Yo! Gap seems to be the best retail company for those seeking for some nice quality clothes for a kinda low price. I personally was aware of this brand even before it captured the mass market. I thought that it would be a breakthrough, hence nowadays we can behold this picture. Many people wear attire from this brand and it seems to me this tendency will last for several decades more.

“Gap stealing from customers”

I ordered 7 items. Received only 6. They are making it impossible to either send me money back, or send the item itself. They are keeping my money and saying I have to solve it with my bank. They said they are denying my claim because I only have ever ordered twice with them. My order history is not robust enough for them to accept my claim. Shameful business practice in other words called STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS.

I have had clothes from GAP since I was a child and the clothes have always been good quality.
The jeans are really great, and are even better value for money in the sales.
They are comfortable stretchy and stylish, they also last a long time.
Overall GAP is a good brand for simple, lovely clothes.

Not a very satisfied customer here. The clothes are quite expensive and the wait for the delivery is long. I'm sorry but clothes at this price should at least be of exceptional quality. And they are not.

I have been a shppper of GAP specifically for my kids for a long time- all their life- my oldest is 9. Every issue I have had they are quick to fix it but today they went above and beyond, and I didn't complain or ask they offered. My order was not shipped to the right address, and they refunded my entire order, as well as, sent me 3 of the items which remained in stock for free ( which included my daughters birthday picture dress) and expedited it!

They have corrected mistakes before and never given me hassle and have always taken care of me: but this time they truly put did themselves.

This makes me want to keep shopping at GAP! Also I looked to see if they were an American company, becuse I'm like there's no way this isn't American and the founders are American! :)

I am a forever fan of The Gap! I loved the children's clothing when my kids were small, and I still find a lot of my casual wardrobe there. The clothes are excellent quality and there are many classic styles that wear well for years! Jeans are excellent!

I think Gap lost its luster and they are trying so hard to follow trends. They should stick with the basics and do it well and streamline so they can sell more stuff at reasonable price. Their sales are great though... I prefer to get stuff regular price than waiting for sales. But you cannot beat cuteness of GapKids, Atheleta and Banana Republic.

Good quality, good for the basic staple pieces in the closet. I like the gear without all the advertising. I appreciate the jean jackets and the flowing summer dresses. The sizes are easy and straightforward. I wish that I had a GAP near me.

I buy a lot from Gap only because it is a known name brand. The Big N Tall t-shirts are really short. So not true to size. Their returns are really hard if you try returning through store (they give you that choice in their recipt). Putting it in the mail is easier. Their chothes are really expensive (for me). Good thing sometimes they have coupons! I love their clothes for kids, but not for Tall men.

Not the best customer services. I ordered a gift card and small purchases, paid for priority delivery so that the gift card would arrive on time, when after 2 days I checked the status, it turned out that the order was canceled with the reason - there is no thing, what kind of thing is not clear. I ordered the second time a gift card and socks in addition, this time I paid $ 25 for delivery so that the order would arrive the next day. When I received an email stating that it turns out that I can't buy a card, I went to the site and saw that not the entire order was canceled, but only the gift card, and I can no longer cancel the delivery of socks with priority delivery, because they are very fast Sent, because delivery is a priority! As a result, I will have socks worth $7 at a price of $32.

Piperlime vs Zappos - If you really like Zappos, you will really like Piperlime. Piperlime is basically a copycat of Zappos - they offer the same free shipping and return benefits. Although Zappos offers more shoes (and products), Piperlime offers some different brands. Also, the site is cleaner and more contemporary looking which makes it more pleasant to browse their site.

This is an awesome store! There stuff is super chic. I especially love their shoes. I have purchased from this site on several occasions, and I have never had a problem. The delivery was always on time, and when I returned items for various reasons, it wasn’t a problem.

I purchased a gift card online October 31,2022. They credited my account for $100 on November 1,2022. I have yet to receive the gift card. I have called customer service everyday for 4 days in a row and could not get one person to help me that could speak English or anyone in the USA. I kept getting the run around and still DO NOT have my gift card or my refund. I have been a GAP shopper most of my life and will NEVER shop there again.

Gap sent me an email that I'd get 25% off jeans if I let them text me. I did and then the code only works on regularly priced items. I tried to call them and got sent to a sales call for a medical alert device and the woman on the other end wouldn't stop talking. I never could get through to a Gap representative to ask about the promotion. I've given up and unsubscribed, removing the 5 items I had in my cart. I can go somewhere else for jeans.

