I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.
I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725
Not only was the repkacement cook top glass I ordered more affordable with GRP but the had it on hand (its not easy to find) AND it shipped fast! I was very impressed. Definitely a life saver as we cook for our family every day. Will order from GRP again!

Part provided, described as a direct replacement, did not match original. Once installed, door open alarm came on every 15 minutes. I added a 1/8 shim of wood to the door panel which depressed the replacement switch; problem solved. Why wasn't the exact replacement available for a fridge only 1.5 years old. We.manufacture this crap in Mexico and China and this is what you get!
The only thing that made this install difficult is the igniter being on the Left hand side of the oven in a narrower space- thanks Amana. I'm right handed, and it was not fun. Other than that, this will be a 15 minute install for most people since it's a snap in part with no wires to join. I'm happy...and eating pizza again, lol.
Had no issue getting the part. But discovered that another part was broken and the part I ordered was not necessary. In returning the part I had to pay a non-refundable $29.42 in shipping to return the part plus an additional $5 restocking fee. That's on me. I should have read the fine print. However, the email told me to wait two weeks to receive the refund. Waited almost a full month and still no refund. Only after calling customer service did I get a refund issued. The return cost me almost $35 on a part that only cost $43.45. I'll avoid doing business with Genuine Replacement Parts in the future unless I'm absolutely sure that I will not need a return.
I ordered a new planetary base for my KitchenAid 6-quart standing mixer. I was impressed with the part availability from Genuine Replacement parts. It was delivered within three days. A perfect fit; I quickly installed it on my mixer. My wife has already made a batch of cookies with the mixer.

So I ordered a replacement part, they sent me nothing at all similar to what I ordered, then told me I had to send them a picture of the item I received, totally understandable. I sent them the picture then they said they are not sending me the item I ordered until I sent them a picture of my appliance showing the model and serial number to prove to them I ordered the correct item in the first place. What the freaking weird stupid customer service no manners bs is this.

When you go to return the item even if they sent you the wrong item, they make it unreasonably difficult when they're the ones who messed it up. Unreal. And then rude on top of it. I feel bad for the people who work there, they must be angry from dealing with customers all day long because of their return process. What a nightmare place to work.

I live in Alaska. For whatever reason, there are still companies in the US that don't seem to realize that Alaska has been part of the US for 50+ years and refuse to ship to our state. I place an order on Dappz and the order was accepted, including the address and zip code that clearly indicated it was going to Alaska along with an extra shipping fee to sent the part FedEx (which, by the way, comes to Alaska as well) and my credit card information. The next day I get an email saying they cancelled the order because they don't ship to Alaska. When I try to contact them, I find out they are totally "electronic" so there is no phone number to call. I was forced to do a live chat where the operator abruptly put up a link to their "policy" and disconnected the call. Totally convinced they went electronic because their phone was ringing off the hook with dissatisfied customers.
We ordered a part for our Samsung refrigerator. Waited ten days for it to arrive. When part arrived via UPS, flimsy box was crushed. They had no protective padding in the box whatsoever. The part they delivered was in a plastic bag with the correct part number on it. The part itself was the wrong part and did not appear to be new. We did send an email to the company and are awaiting a response. Either way the part is going back and we will expect a full refund. We will take our business elsewhere even if it will cost us more. Hard to believe a company in this day and age can operate like this.

I ordered a suspension rod for my Kenmore washing machine, it arrived on time and was able to install it the same day, it was very easy to install and I saved myself a couple on hundreds and did not have to buy a new one. I would buy from this company again with no problem.
Ordered and paid for parts. One day shipment promised on checkout. No updates for over one week. No response to repeated inquiries. Finally said manufacturer backorder. Product may arrive in shop 4 days later. Order page still says 9 in stock today and estimated delivery by tomorrow if ordered today! Order canceled. Customer loyalty lost.
Purchased a replacement pump for our dishwasher at $64.00. Had it installed and 3 weeks later it broke. Call GRP and they told me the warranty for this "genuine" part is only 30 days. Really? Don't stand by the parts you sell? Now I have to rebuy the part (Amazon sells it cheaper. Now I find out.) and have that installed. Meanwhile I'm have to hand wash to get covid-19 off the dishes. Beware, you could be their next victim.

I purchased a Whirlpool Part# W******* Door Boot Seal/Bellow (OEM) from the GRP on August 2019. It wasn't genuine part as the GRP mentioned, very bad quality rubber, terribly packed. Anyway a technician installed the one. Last week the bellow started to leak. $104.00 for the part plus $100.00 for installation gone for nothing! So it's not "Genuine" part, it's "Fake" part. Never buy from these people, never! I'm very angry!

Twice I have ordered major appliance parts, and price as okay, parts were correct, got the part within a couple days and gave a high rating. This time the part I received was incorrect. Customer service determined I received what I ordered, which I agree, but this is because their website was incorrect. They sent a link to another part they think is correct and asked me if this was correct. I cannot determine because the picture is only one side, and the description is insufficient, and my model was not listed as this part applies to. They stated my model number is incomplete, although it's what is on the range label plate with the serial number. I put their proposed model number, and the part I need is not even listed. I emailed these issues back to C/S, and no response since. So, sorry, now i have to drop your rating.
I ordered these parts on Sunday I received an email om Monday around noon with a tracking number and received the part on Wednesday.
I got email up dates for the process from order to shipping all the way through the shipping process.

Washing machine broke, had to get a part rather quick. Paid premium over at Dappz because the website indicated I'll get my part on 4/9 (fastest of all the other companies). I expected the item on 4/9, only to not have it arrive. Checked tracking, delivery date was 4/16. I wouldn't have ordered if the company would have been upfront with the shipping, but no surprise after seeing all the comments here!
Found the part I needed at a reasonable price and ordered it. They advertised 2 day ground shipping. Great! I have lived in this town for 40 years and nothing gets here in 2 days. Emailed GRP for tracking the 3rd day and they responded shortly after with tracking. Part was out for delivery that day. Three days was great also. If Momma is happy everybody is happy. Thank you!
I received my part, but it was later than the website had said. That is probably on FedEx more than than genuine replacement parts though. Sadly, it appears as though the part that I purchased was not the issue with our fridge. It was worth a try. Thanks. Getting a new fridge next week.
The order process was straightforward. I managed to get the needed part number from Maytag however the almost $400 dollar price tag from Maytag was off-putting. Genuine Replacement Parts had the same part for MUCH less.
The part is now installed and the washer is much quieter. Very happy overall.
Saw a video on replacing the hinge which I didn't know it was even possible. (Almost went out to buy a new washer). Quickly ordered the item and it was promptly shipped and received in 2 days. Time to replace the hinge was about 15 to 20 mins. I ran a test wash to ensure the hinge held properly. Overall, quick and inexpensive job. Some potential issues would be not having a Torx screwdriver around and/or new screws for the hinge door. The original screws were partially rusted. I would buy again, the item was cheaper than another vendor by atleast $50.
The part that I wanted was pictured with a description of a completely different part that I had no use for so I sent it back. I have to pay shipping in both directions which in this case amounted to almost 50% of the cost of the part!
Will not do business with this company in the future!
