Other then the tickets being in U.S. funds@ a Canadian event I"m happy. Its very easy to use. Quickly showed a friend while watching a Raptors game after 1/2 time we could have got seats for $56 ea in American funds thought):
I chose 2 seats to a concert at Madison Square Garden. The seats were costly but I wanted to attend the show. Once purchased they then sent me the seat information which WAS NOT what I had selected The seats they gave me were behind the stage! I paid almost $700 for this! I immediately reached out to game time. Ultimately they would not correct the issue even though I snap shot the seats I had picked before confirming purchase. They would not refund me either. I fought with my credit card company which I had also contacted immediately. Bottom line I had to pay for the tickets and I never attended the show! I thought if I didn't attend maybe it would give me some leverage to get refund but it didn't. I will never buy from game time again and I urge anyone reading this to stay away from this site! 😬
I didn't get my tickets. Gametime co sold them to the highest bidder. I know because I look back on their website an the sets are gone. That is bad business.
My brother buys tickets on Gametime often for concerts and sporting events. I decided to give them a try since my brother had such good luck on the APP.
I purchased one concert ticket. I followed the instructions to accept the ticket (I'm a very tech savvy person), but when the ticket showed up in my account, it showed up as already claimed by someone else and invalid. How this was possible, I have no clue, but it happened.
My first reaction was that I was accidentally sent a ticket that had previously sold. I figured it would be an easy fix upon contacting Gametime customer service. NOPE. To make a long story short, they told me that the ticket wasn't valid because I WAS THE ONE who transferred the ticket and that there was nothing they could do to help me. How would they know if I transferred the tickets myself? They don't have access to my Ticketmaster account.
I absolutely did not transfer the tickets, and none of my accounts have been hacked. I was either a victim of a scam by the seller or Gametime is ran by complete idiots who do not want to own up to their mistakes. Either way, it's bad!
Purchase tickets at your own risk. If there is a problem, they will not protect you.
Mot unbelievable scam - did not purchase tickets and then they auto charged me and would not help resolves seconds later
It's advertised to be a 100% refundable ticket within 24 hours of purchase. That's not true and their customer service is quite sassy on their responses. When you purchase tixs for an event you would expect tickets with rows, seats after purchase. NOPE! I ordered my tixs over 1 month before the event and now have to wait until 1 day before the event to get my tixs. I found cheaper tixs with a better location that I confirmed would provide an actual ticket immediately.GameTime support said I could resell them on StubHub or other networks to get my money back. I don't desire to get into the ticket sales biz for their sake, I just want my frickin' tickets. Unbelievable the BS this service (LACK OF SERVICE) provider is offering. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THIS BIZ!
They will tell you that they can't credit or refund you because your tickets didn't have insurance, however THEY DO NOT EVEN OFFER OR SELL INSURANCE! They are full of lies & a scamming company. Avoid at all costs
Tip for consumers:
Don’t use, fraudulent & scamming company
Purchased tickets for a Bruins game, realized it was for a venue in Canda versus in Massachusetts. Contacted customer service immediately within 5 minutes of the transaction/purchase, it when then I was made aware 2 more purchases were attempted on my same credit card, same date, same game and they allowed at least 1 more transaction to be approved thankfully denying the 3rd purchase. I was aware of their refund policy and willing to accept a credit for the legitimate first purchase, but the 2nd approved transaction was fraudulent. I pleaded that there was a security problem with their web site and that the 2nd purchase was illegal and I wanted to speak with their fraud department, which I was denied access to. At this point I'm out roughly $900.00, but I'm disputing the charge on my credit card. I flatly refuse to pay for the 2nd transaction I didn't authorize. We'll have to see what happens. DON"T ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
I bought tickets in July for an Oct. 1st football game. Two days before the event they told there was a problem with the seats and them upgraded me. So to be clear I bought tickets bottom level last row to be out of the sun because I had young children with me. They said they upgraded my tickets and moved me close to the field. I said I can't have this due to the children, I declined the in the sun tickets. The night before they worked out seats that were in the last row on the other side of the field. They said I would receive them in the morning. They never came. After I was at the gate they forced me to take the tickets I declined or get a refund. However the tickets were worth way more than when I paid for them. So either I ruin kids first game experience or let Gametime rip me off. To top it off after I took the near in tears kids to the stadium. I get a text message from Gametime, Please return my tickets or my account will be recharged if tickets aren't returned. So they were going to try an take those tickets from me to say here is your money back two hours before an NFL game starts and your at the gate. This place should be sued and boycotted. Never Use Gametime!