I recently ordered some shoes from Piperlime. I was a little hesitant to do so after reading the reviews on here. But the price was so good I couldn't resist and decided to take the risk. I have just received both pairs of shoes I ordered in perfect condition and with super quick delivery (all the way to Australia). So I definitely wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Thanks!

I placed an order for watch for them on December 11th for Christmas present for my girlfriend. They cancelled my order without sending me an email or a phone call. I finally realized that it was cancelled after the day of delivery had passed. Well I call them to get this resolved and they assure me the watch is on its way that day and I would have it in time for the holidays. Well I check my email the next day and the order is cancelled again. Well i learned a valuable lesson not to trust this D league website. Save your money.

Third class clothing of Gap
I bought jeans and tshirt from store named Suvidha in panipat
After the first wash cloth has loosened and fit has gone unexpectedly bad
Not worth the price!
Ii wil not suggest any one to go for it!
You wil end up wasting your money!

Probably the only store taking care of the brand and their Quality. I know about clothes, so I do not buy because it says Gap or Guess or Armani, if it is Chinese sh. I do not buy, unfortunately today you should not buy in stores like guess or nike and some others I do not have time to list here, but they are getting horrible with the quality of the products they are selling.

@gap Worst shopping experience EVER. I placed an order with Gap online Canada over 2 months ago. I paid for express shipping, it claims to ship items in a day or two. I have been waiting for my shipment and the order hasn't been delivered yet! It's over two months!

Worst brand!
Never buy from GAP!
Zero customer service!

It seems as some of their clothes is same quality as Old Navy. Why pay double when you can just get it cheaper. One of the good things is that you can shop at old navy, athletica, banana republic, and gap and checkout online at once.

I just got my Marice Lacoste TBC's today, perfect timing too, I came home at 1 today and Fedex was right at the door! The shipping was hell speed fast, I ordered 4 pairs of shoes on Sunday night around 10PM, and one pair is already here on the same week (Tuesday) talk about service, I'm expecting the other shoes to come in around Friday! They're really fast and cheap considering the 20% off! Plus free shipping, what a deal, like seriously lol. My first time ordering anything online, super pleased :) would definitely buy more here.

Sad, very sad. I ordered and trusted in a Company that has been around for a long time and that i trusted. I have not received any order or any communication beside the tracking number that i used to follow the arrival to my location but no package delivered and i can not get any contact person via phone, 1-800 number the local number and also sending a e-mail. Very frustrating. I dont want to be scammed for money and clothing..

The product diversity, the prices and the discounts they offer are good. Sometimes, really good. I caught 70% once!
One comment I have about their website is that I can not copy the billing address to the shipping address part (it shouldn't be difficult to put a checkbox to copy everything down), and it requires me to rewrite my address any time I want to apply a promo code. Not cool, Gap, not cool!
This might be a problem of using mobile devices to shop from Gap though.

I have been shopping online from Gap, Banana Republic, and Old Navy for over 8 years and very happy with their free mail returns. I like that I can go online and select the items that I want to buy and return the items that don't fit me very easily. I go online and select the items that I want to return, print the return slip and the shipping label, and return them in the same bag that arrived in. I buy suits and pants from Banana republic, pants and jeans from Gap, and shirts and sweaters from Old Navy. I am very happy with their service.

Gap: This review has to do with "Best Employee"
I have frequented (a lot) your store on Chestnut St. In San Francisco for years. Ree Diamond is just the best…always cheerful, but her best quality is "suggestions and choices". She has a personal interest for Gap making suggestions and ideas that might aid your HUNT. ……. Kudos REE‍

Jillian at babygap store in mission Viejo mall is my personal shopper for my son. I've known her since I was pregnant with my baby and she answered all my questions regarding my baby's first wardrobe! Jillian is very helpful and efficient at her job- since she's been there the longest! She helped a lot of people I know whose kids now in college and everyone speaks highly of her! She is an icon at your store and feel something is missing if Jillian isn't there whenever I'm in the store shopping for my son or picking gifts for family and friends! She gives shopping a different meaning especially on the register where she rings everyone pleasantly and people wait online for her knowing that she is the one who get things done the right way!

I placed my orders with Gap on Dec 7th. They didn't even process the order until the 13th i was told and my Christmas gifts for my children will not arrive until Dec. 28, if they are not delayed again. I will return everything once it arrives, since i have to go out and shop again. I will never order from them again and hope that they are one of the stores that does not survive the pandemic.
