Ordering was made effortless by the company's phone representatives and my exact order arrived many days ahead of its' scheduled arrival date. It would be a great world if all my internet transactions went so well.
I purchased two RO filters from them at a cost of $250 each. One was no good and they refused to replace it. "Our margins are to low" this is how they treat their customers.
FreshwaterSystems provided the product as expected and within a reasonable amount of shipping time. They even used recycled packaging for a shipping container. Eco wise, if not a little unsettling to see the package arrive in a somewhat tattered condition. The product installed easily, however after one day the indicator light on the RO faucet failed to work properly. I'll have to disable the light to stop it from continuously blinking red. Too bad. My old faucet's indicator light never failed to work properly.
My original order was lost in the shuffle of Freshwater changing products, I have been on hold several times for a very long time. I had to call them to find out what happened to my product, they said it was back ordered (really for 3 months) finally I get the product the wrong filters came with it. After the having a professional plumber install it one of the filters came apart so it never created pressure. After taking pictures they wouldn't send me a replacement filter. Bad Company to deal with. I will find another supplier.
I found ordering from Freshwater Systems was especially easy online, since it's a repeat order of the filters & O-ring for my family's drinking water. A competitor had failed to put through an order for the same items and left us hanging for several weeks, before I understood they had failed on us. By then, we were desparate and Freshwater Systems got the order to us in just two or three days without extra shipping charges!
Ordered a 4x40 pressure housing, RO membrane, and some spare parts. All parts arrived as described. The pressure housing did not arrive with the RO membrane and parts, and after making enquiries I found that it had not been shipped. The representative I spoke to on the next business day was apologetic. Apparently they have upgraded to a new were house software program and it has some glitches that are being worked out. In the end she could not promise me a faster ship time, like overnight, in spite of the mistake on their part, however she must have worked a way around that police because the housing arrived in two days not over the next weekend as she had said. Over all, I will likely buy from this company again.
It was time to buy a new fridge filter, so I searched the web for the best price (including shipping). Freshwater had a good deal on three filters, and they're the real thing, not the sorry Chinese knockoffs found at some on-line merchants. Shipping was very fast and delivery quick.
I placed an order of the phone since i had a number of questions. The process was smooth and the Freshwater representative was very efficient and pleasant. The Waterstone faucet we purchased is functionally superb and even better to look at.
The package arrived on a timely basis and it perfect condition.

Web site picture displays wrong part number which caused me to order wrong part. Customer service contact including manager would not pay for return shipping and ship the correct part, manager stated the same picture is on all RO systems. For a few dollars FreshwaterSystems should have corrected this issue to make everything correct and have a happy customer.
Ordered a part consisting of two components, received one of the and the second not, it's been more than a couple of weeks and the expected shipping date gets pushed forward, don't know when will I receive my missing component!
As always happens something goes wrong when you have big things coming up. This time it was my water filter not working with Christmas coming, lots of company and a wedding on top of everything. I checked the web and most companies could not get the filters I needed to me before Christmas and without them, I would have to buy tons of cases of water. Luckily, I found FreswaterSystems and they were able to ship it by Christmas Eve! I was thrilled I found them and will use them again in the future! Thank you for helping me out of a tight spot!

I finally called and inquired as to a ship date and found the order was ready but supposedly lacked shipping instructions (wrong). Why didn't someone call me rather than just let something sit and wait for me to finally follow up on the order. A system failure for sure.

Received the two elbow fittings that I required for the installation of my Everpure water filter, which were not available at Home Depot. They arrived in a reasonable amount of time, as well as were exactly what I required. I also received prompt tech support by email. Would do business with FreshwaterSystems again.
I have ordered replacement water filters for our under-the-sink drinking water purifier and refrigerators (GE & Samsung) for a number of years. Fresh Water Systems always has the filters I need, either name brand or equivalent, with the best prices and prompt delivery. I have always ordered online from their website and have not had any issues. I recommend them highly.
My first experience with FreshwaterSystems has been a very positive one. I shopped thoroughly online for price before settling on FreshwaterSystems. Ordering was then an easy process using PayPal to check out. Shipping was very fast and the packaging was more than adequate to protect my purchases in the shipping process. I will certainly return to FreshwaterSystems for my future water filter purchases.
No emails to let me know, I had to check with them. Took about 3 months to get them. They said it was a problem with the international shipping... I say don't sell something and take my money if you don't have it in the warehouse!
I've ordered from Freshwater before and overall the company is wonderful, and I will order from them again. This time around though, I placed an order for items I've gotten in the past and I was later notified they were backordered a few weeks. No problem, I waited. Got another email, delayed longer, OK, I waited. Yet another email... still longer wait. A fourth email about further delay. Waited. A fifth email about further delay. At this point it was approximately 2 months since I had placed my order. I called and was told they didn't have anything definite regarding when it might become available. I cancelled my order. Again, the company was super nice to deal with. It's their supplier who caused this issue. But it was a very frustrating and tiresome experience to go through. It does make me hesitant about trying to reorder the same item. Next time I'll probably do it over the phone and make sure the item is in stock!.
I was looking for a John Guest, 3/8" to 5/16" reducing elbow to connect Pex for a Delta faucet. No one had it. The John Guest Distributor for North America had never heard of one. Fresh Water Systems had it in stock. I ordered it on line and it arrived very quickly.
Their sales people were not as knowledgeable as I had hoped, but they were still very helpful.
This was my first experience with FreshwaterSystems. I needed supplies for my RO system. I placed my order, added to it (twice), and each time was impressed with the excellent communication, not only between me and customer service rep., but within the company records. I received my order in a timely manner and was very pleased. Best experience with a company I've had in a long time. Will use again and highly recommend!
Minor out-of-stock item held up larger order; not advised of back order status & order sat for over a month & had to make repeated inquiries; promised back order item would be shipped free of charge but then I was charged & had to inquire again to request credit; representative had to get permission to seemingly do everything; company insisted on using FedEx for an item that would ship via USPS for less than $1; when gave company post office box address, I was called and told that FedEx needed a physical address... so provided address & then it was delivered to my post office box! Too many no-brainer issues with this company and would not recommend nor will I do business with them again despite their best price on products. I feel company is a "ship ripper."
Needed to update our faucet from white to brushed nickle. GE said they couldn't do it. Emailed your company through your website. The answer was quick abd gave me the type of faucet I needed. Had it in a few days. Price was reasonable and my kitchen looks great!
Have used Pur refrigerator water filters in the past but can't find them anymore in the retail stores so I turned to on line. It was a big relief to find that FreshwaterSystems had what I needed, at a reasonable price and fast delivery.
I'm very pleased with the product. It was one of the few double spigot faucets for filtered water. My only complaint was that even my handyman had a hard time setting it up. He had to purchase washers and tape to take care of tiny leaks. It does work fine now tho.
Always excellent service amd great products. One small issue: i asked for a filter removal tool, amd the one suggested by the live chat assisstant turned out to be too big. I need to return it and get.the right one. Otherwise, very happy. Shipping is fast. I like Freshwater Systems a lot!
Very good experience with Freshwater Systems, my order was processed quickly and the pump shipped promptly. The pump installed easily and works very well. Would recommend a pressure regulator for the out put side.
Experience with FedEx was less than stellar, Freshwater Systems got the pump out quickly however, it spent 2 days in the local area waiting for delivery and was then dropped curb side. I would have thought better of FedEx.
