I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.

I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725

The old seal (15 years) was not sealing even tough it looked in very good condition. I assume the magnets in the seal had given up so I opted to try a new one. Fit perfectly and installation was easy enough. The best part the door now seal properly and we can once again use the freezer.

I ordered an oven heating element. It arrived in two days via UPS shipping which was consistent with the promised shipping time. The shipping box had been through some rough times and the element was bent. I was able to straighten it out and get the part installed in less than 30 minutes but a bit more care in packaging would have been appreciated.

Shipping was fast, but they sent the wrong part. I called them and was provided with a return mailing label. Sent it back on April 6, and they rec'd it on April 8. A week later, having received no refund, I emailed them and was told that their refunds take 3 WEEKS! "If you don't hear from us by April 29, let us know." April 29 came and went, as did April 30, and I sent them a notice that if a refund didn't appear within 3 business days, I was going to the CC company. No refund, so filed a dispute with my CC Company. Am guessing that the reason for such a long delay in issuing refunds is that after all that time has passed, they hope you'll have forgotten about it. I didn't. CC company customer service rep. Agreed, saying most refunds are issued within 5-10 business days. After being told they didn't have the right part after all, I went shopping and found the right part at Appliance Factory Parts for 1/3 less.

Looked up my Kenmore Refrigerator Model Number - Found the OEM Whirlpool ice-bin instantly. Received it in 2 days. DIRECT Replacement. All the holes lined up with the screws perfectly Back in business with no repair bills.

My order was held up needlessly. The credit card charge was approved but then they held the order and sent me an email saying they wanted to check on fraud and were asking why I had a separate ship to address from my billing address. That could have been done with a phone call and saved time/another day or more. This kept them from sending the order out for days, and once it went out, it sat in Georgia for nearly a week. I could have source the parts more reasonably and have them in hand much sooner if I went with another company. I was about to cancel when I got a notice that it would be delivered.

Ordered a freezer door gasket from an "Easy" company, over three weeks later it was still on back order. I found genuine replacement parts, places the order, cancelled the other, and received the gasket in less than a week as well as a lower price.

The party I needed to fix my dish washer was the main control board. The part arrived the next day, that was super awesome. The part seemed to be of good quality and matched the OEM one perfectly. Install was a breeze. I'd definitely buy from here again, mostly because of the east if finding the part on the website through diagrams and the fast shipping was also really helpful.

GRP had the lowest price I could find. Part was shipped out fast... No Problems... Best part was seal from GRP was original equipment with an install time of about 2 minutes. I saw aftermarket seals from other vendors that were installed with the door off and had a estimated installation time of 30 minutes. Would buy from them again.

I needed a knob for a trash compactor. Somewhat hard to find, even online, but GRP had it. The price for the part was about $28 with $7.50 for ground shipping (which actually cost about $2.50). The part works fine but it probably literally cost 25 cents to make. Other places were even worse, but that's not much of an excuse.

Horrible customer service. Horrible return policy. I had to return a $165 part through UPS which cost $65 of my own money to ship with full insurance. I got my refund but minus a $17 "restocking" fee!
Website quote: "Returns are subject to 20% restock fee in some cases." Followed by: "We make exceptions to our stated policies in some situations. Please contact us if you wish to discuss your situation." You better believe I'm contacting their Escalations Team at *******335 M-F 9-4:30 CST.
Save yourself the hassles and shop elsewhere. The part I ordered was verified by GRP as the correct one for my dishwasher when it was totally obvious it was wrong. I submitted photos to "prove" my statements and they still insisted it was the right part.
Get this business closed by not giving them any of your money!

When you compare this company to any company on the planet earth doing a ecommerce platform this company may be the worst. They do not fulfil orders in a timely fashion and if they do they do not provide tracking consistently. The only way to contact them is by email even though they have a live chat feature that has never worked and a phone number to nowhere. The customer service experience may be the worst on the internet toda.

go anywhere else first and use as last resort

Ordered "OEM ice maker replacement" was sent a 40 dollar big box store equivalent. Certainly not OEM as advertised. Was able to return but cost me over 30 dollars between shipping both ways and them charging me a restock fee. BE SURE to read their 6000 paragraph return policy... then go anywhere BUT here for your parts!

Very fast delivery on my freezer door seal. Was surprised they had one for my old stand up freezer. When it arrived I checked the fit and it was the correct one. The next day I took the door off and installed the new seal and replace the door. Perfect fit absolutely no leaks. Thank you GRP for being there.

I ordered an "OEM" dial for my Kenmore stove and got one that didn't fit. Calling customer service is useless bc you're on hold perpetually. Chat function is always disabled. In response to my email the support dept asked for pix of the product, the appliance serial number etc. I did that twice as the service rep claims he never got my emails. I had two service tickets opened and closed with no results. If you use these guys, pray you get the right part because you will be stuck with it.

Placing order was easy and very intuitive. Delivery times also were very good ( taking into consideration current COVID situation). Do your due diligence before placing an order to be 100% sure you are ordering a right part. The only hick-up in my case was, after placing the order I didn't received tracking number. Contacted customer's service via chat next day and was provided with tracking number. Turns out, item could be sent but from some reason confirmation e-mail with tracking number might be not generated. Other then that I do not have any complains. Part arrived quickly, very well packaged, was worked fine after installation.

Though my 'part' ordered was at their recommendation, part received DID NOT FIT? I asked to return for credit. What a surprise! 25% restocking, must 'rewrap' box it was shipped in, pay freight back (of course freight out was never to be credited!) made 'return' less than I paid!?!? Seems many others have had this problem! Customer Service, I do not think so! Lesson Learned!

I ordered a replacement lightbulb for my refrigerator from them which costs $165 (controls all lights in the fridge). It quit working around 45 days or so and I didn't get around to replacing it or reaching out to GRP until a couple weeks later. I offered to send back the one that wasn't working in exchange for them sending a new one which they denied. They refuse to refund me as well. I would never order a part from this company again and strongly warn anyone who does. Their customer service response time was horrible and when I finally got a representative on the phone she was less than accommodating.

Immediately after ordering a part, I realized it would not work. Tried to cancel the next morning. Was told I could not cancel but could return. Had to jump through several hoops to get an RMA number. Had to send 3 sets of pictures. Finally got RMA. Paid for shipping and had to wait 3+ weeks for refund which included a Restocking Charge. Even though their Web-Site states that Restocking Charges are rarely charged. If you can avoid these folks... DO IT!

Easy to order parts, From order to delivered - was 4-5 days. If later than originally estimated, I received an email letting me know. Perhaps if they arrange for part one needs, this is good service but when spoiled by the likes of Amazon, this comes across as a scam. Product delivered from 3rd party so this company only processes, does not provide customer service and has the most slanted return policy ever seen (shipping materials must be returned intact, products delivered in damaged condition are used as excuse not to return money, unbelievably poor customer service). Its a crap shoot that you get the product you need. If you do, great. If you don't or if it is damaged when you get it, you will probably get burned. Would not recommend for any expensive parts or if can find elsewhere. The whole set-up and experience comes across as sleazy.

Tip for consumers:
only do so for very cheap parts that you don't mind risking your money. order from another source. damaged products shipped and then used as reason not to refund
