After searching for this firearm from other companies I found an upgraded version in chrome for a lower price and from a company with a better reputation. I merely contacted frontier firearms about returning the item to find out it was subject to a 20 percent restocking fee on top of shipping it back half way across the county. Also they have no customer service sense as the attached conversation proves as well as other forums clearly expressing their strong feelings to stay away from this company. There are so many more options out there either locally or online.