I bought tickets to the Braves game over a month in advance. I compared several sites and prices in the 200 level of the ball park. By comparison GameTime had the best deal. (Comparable but was best option). So I clicked on the 200s range seats from the map of the ball park and it showed there were four seats available together which I added to cart. After paying for the seats and additional fees my total came out to $260. I received an email confirmation not showing the information of where the seats where. It just said four seats purchased for $260 and that Ticketmaster would be sending me the tickets before the game. This was the first time it was disclosure that the tickets would come from Ticketmaster. Well just a couple days before the game I received an email with my tickets from Ticketmaster and it said my seats were in the 433 section on Row 10. This is the highest/worst seating in the stadium right beside general admission. The tickets now right before the game start are in the $20 range. So I paid $260 for four tickets over a month before the game to receive tickets in the nose bleed section. GameTime was difficult to contact and no help. They said they could not do anything unless I could show a screen shot of where I booked the tickets in the 200 section of the stadium but of course the confirmation they sent did not have the section on it. I am livid and hope these tickets actually work to scan when I get to the stadium. Don't by tickets though Gametime. I should have read more reviews before purchasing.
Tip for consumers:
That this company sends you the tickets through Ticketmaster

I am trying to stay positive about Gametime but seems this site can't deliver as promised - we are significantly out of pocket and can't seem to gain answers from Gametime mgt - I will advise where this leads but I warn all I think you are highly at risk of losing money or inferior seats - stay tuned
I'd rate zero stars if I could. The worst experience ever. I bought two tickets in November and my tickets transferred to me in January but only one ticket would download so I called gametime and they said well it's good on our end so there is nothing we can do. I then asked for a refund and they said because you accepting your tickets already we cannot refund you. They said that I could go to the box office the day of the event and they can look up my ticket. The day of the even came, I arrived super early because I knew I was going to have issues. The box office said I could only use the one ticket that dowloaded to my phone but the other ticket was never released to me so there was nothing they could do. So I called gametime and got the same bull$#*! response as I did in January. You accepted the tickets and there is nothing we can do. I ended up buying new tickets at the box office as I did not want to disappoint my minor daughter whom I bought tickets for. In the end I spent over $900 for four tickets but could only use two. And the kicker is I paid LESS for two tickets at the box office then I did through gametime. Gametime is a scam. They double book tickets and do not refund people who cannot access their tickets. DO NOT USE GAMETIME unless you want to waste your hard earned money!
I highly advise anyone and everyone NOT to use this app. Once they have you CC information. They can and will withdrawal money from your account without explanation. If you happen to catch it they may return your money, but will not provide any explanation, because they will only blame you and not provide any proof. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
I have used Gametime several times with out any issues. I recently purchased two tickets to take my nephew to his first Laker game in the VIP section during the playoffs (game 5). We arrive at the gate on game day and was told that I had purchased the game for game 6. We were then escorted out of the VIP section line. I think to myself what a major mistake I had made and how embarrassed my nephew and I were. I go ahead and purchase tickets at the box office since we are already there and since Crypto.com arena said I had tickets for game 6 we would return for that game as well. Game day arrives for game 6 and 2 hours before the game I receive an email that my tickets were transferred to and unknown email. I called Gametime and they told me there is nothing they can do and will have to investigate. Being embarrassed and now depressed that we will miss this game where the Lakers beat the warriors in game 6 our hearts just dropped. We literally drove 2 hours for nothing for the 2nd time. I didn't receive any phone call or email for a couple weeks. I receive the refund 3 weeks later with no explanation at all. Absolutely the worst game experience and support service I have ever encountered.
Bought primo tickets (center field) for the MLB Home Run Derby & All-Star Game 2023. Both set of tickets was emailed, no problem. A week before the event, I reconfirmed I had possession of the tickets and added them to Apple Wallet (just in case). Well, the day of the All-Star Game (2 hrs before the start) we went to the venue and was not allowed entry. The tickets were no longer "valid" and Pass was disabled! Went to the box office to get it straightened out. They advised me that my name was not listed on the tickets. They confirmed Ticketmaster was the original ticket agency, and Game Time was the "current" ticket agency that sold the 3 tickets to me for $3,091. At that time nothing could be done to "confirm" my tickets and allow us entry. We bought another $2,000 worth of tickets at the box office and went to the game. For the next 45 minutes I was on the phone with Game Time trying to get answers and get a refund. No one could assist me and I demanded followup with customer service. They "promised" they would look into it and contact me within 2 weeks. Never got an REAL explanation or a refund! They even accused me of sharing the tickets! Never admitted there was an error, claiming they are 3rd party and have no liability. WHAT A RIP OFF! Don't waste $$$$ with this company. (BTW-we had no problem with the tickets for the Home Run Derby)

Game started@ 1:00 sent me a message a hour before game time…letting me know I wouldn't receive my tickets! But my tickets were purchased several weeks before the game!
