I purchased two RO filters from them at a cost of $250 each. One was no good and they refused to replace it. "Our margins are to low" this is how they treat their customers.

I placed my order online. The product arrived within a few days of my placing the order. It was packaged well therefore arrived without damage. As with prior orders, this too has been a good experience.
Ordered and waited for almost 10 days. The delivery status was not being update by FedEx. Customer service department wanted me to wait until FedEx relocate the package instead of sending out new package to me.
My order was delayed due to a backorder but this was never communicated. I sent an email through the web site questing the delay and still got not response. Almost four weeks later I was emailed that the part had shipped.
Delayed delivery because out of stock. That was no problem. The challenge was when the estimated delivery date was given. Servere snow storm so I added 4 days after the roads were passable. I did not receive a new date until I sent an angry note. The person who responded did so promptly and courteously. There should have been a bring up file. The company should have initiated contact with me.

It should not be hard to have different billing and delivery addresses, but the
System could handle that it until it did, for no clear reason. Someone from FS responded to mi inquiry, saying it might be a problem with older IE but I have not used that for years. I was on a iMac, using Chrome 48. 0. 2564. 97. I did get the delivery as ordered, and quickly, so in the end it was OK.
Already knew what I needed since I was simply replacing a unit that died. So, straightforward purchase. These guys had the best price that I could find and unit arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

I went on their website and correctly typed in my RO filtration system model and brand. Their website recommended the replacement tank model. I ordered it and when it came it was wrong. They want me to pay to return it plus a restocking fee. Also, they said I made the error. Terrible customer service! Go somewhere else!
Since filters comes in many sizes, and hook-up configurations, it is necessary to describe them in detail. The use of industry jargon and lack of description is not helpful to customers. In my case I purchased an in-line filter which I could not install as planned. Return postage and new shipping make it prohibitive to return the item.
I bought a low pressure alarm. It didn't work when I took it out of the box. Called company, filled out paperwork, took photos, and submitted paperwork and photos. Still waiting for a refund or replacement. Haven't been contacted by anyone to tell me they got the email, or as to when I can expect my refund/replacement. Time is money, and they have my money and are taking their time...
The good news: my UV bulb arrived quickly and safely. The bad news, it didn't turn on. When I called Fresh Water Systems, they told me I had to go back to the manufacturer to get a replacement - I hate when the company I purchase from doesn't stand behind what they sell. They advised me that it might be my power supply; that it takes more power to turn on a new bulb, than the one currently in use. So, I ordered another bulb that also did not come on. Now I have to order a new power supply - my 2.5-year-old Master Water Systems UV power supply has apparently crapped out!
My item was on back order; and when the item became available, my credit card number had been changed. Freshwater shipped my item anyway even though they could not be sure that they would be paid for it. (They were; I responded promptly to their email requesting a new card number.) The item, a bottle suitable for iced tea, was a hard to find item and is excellent.
I have no complaints in terms of the online purchase process in process. It was simple and we received the 6 pack MWF filters within few days as scheduled. My only issue is to make more available the local MWF vs. the international. However they're practically the same.
I needed filters for my reverse osmosis water system and was glad to find them at Fresh Water Systems. They were easy to order, arrived on time in good condition. Next time I can order a full year's supply at a discount. Sounds like a plan to me!
After 3 months I found out they did'nt send me my bio-strips with my order, I sent an e-mail and without any questions they replace the strips and had them mail to address in just a couple of days. I have worked with this company for sereral years now and will continue to do so for a long time, thier equipment works just right and with great prices I might add. I would deal with this company for all my products.
I responded to an add for a free evaluation. The rep was great and did not push me to buy. About five months later i called tep back and said i needed the new filter system. Installation man was wonderful, very knowledgeable, curtious and i was 100! Satisfied. Bad taste in water gone. Thank you and may God bless you.
For a $7.00 item it cost us $80.00 with the price of the freight we thought it was coming by UPS but it was delivered in the mail and not in a very timely mater. Product was what we needed to get our water filter system running again which we are satisfied with
They waited a week to even process the order. This was after LOTS of auto-generated worthless emails. I suspect an initial non-stock situation causing the delay. This was aggravating. I will now return to my previous supplier. The only good thing to come of this is the very review you are reading now.
I've been using my Amway filtration under counter for about 18yrs. The current filters are no longer available and discontinued. I was very pleased that your filters, although a little smaller, were a perfect solution for my needs. Thank you. I definitely will recommend your products to my friends and family.
I have not installed the product yet so this is not a performance review. I ordered a Puro RO system and an additional set of cartridge refills. All I got was the refills. My order showed has having been completed. When I called, the error was acknowledged. And the RO system itself was sent out and I received it a week later. Given the difference in size, price, weight etc, it seems "sloppy" handling.
Placed an order in January, 1 month went by and nothing. Sent an email for an update and was told it was backordered. With a 30 day estimated ship. That passed and still nothing. Then magically 3 months later it appeared on my step. This company needs to communicate better with customers and products.
