We ordered from Spain wondering if the service would be as fast as they were assuring. Not just that they were faster than what we were expecting, but the quality of the cheeses is absolutely great, and they arrived in the best possible shape. So so satisfied. Will definitely buy more.

It was easy to order in advance. The website automatically filtered items that were unavailable for export to the US, and my order arrived exactly when I asked. Everything was well packaged and the cheeses themselves were, without exception, absolutely incredible. I appreciate the professionalism, ease, and quality of every part of of my first and definitely-not-final ordering experience.

First they sent en email saying that my card is not going through. I canceled that order. Three days after that they charged my card again. I called my bank and told them about fraud on my account. Those french scumbags sent me an email with some jibberish about my refund. I never got my refund $318 plus they charged me $20 on top of 318 dollars. So be aware of these criminals. This is not legitimate company, they are bunch of hard core criminals stealing your money.
My first delivery arrived inedible after a week in transit. Cheeses were covered in slime. The customer support has not responded for over a week.
The packaging is wasteful, plastic/styrofoam/foil/gel which cannot be reused or recycled. It is also bigger than necessary.
I was very excited about this order, spent over $100 on it. I planned on it to arrive on a specific day, followed its path, signed up for alerts on the delivery. Got home to a tag on the door from FedEx. I frantically called them, and they informed me that a signature was required, which I was unaware of. They offered to drop off the package on their way back to the station, since it was food. The package arrived melted and had a horrifying smell. I contacted the company and their response was to make a note next time to nor require a signature; however FedEx informed me that it was their policy to never leave packages at the door - so I am confused. Recommend they use dry ice like ButcherBox, where the food always arrives perfectly at my doorstep. Out $100 and very sad.
Great cheese, if they are not melted by the time they arrive. Three times my order arrived days late, after the dinner that I had ordered the cheese for. Hours on the phone with fedex. Very aggravating. Not worth it.
I ordered a cheese package and left specific delivery instructions. Those instructions were apparently not relayed to the delivery company. My cheeses arrived hot and melted. Fromages is doing nothing to rectify this. They are taking no responsibility for NOT relaying my specific delivery instructions. Also, I requested a gift message with my order, it was not in the package. And fromages used provide information cards about the cheeses. There were no cards in my package. I have ordered from fromages and the past and have seen their service gradually decline. I have been in contact with a customer service rep and a manager. Neither have offered an apology or a soluton to this problem. This is the final straw for me. I will no longer do business with this company.
I have been ordering cheese from fromages.com for years. The cheese is always fabulous. The only problem is that they rarely deliver the cheese by the date you request. So I request the cheese be delivered at least 2 days before I really want it.
Charged my credit card and never shipped the cheese. They did not credit my account and I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company to have my money refunded