I purchased two tickets and was not made aware of the $21 per ticket fee until after the order was placed. They would not refund or cancel the tickets! DO NOT USE!
Tip for consumers:
BEWARE OF HIGH FEES!!!
They have a price match or lowest price guarantee and they DO NOT HONOR THAT! I emailed them proof of a much lower price than I paid and they NEVER responded or honored it! Just quit responding. VERY RUDE!
The staff was highly rude and getting into customers space asking For ID and were rude and racist calling my family dirty Hispanics. Oh
My fiance bought us two tickets to Nate Bargatze for my birthday.
The app said the tickets would be tranferred 24 hours before the event.
The day of the event we still didn't have the tickets and both of us spent hours talking to different customer service reps and none of them were helpful. They just kept saying all they could do was keep calling the seller to try and get them to sell the tickets.
My fiance and I went to the venue an hour before the event started to talk to the box office to see if there was anything they could do since we had our seat numbers and everything, just not tickets. The box office couldn't help if we didn't have tickets.
So we contact Gametime again and still no help.
My fiance and I figure we are not going to get the tickets in time since the show was now starting in 10 minutes so we decided to make other plans for our night.
Hours later when my fiance checked his email he saw that seller sent the tickets after the show had started. Which was infuriating.
The next day I spent another hour or so talking to customer service reps to simply get a refund.
In all my fiance spent 4-5 hours talking to customer service reps with no result. They told us they could not give us a refund but they could offer us a 50% in app credit.
Bought my son some tickets to a baseball game in 2020. The game was cancelled thanks to Covid-19. Gametime offered a full refund applied to my credit card or take a credit on the app. If I chose the credit on the app they would apply an additional 25%. Deal right, no brainer! Done apply the credit. What they failed to tell me is that if I didn't use it within two years I would loose it! Thought I'd buy ticks to tonight's game last knight and poof my credit is gone. Spoke with customer service they proceeded to tell me I was past due and my credit expired. No one ever reached out to tell me it was going to expire nor did they tell me at the time of refund or credit it had an expiration date! They're just scandalous. I asked to speak to a superior and was told she was the highest supervisor. I clearly assured her she had a supervisor and she's says well yes but not available. Have her call me I said. She says they don't have a phone! Again I assured her they have a phone! Well she said they don't take or make calls only email. Customer service would email me and then have me reply to said email and they would forward to supervisor! As far as I'm concerned they stole my money! Definitely would not recommend
Paid $564 for tickets I never received. Can't contact anyone by phone about a refund. Can only go back and forth via email and no refund!
Tip for consumers:
Scam!
Bought tickets 6 months before the concert he wanted to attend and they tell him day of Concert is oversold. Buyer Beware!
This company employs folks who do not like their jobs and in return the service provided is awful. Badly run company
We chose tickets and at check out they switched them and would not give me a refund to correct my order!
Customer service was a big zero
I bought tickets for the 49ers/Dallas divisional playoff game on 1/14. I received an email that the tickets were on their way and that I would receive a ticket transfer email from Ticketmaster. There was no communication from Gametime or Ticketmaster. So finally on Friday 1/20 I sent an email to inquire about the ticket transfer. They said that sometimes the seller will wait until 24-72 hours to send me an email because of issues with counterfeiting barcodes. On Saturday 1/21 I still had not received a text or email. I chatted with 3 different people from Gametime. Each person told me the same thing as the email. Finally, the last person told me that there was an issue with the seller and that the tickets were no longer available, but they told me that they would find me tickets that were equivalent or better than the tickets I bought. Later that day I received a text from Gametime that my seats were upgraded but still no ticket transfer email. Finally on Sunday 1/22 at 7:00am(Game was at 3:30pm) I received the ticket transfer email. They were really good seats on the lower level 30-yard line. I would like to thank Vane, Casy and Keira for their help in assuring that I would have the tickets for the game. I had to be very proactive in communicating with Gametime in order to get my tickets. I read other reviews on here from people that didn't have the same positive result as myself. While there were others that had a bad experience and ended up with no tickets. Either way I don't think this is the way a company should do business. I feel like I was just one of the lucky ones.
