I purchased two RO filters from them at a cost of $250 each. One was no good and they refused to replace it. "Our margins are to low" this is how they treat their customers.

Just finished installing items in my water purification system. Had question on a filter connection and the customer service rep squared me away (filters no longer needed brass fittings). I'm back operational at a much lower cost than if I had bought the parts locally. Completely satisfied with entire transaction.
Drain cleaner works great, just as advertised. Ordered on-line and had product in hand shortly there after. I have purchased many types of drain cleaners; however, this one proved to do it's job quickly. My plumber isn't going to get a call anytime soon to power ague out my drains...
My whole house system is almost 14 yrs old still working fine. Had to buy new ceramic filters for the canister but that was easy and inexpensive for all my water going thru it. I would recommend freshwater systems
Nobody answered my first call, left vm, was not returned!
Called back 3 days later, on hold for 10 minutes plus!
Eventually advised to send an email and photo which I did, after that service was good!
Terrible company, classic bait and switch, advertise GE reverse osmosis replacement filters, shipped cheap generic filters. Return restocking fees very high which should be a red flag as to the quality of merchandise being shipped. I will never do business with this company again.
I really like that there are real people to talk to when you have a problem. They helped us get in much needed replacement filters and UV lamps quickly. I've never had any problems with this company and hope they continue on for a very long time!
I needed 2 filters for my salt water /fresh water maker. Looked on line. Found a bunch of places but this company kind of stood out. I'm so glad I ordered from them. Exact replacement filter and the delivery was super fast. 5 stars all the way.

Products were received very quickly. When found to be damaged through the fault of FedEx not Freshwater Systems, they none-the-less replaced them with new ones. And they had by far the best price as well!

Great savings even with a 40% currency head wind.
Delivery to UPS store was good & fast with tracking.
Only down side was I was promised free shipping within the US but got charged $8 I think.
Product came without installation instruction, though listed on the packing list.

Sent decorative cap and port fitting but no air gap! Called and described problem, told them just send me the white plastic piece in the picture matching the part number. Nothing, silence, took my money. Wish amazon sold it.
Very happy with my replacement Hot & Quick under sink water heater. We really missed it after the previous one started to leak after close to ten years of daily multiple uses for coffee and tea. Had trouble with a competitive product lasting even a year.
Needed water filter for an older Culligan unit that belongs to my in-laws. Ordered, and it arrived in plenty of time, I had questions as it looked different than the original, so I called and was pleasantly surprised at someone picking up right away. I mentioned my issue and after some checking, was assured that these replacements would work fine. And they did. I'll order from FreshwaterSystems again.

Desperately needed s replace fitting for a filter. Gave all of the indie to the customer service rep. She gave me a part number. I ordered. Waited nearly two weeks. Wrong part. Called. Received horrible treatment. Will absolutely never use this company again.
Ordered filters early May 2015---told numerous times, It will be in and shipped soon. This went on till late July. At one point I ask if the new how many times I had received, coming soon notice. I was sent copies of only those in July. Obviously dealing like this with a small customer brings you pleasure. Hopefully you receive what you hand out.
Ordered a RO system with larger pressure tank. Tank arrived dented. Seems packaging could use some improvement. I was told they would take $10 off if I kept it as they were sure it was functional. I requested a replacement as I was not interested in an insignificant savings on damaged products. They picked up the damaged tank but still have not replaced or sent shipping notification. Its been almost a full month since I placed the order and still can't install. I have called and emailed several times and each time I get a run around and no true response as to what is happening or why it should take so long to resolve.
I ordered a Waterstone faucet from Freshwater Systems, which stated on their Web site, would ship in 3-4 weeks. EIGHT weeks later, after numerous emails (some never responded to), calls and live chats, lies and stringing along, I was told it would be another 3-4 weeks for the faucet to arrive. At this point an entire kitchen renovation was 99% complete and at a halt because of this faucet. I cancelled the order by phone but received no confirmation nor refund ($867), despite numerous requests by emails(unanswered) and phone. I was also told I could not return the filtered water faucet I had purchased to match this faucet ($300+). This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with.
One or the filters in my order they shipped leaked. I called customer service and informed them a couple times. They told me some would contact me within 3 days. It has been well over a week now and I still have not heard from anyone
Order was placed and received with zero issues. Items (filters) worked fine. Well packed, etc. However, a couple of hours after placing the order, I recalled that I had forgotten something and wanted to added to my current order, so, reached out the seller through their support web page, providing the details. Unfortunately, they did not provided a response, even as of today. So, in the event I buy again from this merchant, I will have to double-check my items to be sure I am not forgetting anything. Bad customer support experience.
After ordering a transformer & UV light for a freshwater drinking system. I was sadly disappointed in the delivery timetable. What I thought would take a couple of weeks turned into months with constant rescheduling. I could have ordered the same system from China direct and got it faster, but I thought I was going with a reliable company. Even though individuals were warned not to drink from the defective tap, some did and developed intestinal problems. The delay should have been advised with the ability to cancel the order immediately. Now we have a lot of apologizing to do.
I got the filters in a timely manner, but then one was broken, and customer service has been taking their sweet time to send a replacement. I could have ordered somewhere else, and had it replaced and installed by now!
Our UV lamp arrived broken. I called your company, left a voice mail and received no reply. We have 104 hospitals nationwide. My water guy installed the hot/cold tank and after heating up the grommet at the top leaked and I had to shut the whole thing down. Tried to call the company and they are sending a new grommet, but that was 3 weeks ago! Are you telling me the entire function of the machine rests on one grommet? How can you design something so poorly? Please help as I am waiting for the hot water hose fitting that will not leak…….
