Excellent it helped me out. I final know my real credit score n everything that's on my credit report.
The website forces you to input credit card information and sign up for a $35 a month service. Rather annoying. It's also not convenient to cancel that service before you are billed. It got me what I needed though.
Needed scores from all three Bureaus. Received them and got them to the people that needed them.

I just clicked on each credit service (Experian, TransUnion and Equifax) separately I really didn't need you to do that
Recently I started getting notifications that I had packages due to be delivered, phone calls saying that my order will be shipped and my account will be charged huge amounts, plus notices on my cell phone indicating that someone had accessed my account and are browsing my photos. I followed up with my bank, my cell phone carrier and found that no one was successful in opening new accounts using my information. I added more anti virus mechanisms to my online transactions to deter this activity further.
Lots of good info from all 3 rating services...I would recommend everyone do these checks every year
Dec. Someone managed to get me "signed up" to have them withdraw $165.08 from my checking acct monthly for an opportunity to win a "prize."
Within days someone charged 3 individual charges totaling $823 on my Visa charge card.
Now I find that Integris Health had unauthorized person access my personal info including my Social Security number & medical ID number.
Now I'm getting bills for medical services I've never received. From companies I've never heard of.
One of my investment accounts tracks my credit score. I have excellent credit. That account dropped over 100 points with no reason. I pulled my credit scores and reports and was able to verify the current and correct scores. My scores are now correct and inline with each of the 3 reporting agencies.
The site works simply fine, but it's overpriced by $10 monthly, should be 19.95 or you offer a startup discount of $10 for the first year or 6 mos. So people have time to work with it and decide its worth.

Just checking my scores. It was very informative and eye opening. I want to have my husband look at more reports on the computer with me. I believe that we have 7 days to do so.

Lost in online site, as I'm not very computer savvy. Once I spoke directly to Representative, he cleared up my confusion and guided me thru the necessary steps to successfully acquire the credit reports I needed.

I could not get my password accepted. Then when I did, with some help, There was a glitch in getting my files. Then They had to cancel m records of over ten years and re assign me a new
Case number so I lost all my past history. Not worth all the misery! Russ
The experience was frustrating. I was directed to too many links that did not give me help or answers I needed., I am not technically inclined. At one time in my life I wrote on Black boards. This site is like many I encounter. Assuming everyone understands what to do. I don't. I prefer talking to a person. Finding a phone number is also complicated, since now we are to communicate on phones or computers. Then getting through the Voice response to actually talk to a person is madding.
Simple and easy to setup inquiry. Privacy and confidentially safe. This information readily accessible for business use and my own confidence building.
Encouraged me to continue striving for higher goals because I can check back any time.
It was helpful but didn't answer all my questions. They charge $1 dollar don't waste your time you, the annual report suppose to have been free. When I called back to cancel my membership I had to get rude with the salesman because he kept on trying to sell me something I didn't want. I tried to be nice but I don't like pushy people.
I was disappointed to get ALL the way to the end of the information gathering to pull my "free" credit score and report only to find out that it is only a free trial for 7 days, then it rolls into a monthly service fee of $30/month! At that point, I decided to go through with it since I had taken so much time to fill out all the information. I wish I would have known that up front instead of feeling like it was a bait and switch.
Perfect experience. The staff worked very hard to find me the best option for my purchase. I look forward to doing a lot more business with them. Great customer service. Attention to detail. Able to understand my needs without putting me in financial trouble. Just great people.
I was told to go to this site for a "free credit report" but the report is only offered if you sign up for expensive monthly services ($30+ per month). I consider this a bait and switch operation.
I called a little upset about a charge on my account and was frustrated. I got Ramon on the line and I'm so happy I did. His outstanding customer service and positive energy has been exceptional. I could no longer even be mad at the dispute and he gave me so many beneficial reasons to keep my account open. I wish I could talk to Ramon for every single time I called any company I need to speak to.
I lost a brother on the New York Times Square train station He hit a third rail and was electrocuted to death. Ramon took time to send his condolences and thoughts. He has no idea how much that meant to me personally and he was from New York and it made it even more special. I will definitely be back with this company. Any company would be lucky to have Ramon as the face and front line of the company. Thank you Ramon!

I was glad to be able to see what my credit score was, even though it's considered "Fair" it has brought me a ton of relief to know the specific numbers and what the causes of them are. I will definitely use this for the future to monitor my credit score because that's the most important thing in life (If you needed to have good credit just to be able to eat I would've starved a long time ago)
Have been wondering for a while what my credit score is. Because I saw your website on the evening news it prompted me to feel secure. The only thing I was confused about were your devices, I choose not to have your $29 service which is automatically renewed
I tried to enroll in the one-time, one-dollar offer and found I was involuntarily enrolled in a $30/mo. Program which I don't want. Trying to unsubscribe is difficult. I've been suckered.
I was happy with obtaining my credit score for the price of $1.00. However, I feel that before starting the process of getting my score that you would have told me up front that a membership fee was going to happen after having the site for a week only. Very disappointed that I now have to cancel before a deadline date in order Not to be charged a fee of $29.95!
It says its free but you have to give your credit card number and then it's $1 but then you get a notice saying they are going to charge your card $29 every month to enable you to continue seeing your score. Which was not made clear when I paid the $1. I don't need to see my score every month so I had to go through another set of steps to cancel.
