First and foremost, I'm a real buyer and I've seen criticism on shipping delays by Game Wall; didn't happen to me. My item came in less than 2 weeks and the print looks amazing. My only critique is that they do not answer emails. After purchasing my item, I had a charge of heart and wanted to switch my print for another. I attempted to contact all the emails provided in the website and emails within the confirmation purchase email sent to me, nothing. I mean, I'm still happy with my initial choice of print, but it could have been better. Please, reply to your emails Game Wall in the future. Thanks
Prints took almost a month to arrive, when they should've been here within 5 days. Visuals on the website do not accurately represent the sizing on the products. Emailed the website owner multiple times, but never had any response. Terrible service with bad products. Also, bad value for money, as the prints were very expensive if you in include the unexpected import fees to the UK. AVOID!
Placed an order on 3/6, it's 3/18 and I still don't have the canvas I ordered. I've reached out via email, chat and phone only to receive no response what so ever. Site says they can ship to anywhere in 4 days... well clearly they can't. Was really looking forward to hanging this in the boys room. No tracking information has been provided; item just says shipped. Getting plenty of spam emails wanting me to purchase more. Had this gone better I sure would have.
Great website, showed accurate depiction of item. The item shipped quickly from Europe and I am amazed at the speed it arrived via FedEx. Sturdy packaging was impressive and well prepared for a long travel. The artwork was crisp and well done, mounting was great too! I would definitely order again from this company and you should too. Avoid this company! Nothing has arrived and now not responding to any emails or messages to rectify! I have a very disappointed little boy so will need to reorder elsewhere at additional unnecessary cost to me to put this right for him! Awful customer service!

Received my piece of wall art today after 2 failed delivery attempts (why do you ship it requiring a signature, this is annoying), the frame was broken on the left side of the artwork causing it to look misshapen. How do you expect the frame to stay in tact when you only wrap the artwork in bubble wrap with corner protectors? It should come in a thick cardboard box.
Received damaged canvas panels as they were only packaged in bubble wrap. Have tried a few times to contact for a replacement and when I finally got onto someone, they didn't reply back. Bit sad as this was a christmas present and it's just sitting in a corner in our house as it's not acceptable to be hung up. This was a large size too which i was happy with but now I have wasted my money
Can't say anything bad. Customer service was very nice. Easy to deal with. Easy to find what I wanted. Just haven't gotten the item yet so I can't say oh yeah it's great blah blah blah. But I'm still excited for it to come. Should be here soon I'd say..
I ordered a 5 piece wall decor set for my son for Christmas. I received an email on December 4th saying it had been shipped and as of December 11th it still says pending with no updated tracking information. I have sent multiple emails and multiple instant messages to customer service to find out what is going on with my order with no response. As a small business owner myself this is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
I ordered February 23,2021. Some one in customer service said I will get confirmation on shipping in 12 hrs. And then nothing. I've sent emails to the owner and also no response.
It is March 11,2021. And my wall is still naked. When I receive my art in this lifetime I will update my review.

Finally got in touch with customer service and they provided me with a tracking number. So it shipped yesterday and I was not notified. Hopefully it will be here in 4 days. Yargo was helpful in providing me the shipping info. I'm glad I got in contact with her.

So today I received my wall art of Modern warfare 2. I have to say I absolutely love it and it is exactly as described and I expected. The only issue I had was ordering it with converting centimeters to inches. I don't know if it was because of the pandemic or not why customer service was so horrible. But it was really nice to get exactly what I wanted. I am changing my review the four stars from one.
Tip for consumers:
If you have Siri ask her to convert to centimeters to inches. The sizes on the site are in centimeters.

Placed my order. Sent my money. They acknowledged receiving my order. Then... crickets. It has been a week and a half with no information about shipping. I have sent 4 inquiries to their address and have not received a single response. Horrible customer relations.
I have tried calling and going on live chat to have this problem sorted out with no contact I have asked for a refund still no contact. Remember 1 satisfied customer will tell 1in 3 people about a good service. Where as a dissatisfied customer will tell 1 in 20 if you want people to come

Ordered something June 26th and still haven't received a tracking number. Emailed them twice at *******@gamewallart.com looking for any sort of update and have received no communication from them. I'm about ready to do a charge back on the order and find another website that can actually respond to emails.
I ordered on March 30th; it's now April 6th and haven't gotten any kind of communication about the status of my order (besides the automatic order confirmation), despite me emailing them. It's making me nervous...
*update June 5th - was sent my tracking information, Seems like it was shipped May 31st and is going to be delivered June 8th.
Ordered May 23rd, emailed support a week later after not receiving any information about my order and haven't gotten a response. In that time frame they have sent me a handful of emails trying to get me to purchase again, two of which asked me to write a review on this site. The shipping in 4 days that they advertise is utterly false but can't be expected when shipping is free. I don't care about shipping time being a week or two but at least tell me my order has shipped and give me the tracking info, don't leave me in limbo wondering if I'll ever receive my order. If my order ever arrives I'll update this review, until then I would order from somewhere else as this seems to be a common problem with this company.

I ordered this on March 15th and today is March 24th. It states you can track through Shop but all it says is shipped. I don't know what day it was shipped or from where. Their website indicated a 3-4 day ship time. If I don't get the order by the end of the week I'll be asking for a full refund

I purchased a wall canvas from gamewallart and haven't received it yet. It's been 8 days since I paid $99.00. I also submitted an email and haven't received a response. Is this a scam? Feel like I've been robbed.
I ordered "WOW - World of Warcraft 41 Genn Greymane 5 Piece Canvas Wall Art Gaming Canvas" on 3/3/2021 and it had still not shipped as of today(3/11/2021). When using the online chat, I was told it would ship and that I would get the tracking ID in 3 hours. So if it was already shipped the tracking ID should be available no need to wait. I believe, at least I hope, my order is now in the processing of being shipped within the next 3 hours. In general poor communication in regards to orders.
