Furlenco delivers the goods when subscribed on time but their service is pathetic. If you report an issue with what they have installed, there is no response. You seem to be talking and writing to a wall. There is no co ordination amongst their teams. Multiple people will call you and ask about the issue but post that there will be no action. You have to spend all your time and effort in following up with them and they will keep giving you timelines which they never live upto. There is no one answering your emails. As far as possible do not go to them.
