so far and I am thankful for having found your online site!
I had not checked my credit score for many years and was happy to do so. The one thing that I was not too happy about was the fact that I have been penalized for paying cash for everything. This program will allow me to see my progress as I work on increasing my score.
Thank you
Although I was pleased with the results, including how quickly I received them, I was not pleased that I had to purchase something that was supposed to be free. I felt it was imposed on me and was not given an option to decline purchasing the "free score" online.
