First and foremost, I'm a real buyer and I've seen criticism on shipping delays by Game Wall; didn't happen to me. My item came in less than 2 weeks and the print looks amazing. My only critique is that they do not answer emails. After purchasing my item, I had a charge of heart and wanted to switch my print for another. I attempted to contact all the emails provided in the website and emails within the confirmation purchase email sent to me, nothing. I mean, I'm still happy with my initial choice of print, but it could have been better. Please, reply to your emails Game Wall in the future. Thanks
Prints took almost a month to arrive, when they should've been here within 5 days. Visuals on the website do not accurately represent the sizing on the products. Emailed the website owner multiple times, but never had any response. Terrible service with bad products. Also, bad value for money, as the prints were very expensive if you in include the unexpected import fees to the UK. AVOID!
Firstly- the art itself is very good, the colours are as saturated as the ones in the pictures. The frames are light, but look sturdy enough. As other people have pointed out, there isn't a "strong cardboard box"... it came wrapped in bubble wrap. Thankfully there wasn't any damage.
Now, the service... The "4-day shipping anywhere in the world" couldn't be possible, as it took them a week to ship it from Turkey to Bulgaria. You cannot really track your order, and you receive no updates on the shipping. Also, the "shipping to address" is a complete lie, as parcels go through customs. In my case UPS dealt with all that and delivered it to my address afterwards. Speaking of customs- they required an international shipping price, that's not 0.00, so I asked customer support for an invoice. After multiple failed attempts to get the document, and just as many promises that I will, a few days later I decided to call the workshop directly. The person on the phone told me that my invoice should be sent to me by the end of the day... I got the e-mail 2 days later. Because of that, I got my order 15 days after purchase. After all, I'm happy I got my order as I imagined it, they just need to work a bit on their customer service and packaging.
The print quality is excellent and the build quality is just as good! Very sturdy wood frame that doesn't twist at all like other canvas prints. Even has a soft material over the back so it's not just open. I was very surprised at the quality from a lesser known store. Overall very satisfied with my purchase.
Very good experience during the lock down, ordered on a Friday and had arrived the following Friday very impressed with the canvases a bit pricey but worth it, good communication throughout would definitely recommend
Game Wall Art have been nothing short of amazing. I asked them to re-center an image of a 5 pieces canvas. They did it, sent me pictures of it to verify that I was happy with it and they made sure that everything was to my liking. I can only recommend to everyone to buy at Game wall Art; these guys are pros.
I ordered a fortnite wall art for my little brother to surprise him and i got a wrong order it was deer wall art which is not even close to be fortnite and it was broken too I'm so disappointed and mailed the company i hope they can answer me and fix it soon. Edit! I texted them in the customer service chat on their website They answered me so quick and it was really helpful they let me keep the wrong product i got and they'll send me my order soon and i can't wait for it
I ordered some art and was hoping to get it by a certain date. They experienced a delay and it was not told to me till I went looking for more information when the art did not show up after a week. While I did not end up getting the Art in the end I was issued a quick refund because of the delays. I have instead gotten some stuff off of amazon that was able to get here in time for what I needed. I may go back to them the customer service once I spoke to a supervisor was great. I only wish I had known sooner there was going to be a delay.
I got exactly what I ordered, my only complaint is that it arrived only wrapped in bubble wrap and not in any cardboard nor any cardboard on the corners so one of the canvas pieces is worn a bit on the corner. It wasn't enough for me to need a replacement though.
I've ordered a Canvas on August 10th, it is now August 24th and still haven't received a tracking number or a date on when shipment is supposed to arrive, i tried contacting the customer support and i've received no news, so far starting to wonder if this site is actually legit or i got ripped off, not too happy so far anyway!
I honestly thought this item was so much bigger! It's tiny so I'm disappointed! I should of checked the measurements not sure if there were any though!
I never got sent a tracking number, no updates about my order at all, it's just radio silence. This is supposed to be a birthday gift. This is outrageous!

The quality of the image is great, the packaging and delivery aswell, the only bad thing was that the clips attached to hang the canvas are not aligned with the frame so its hard to hang em straight

Very dissatisfied. All the pictures should have included the size chart as the small is way too small. Not what I was looking for.
