I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.

I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725

I ordered a part (they told me I needed). The part does not fit. I want to return it and they will not give me return postage. The part was 52 and shipping back is more than the cost of the part so I am stuck with it! Here are the details: I called the Genuine Replacement parts phone number to find the part number I needed to fix my stove. I have a Whirlpool Rf368LXMS model stove. They told me I needed a top element broil part number WP*******. I ordered the part from them and paid a total of 52.28. The item arrived and it is 4 inches too long, it is not even close to the correct size. I called the number to return it and sent 10 emails with the very specific information and photos they requested. I FINALLY got approval to send it back, at my expense. I wanted them to pay for shipping back but they refused. The UPS store was going to charge me $79 for shipping to return it, USPS told me it would be $64. I did not send it back because the shipping will cost more than the item. I am out $52.28 for absolutely nothing. The company is a scam. They told me what part I needed then sent it and stole $52.28 from me.

Had I read some of the negative reviews on this company before I ordered parts for my clothes dryer back on 1/16/2020, I would have never placed order with them!
I ordered a timer switch and knob for timer switch for my GE Electric Dryer.
Well when order arrived, the timer switch was defective because when it was installed, it didn't turn off and also knob wasn't for the timer switch.
I immediately reported problems with customer service rep Alijah (*******@genparts.net) on 1/22/2020 and he asked if I wanted a refund or to order parts again. I opted for the refund.
Well after going back and forth with Alijah, Angie, Gianna & Cheryl, it took until 2/18/2020 to get credit to my credit card for only the timer switch.
Again I contacted Alijah on 1/20/20 and said what about knob?
He apologized that wasn't taken care of and directed me to return part as long as the packaging wasn't opened and I did with tracking # from USPS that cost me $4.00 because they don't pay for that.
The returned part was delivered by USPS on 2/26/2020.
Low and behold after calling several times about this refund, I got a credit to my credit card on 3/19/2020. I was charged a 25 percent restocking fee for a part that they say was spec for my dryer but not for the timer switch that I ordered!
Terrible company, terrible customer service, will never do any business with them ever again. Never got credit for shipping charge on original order, had to pay for postage to return the wrong knob and finally 25 percent restocking fee.
Buyer beware!

Survey is a bit premature - only completed order process which was very convenient. Final rating will await order receipt... Rec'd order in good shape 6 days after request submitted although ad boasted of avg delivery time of 1.8 days. This was an "oversized" item so I can see why it might take longer and free shipping was very attractive feature. Also, it was ordered on a Saturday so lost Sat and Sun before order was processed for shipment. Overall very good experience.

The order took a few days longer than expected, but not a big deal. ( Expected delivery date was the same day it was packaged and shipped). The racks fit perfectly, except they are 2 different colors. One is dark grey and the other is light grey. Doesn't bother me too much, but drives my husband crazy that the pieces are not the same color. He's wondering why you would send out 2 different colored parts for the same model number, maybe next time confirm it's okay with the customer before sending out.
