In addition to a wide variety of cheeses I love the fact you can pick the exact arrival date. I also appreciate that they tell you how much more weight in product you could add before your shipping costs increase. This is a helpful feature on their site! Excellent customer experience!
My first delivery arrived inedible after a week in transit. Cheeses were covered in slime. The customer support has not responded for over a week. The packaging is wasteful, plastic/styrofoam/foil/gel which cannot be reused or recycled. It is also bigger than necessary.
Everything was shipped and arrived in a timely fashion.

Le choix est énorme et les prix sont souvent moins chers, (transport inclu) qu'aux USA. J'ai fait plusieurs commandes sans avoir jamais été déçu.
