Ordering was made effortless by the company's phone representatives and my exact order arrived many days ahead of its' scheduled arrival date. It would be a great world if all my internet transactions went so well.
I purchased two RO filters from them at a cost of $250 each. One was no good and they refused to replace it. "Our margins are to low" this is how they treat their customers.
Only problem I had was 1 piece was forgot in my order. They were prompt to resend it but sent the wrong piece. Again they were prompt to resend and got it rite. Overall very satisfied with the service, we all make mistakes once in a while. Good recovery! Thank you.
Bought a 5 pack filter set. One of them is not shrink wrapped. Could've been a used filter. Called freshwater, a lady told me she'll look into it and will call me back. No call, tried a second time, another lady said she'll call me back after she'll look into it. Both ladies lied. They never call back. I will never do business with freshwater again. Lying pieces of scum!
They were very helpful solving my problem. The reverse osmosis drain line was backing up into the sink through the air gap in the faucet. This was due to the drain line was attached below the disposal. Freshwater sold me a part that the drain line was attached above the disposal. This solved my problem! Before is I had no solution.
I called hoping to get some information and suggestions on what RO system to purchase. I was very pleased with the personal service I received. I then ordered a WFS system and it was delivered in a reasonable timeframe
Our experience dealing with Freshwater Systems has always been great, but we just haven't found the right filter yet to meet our needs or to improve the taste of our water in our deep water along wi th with some other problems. However, we appreciated all your help in trying to help us get this problem solved. We have had our water tested on the local level and now are in the process on having tested on higher level. We are bound to get this all worked out. We aren't going any where, and we hope you will always be close by to help us.

When I placed the order by phone I was informed that one item was BO'd but would be available to be shipped in 5 days. I updated my contact info at the same time. Customer Service called the home phone number, which I had eliminated from my current contact info since I'm not there during daytime business hours. When I returned the call discovered the item wouldn't be available for 2-3 months and they wanted to make a substitution. I didn't want a substitution. If I had know that when I placed the order I would have ordered from another resource. I then had to scurry to get that one product from another source and pay shipping since I did not have a large enough total. I would seriously reconsider order from this firm again.
Received wrong order. Told would receive return call tag by email. 5 days later still had not received. Called and told would receive. 2 more days called again and finally got email while on phone but they would not "release" my original order till the return scanned in. Not my fault order was wrong and i went 2 weeks waiting for a water tank i needed plus if i wouldn't have called again doubt i would have it today yet. Product was good service not so much.
Called the day after I placed the order to have an item removed. The person said they could not see the order in their system but could see it ion the web. I asked the person to remove the item or let me know other wise. Never heard a word and I received the item I did not want. Poor customer service.
Customer service was great but did not like that if I returned the item I would only get back the cost of the item and I would have to be responsible for shipping back to the company. By the time it was all said and done I would only get back about 7-8.00 so sold it on E-Bay.
Very happy with the entire experience. First tank was damaged in shipping and the staff were so helpful. They dealt with the shipping company and got me a new tank immediately. The tank has been installed and does everything we need.

I ordered a particular valve attachment at a 1/4 inch and was sent a 3/8 inch piece instead. The item was picked wrong as the item number and description was correct. The customer service personnel was nice enough in walking me through the process of proving that fact and getting a new part shipped out, but it was sent Express and took me 2 weeks to receive the correct 4 dollar item.

This last time a bulb and filter were ordered but only the bulb came, a message was sent to tell of the problem and it was fixed in timely fashion.

I ordered 3/8 inch filter in error. When I tried to order a 1/4 inch in the same filter I was told that it was not available. If this is the case why do you give customers that option in the first place?
I called after I rec'd my order. The cartridge had marks on it as if it had been used and refurbished. I know because previous cartridges came looking brand new. I called and was told to send a photo. I am elederly ( over 90) and have no camera so I just installed it.
I have always had a good experience except for this time.
The item I ordered was on back order and I was given an estimated ship date.
They did not ship and I had to call twice. In the meantime I had to order from another supplier.
I appreciated and was impressed by the prompt and personable attention that my order received. The exact item in packaging was not in stock, so I received a phone call to see if ok if I was shipped same item in different # in packaging.

Plugged it in with no included set up instructions. I called customer service twice, held 20+ minutes with no answer. Tried online customer service, waited and waited until it was too much and I gave up. The next day I tried a few things and got the 365 day panel reset.
I done business with them for replacement filters for drinking water osmosis system. This time I need to buy a replacement part and needed some tech support and the gentleman I talked to provided the information and was pleasant to converse with.

They sent the wrong part for my order... didn't send the RMA package slip until 4 PM on a Friday... didn't ship the new part until I called them Monday and insisted they expedite it... and then the package was "mishandled" and isn't going to arrive until Thursday... again it was their mistake.
Also, the part was $20 more expensive and the only reason I bought from them was that they could ship it faster.
Obviously just a warehouse store that doesn't care about customer service.
Needed to do routine maintenance and replace the leaky RO faucet. Was able to purchase everything from this site. Order arrived promptly, without errors, and was even sent a tracking number for the order. Was able to get free shipping since I ordered above the minimum, but would like the minimum to be lower for the free shipping.
I had mixed thoughts on this product working as it should. Our home has all low flow fixtures not meeting the minimum flow requirements of this filter. After installation I was pleased with the function of the product. It has stopped all scale from our demand water heater from fouling our fixtures. Ideal product for this application. I am a pipefitter by trade and this is a high quality product.

Bought an annual package. Two of the blue filters were not sealed up with shrink wraps like the red and purple ones. Couldn't tell if they were new. Also the manufacturing date on the blue ones were 2 years old. Will not do business again.
