I purchased two RO filters from them at a cost of $250 each. One was no good and they refused to replace it. "Our margins are to low" this is how they treat their customers.
My recent experience with Freswater Systems was a shipping notification, even though I had not ordered anything since last January.
This caused me to tasked the time to contact the company, and I was told the notification was a mistake. I am still unsure whether I will be mistakenly charged for this mistaken order.
Have ordered filters many times and the sales people have been excellent and very helpful. The orders always arrive in a very short time and have always been correct. I have given out the Company telephone number to my son and others so that they can order their filters. Great job!
I accidentally ordered the incorrect wall bracket for the pressure regulator I bought but they did not catch it and shipped me the part I ordered. The regulator I got does not work properly. I worte them an e-mail on both issues, stating that the wrong bracket was not their fault but it would have been nice for their customer service dept. to contact me before shipping. I never heard back from them. In the future I will gladly spend a little more elsewhere for better service.

Part ordered received sooner than expected, but quantites of two different small and similar parts were wrong, too many of a smaller size and too few of a larger size. Called Freshwater Systems and they are sending the correct quantity with no questions.
My order was to be delivered by Fedx. The package took five days to move from Ct. To Mass. We did not want to take the chance drinking water that was not run through the mini-pure system and its ultraviolet light and sleeve that was ordered through Freshwater Systems. Sent an email to the company awhile back, no response to my displeasure of how long to receive my order.
Freshwater Systems was very careful in selecting the two fine filters and the two a little bit courser filters that were the absolute cutest ones in their inventory. So, when you place your next order you might be stuck with really ugly ones.
I ordered a 2-pack fridge filters that did not fit my fridge even though the product description said it did. I emailed their customer support via their website to inform them. Got no response. After 4 days, I sent a reply to the original order email. Then I got responses to both emails the next day. They asked for the product details (that were in the order email which I referenced by order # in my two emails). They should have had these details if they simply looked at the original order. They asked for my fridge model # which was also in my customer service emails. Then said they would send me an RGA label for the return via email. I waited 3 more days for the email with the label. All in all, it took 7 days from the time I sent the first email about the product not working to get the RGA label issued so that I could ship it back. Will never buy from them again.
I was shipped the wrong size item. I called a week ago to notify them and to ask them to send me the right size O-ring, they agreed. It has been a week and I still don't have my item. I am being held up by the delay of this needed part.
In 2006 we remodeled our kitchen and one of the MUST HAVE items was a hot water dispenser. We picked the Quick&Hot unit and I am so glad we did. For over 9 years it worked without any problems. We were told that the life span was 5-6 years. WRONG. In January of this year we had to replace the unit and of course we purchased another Quick&Hot unit. We ordered it on line from Freshwater Systems. They kept us posted of the process and as promised we received the unit over 2 weeks ago. We are now good to go for another 9 years. Tried to purchase some simple fittings based on the description on your website and talking with your personal on the phone. The parts were sent out quickly however were the wrong parts. Called a second time and the person was nice and sent more parts out, however they also were the wrong part. Yesterday I sent an email showing the old part with dimensions and the new part that have dimensions that you're not match the description on the website. Looking forward to seeing if "three times a charm" and the right parts show up
We are retired people on a fixed income so we were very happy to find the size of water filters that our system uses. The price along with it being a 3 M product was a big plus to us. After reading several of the other reviews we knew that this was the company to order from. And we were so right, the order was filled quickly and delivered very quickly. From now on when ever we need more water filters ( which is once a year) we will definitely be ordering from FRESH WATER SYSTEMS. Despite using the online form and sending an email to the returns department, I got no response. One of the filters I purchases--with the assistance of their chat help--won't work for my system. I never used it and wanted to exchange it.

I needed help picking out the right pump for my situation. So I called up freshwater systems. Their personnel helped me get the right pump. The pump was tested before it was shipped and everything went great.
I ordered the filters in March and didn't need to install them until July, thats when I noticed they were the wrong filters. I called your company and a very nice girl said to send them back and your company would send me a prepaid mailing label. I received the correct filters and installed them. I could not ask for better service and yes I will continue to order filters from your company. Thank you very much.
No problems whatsoever with my purchase - and the product works perfectly - the shipping originated with FedEx but unfortunately was handed off to the postal service which delayed delivery and that service is often less than stellar - I would have preferred a straight through delivery with FedEx. I would purchase from this vendor again and will.

Purchased this filter in October after another company's filter reduced water pressure dramatically after a few weeks. All I need is chlorine removal and this filter delivers results. So far after 5 months, no chlorine taste and no noticeable pressure drop on municipal water.
My order was processed promptly and I received it in a few days. The box was opened in transit and some of the order was missing. Prompt response from Customer Service (answered promptly) rectified the situation and I received the missing items in 3 days. Really great service and reasonable prices for quality products.
We bought the wrong faucet. Told them via email but when they didn't answer us in a week we returned the faucet. Since then they communicated to tell us we messed up but we still haven't moved forward to be reimbursed and purchase a different faucet.

The title says it all - when I called looking for a John Guest fitting for our under-counter AP DWS-1000 water filtration system, the woman I spoke to knew about the part and how their available elbow part should be a direct fit.
These specialized John Guest fittings are not available at the big box orange or blue home improvement stores, nor at any of the plumbing supply houses I called. Other plastic fittings I tried just did not work and kept leaking.
The fitting I received cost less than the postage used to ship it so I bought two to have a spare on hand.
