I purchased a Heartbreaker hebe from this company. 6 weeks later I received a dying hebe. Their customer service is awful. Order from this company at your peril. No phone number, Twitter account down, ticket system ignored.

I bought 3 fuji cherries they took nearly 3 weeks to arrive the box was nearly destroyed dented and ripped took plants out one was just about dead the other 2 had half the leaves on mostly turned yellow emailed them 2 weeks ado still no response from them avoid this company as they don't care about the plants or therecustomers

Don't be tempted by the decent website and keen prices. It's just not worth the risk. It's the worst online experience I have ever had. Cancelled after theee weeks of waiting. Never answer the phone. Ignore all e mails. Then a week later the plants turn up! Poorly packed and damaged. Still no proper response from GE. Eventually had to get my refund through chargeback via my bank. If you are insistent on giving them your money do it through e bay with PayPal protection, you'll need it. I reported them to trading standards as I just can't believe they are still trading.

Seriously if anything is wrong with your plants this company is appalling.
My plant was obviously dead.
Despite numerous emails and phone calls (all cut off part way through at 7p per minute) I got no response.
I asked my bank to recover the money via Chargeback scheme and I would advise you to do the same rather than wasting anytime on their non existent Customer service.

Totally useless, dishonest company, need shutting down. AWFUL STAY AWAY don't believe the good reviews.
Took 7 weeks to receive order, no communication, plant quality is subpar, received a dead houseleek and my Acer, though it says as pictured, arrived looking sad, sorry for itself, with barely any leaves and the box was wrecked. Totally useless company deserve to be shut down. Very dishonest. They have now deleted my complaints 3 times, after I've been waiting for a response for 3 months! And lied on Facebook with an updated post saying they're responding to tickets within 24hrs. They're just looking for business after bad press. They've also blocked me from Facebook so I cant comment or tell people the truth. They've completely refused to deal with me at all and are just pretending I don't exist. 0 accountability, 100% scam artists, don't know how they're able to get away with it!

Eight weeks since our order on 14th April and still waiting. Money taken the day after. No way to contact them, they don't reply to their on-line tickets. No phone or e-mail. Appalling. Mr Chris Bonnett, MD, you should hang your head in shame.

Very poor quality plants supplied- all in broken aged plastic pots. £97.00 spent with them. First they said order was dispatched although I could not tract via Hermes as Hermes had no records of tracking number.
On arrival plants were stacked on top of one another and bound with cellotape and bin bags. Plants not labelled. Loose compost on top indicating they were old plants just topped up. Skimmia was yellowing badly, ferns were sickly too.
Have emailed them advising of my disgust and not using them again.,
I would strongly advise reading the on line negative reports of this company and decide to buy elsewhere.

Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
Waited a month for delivery they are using covid as excuse for non or late delivery. Plants arrived diseased covered in black spots with tiny flies crawling all over them, as per their previous response to emails "ticket raised" that's all you get from them no concern of the awful condition or any suggestion of refund or replacement. Contact your bank or credit card company and get a chargeback done fill out form send pics and get your money back this is the only way to stop this sort of company from trading in this way. I have posted this on other website so hope it helps other people in my situation.

DO NOT USE THEM SEE INFO ABOUT CHARGEBANK FROM BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY

I, like everyone else, have had problems with this company. But I managed to get a refund sorted quite quickly. If you havent received your order then try doing what I did. After sending numerous emails and getting no response I contacted my bank. Apparently, through the VISA chargeback protection, if you havent received goods that you ordered in 30 days, you are entitled to ge tyour money back through this protection scheme. All you need to do is contact your bank, and give them the details and they will start the process off. I was very impressed with how quick I got refunded. I was not aware of this VISA chargeback until I had this problem with gardening express. Please speak to your banks and see if you can get your money refunded by this method. Good luck everyone!

Ordered plants from here on the 25th July as I had a party planned for 5th August. Site claims 3-5 days to despatch. A week later still on the same screen as when I paid on the 25th. No contact number finally today got an email saying 7-10 days to dispatch. This is stated on the site as a very exceptional time scale. Only on bank or national holidays.
Then up to 3 days for the courier to deliver.
You can only cancel your order in the first 24 hours of ordering.
Complete shysters avoid like the plague.Be warned!

Just received delivery of two plants. Shocked at how small and unhealthy the bamboo is for the price. Ive seen plants 4 times this size for the same amount of money, Japonica plant - all new growth is brown and dying. Tried to contact the company - impossible to get hold of anyone. What a wast of money. I had to award one star to this company to leave a review - they are not worthy of one star.

Slow to dispatch, took over a week. Recieved email saying they had been dispatched, checked tracking but courier said hadn't been recieved from Gardening Express. Stayed like this for a couple of days, so clearly weren't dispatched when they said they were. Plants arrived broken in several places. Complained and got no response. Terrible service. Would not use again. Would and recommend.

This company rips off most of it's customers. Sends out dead, damaged plants or no plants at all! And then hides behind generic social media posts and emails. Avoid at all costs. They sent me a dead stick that was supposed to be a magnolia rustica. IT was D. O. A and i have photos to prove that. But i planted it to humour them, and it's still a dead stick...

Emailed them several times, no response untill my 6 email they obsessively don't understand the English language as when they replied they accused me of being abusive.
I told them to look in Oxford dictionary to understand meaning and how on earth my email was abusive.

Ordered two plants on 2nd August, had two emails apologising for the delay in delivery, due to covid, received my plants on 17th August, one good, one nearly dead.
Sent customer services two photographs on the same day, had an acknowledgement of receipt stating that my complaint had been forwarded to the appropriate dept, since then nothing despite me sending emails every week.
Do not deal with this company they are rubbish much like their plants.

Was enticed to buy from this company due to reviews on trustpilot of all places!
Wrong decision.
I was sent 7 plants in 2 litre pots.
1 was completely out of its pot, 1 was snapped so badly it wasn't worth planting and another 1 was dead!
Disgusting complaints procedure, can't upload photos to prove complaint and no response to any requests for information or refunds procedure.

Order was late. Tried to contact their customer service team but couldn't even send email as their inbox was full. Also filled in the form on the website and yet to hear back. Order finally arrived. The packages were all damaged and the pots were all dented. The plants were a really low quality (e.g. The lavender was nearly dead) and some of the items were missing.

I have spent a lot of money with this company and I cannot believe how they treat their customers! Every plant that I have bought is sub standard and two of them are dying! My complaints have been dismissed by saying that they are not dying and they will come again. The topiary trees I bought for £70.00 are nothing like they advertise, and one is dead. When they arrived I complained and was told I could return them at my cost, which they are so big was impossible, plus it would have cost me a lot of money. Reading all the complaints I can't believe they can still be trading, they are a disgrace! The photos are what they should look like and what they really look like!

Seems to be a complete scam. Will have to follow up with bank to try and get my money back as they have now made themselves completely uncontactable.

This is the definition of a scam company. There is no way to contact them unless you 'create a ticket'. So you create a ticket and they just never reply, how convenient. I ordered 4 plants and 3 of them weren't as described on the website. They offer full refunds on the website but if they don't even reply to their 'tickets' how can i trust if i send the plants back i will get a refund?
It says on this site under their description to give them 15 working days to reply. Is that some sort of joke? Imagine buying plants from Homebase, taking them back and they tell you to wait 3 weeks for a response. This sums this company up perfectly.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this company, otherwise you will regret it.
