The website forces you to input credit card information and sign up for a $35 a month service. Rather annoying. It's also not convenient to cancel that service before you are billed. It got me what I needed though.
I'm buying a car and haven't looked at my score for a long time. I see there is a collection on the report and I have no idea who or what that is for.
Disappointed that I had to provide my credit card information, to get what is supposed to be my Annual Free Credit Report and Scores. Just means I now have to remember to cancel your service before end of free period. Total waste of my time and yours. If not for this, I would have given your site a 5 Star Rating.
I had some confusion about the refund policy. Patrick Hayes (Escalation) walked me through the process and assured me that my refund would be in my checking account 3-5 business days. I wasn't aware that there was a review period 0f 24-48 hours after closing my account. Thank you Patrick for taking the time needed to straighten things out. Sorry I have no photo at this time.
Easy to use and view my credit score. Was helpful to identify my collection information. The only problem that I did run into was the numbers on file to call collection agency's not updated. Over all was useful.
I was able to get my credit scores, however, when I tried to print on one of the sites, it said it would be printing TEN pages! That didn't seem possible for the few entries I had on my report. Is it possible to have the info condensed so that it isn't printing unnecessary info?

I feel that things easier on this websites if there is an introduction about the three independence contract company from the platform. I got this from my coach. However, not everyone know how the three company work.
I completed and submitted all personal information requested, entered my credit card information for a one-dollar amount to be charged to my credit card account to verify that the card was active and within a few seconds my credit score was revealed along with what I would call a summary of my credit report. It was quite informative.
The experience was confusing. My credit card was refused and it was necessary for me to use a second card. Then I could not get the scores. I was hounded by a company trying to sell the a service. The cost was quoted and as I continued to explain I wanted my free score the cost became less and less. When again I stated my reason for making the request he reluctantly provided me a number to use if I was charged for the service. The number is *******. I of course will checked my card statement to insure the cost is not included.
Great! I really was able to ascertain the info I needed. In the next 16 months a plan on getting me a house so I can retire and spend time with the people I love and support the people in my family circle.
The experience was ok until we got to credit card and a fee. Free is free why do you need my credit card? I do not like putting my card information online. It is just another opportunity for someone to steal my information.
This was supposed to be a FREE annual credit score but I found that it was going to cost me $1.00 refundable and from then on it was going to cost me almost $30 a month to subscribe whether I used it again or not. That's not what I wanted and there was no place to cancel. Initiated a chat and supposedly he cancelled the subscription. I hope that was the case. So, all in all I was not satisfied.
I'm sorry, I decline to do this. I'm sick, 80 yrs old, and no time to complete. I did receive my credit scores through their service and acknowledged I did and no longer need their services, so cancel my membership if I have one.
Awesome website. I was able to get my credit scores and was also able to direct me and help me. I'm getting my credit better. I'm using the Self app which is a great app. Add also this site does your credit sores from all three credit bureaus an amazing say this is not a scam. This is legit.

I got my free credit report however, you asked for my banking information and charging me a fee even though you state that you will return the fee to me. This is not what I consider to be free. We are told often to be careful with our information. However, to live in today's society, one must give that information to get information. "FreeScoreOnline" lead me into ScoreSense with a low monthly charge, but now I can verify if my information is being misused. The $1,000,000 policy with 'OneTechnologies' will defend me if I get too trusting!
Freescoreonline gave me my credit scores as well as a wealth of additional information about my credit. The staff also patiently answered ALL my questions to help me understand how the "credit system" works, and what I can do to improve my credit scores going forward.

I was able to get what I needed by following all the instructions that were provided. I was pleased to see all three reports and see all three credit scores. I was also glad to see that my scores had increased some since the last time i checked them. Hopefully I can keep them on the rise.
Very easy to do and reports are clear to read, Provided reports of all different and old accounts and will allow me to verify the information that I need. The reports from the different agencies are listed clearly.
Only took few minutes of typing to get results. I recently paid off all my bills and closed credit to get out of debt. I wanted to know how my credit scores were doing so I filled out information for the short test and got my results. Thank you very much for this information and I did pay $1.00 to get information I wanted. Small price to pay for information.

While examining my credit reports I found that one bureau of the three had a collection that had been filed by an insurance company. I had replaced the insurer with another carrier and had discussed this with original carrier several times. Luckily, for me, I never throw anything away. I had all of the paperwork I needed to refute the claims. As soon as I downloaded the dispute form, all I had to do was go to the library and copy the originals to forward to the credit bureau.
I don't know what to say other than. I got what I wanted, I was just checking my score that's it. I don't have lots of words just to explain my experience.
People a lot of people just want to check there score. What's wrong with that. I didn't come here to be question about my experience. I just got what I wanted which was my score. Thank you. David Rivera.
I was satisfied with credit report and score; although I had a question of a report that was attached to my name; I was able to connect with the credit bureau and start some action to remedy the problem.
The name is very misleading bcuz after u waste ur time answering all their questions they ask for ur credit card number. The meaning of free means no coat, not even 1 penny. U don't even get the free credit reports they claim u get in 60 seconds without entering ur card information. False advertising, misleading and a waste of time.

When I received my credit report, I found an unpaid bill that I was totally unaware was unpaid. When I called you, you gave me the company name and phone number and I was able to call them and make the payment. Thank you for being so helpful and giving me the opportunity to get the record repaired.
