I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.
I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725
The product arrived quickly. The product/timer I received was defective,i.e. It didn't function. Perhaps it was damaged in shipment... I don't kno, only that as received it doesn't work. It could have been packaged better... it was in a plain cardboard box without bubble wrap or peanuts, etc. to protect from shock. The support team was helpful, courteous and responsive. I would shop here again.
Very easy to locate the correct part and check out was simple. I spent 3 hours installing the new drum and bearing assembly on my dryer this weekend, I spent more time than normal going through the machine cleaning everything, parts were a perfect fit and dryer is like brand new.
Great experience so far, but final rating will depend on correct product delivery & delivery according to estimated arrival.

Ordering was quick and easy. Arrived on the day it was scheduled. I also enjoyed/used/needed the corresponding You Tube video that guided me thought the repair. I saved hundreds of dollars by not replacing my dishwasher.
This is not my first order. Your site makes it extremely easy to purchase appliance parts and includes the model numbers the part works with; making it dummy proof. I also love that you give the receive by date for the order. Others only provide the ship by date. Thanks for being awesome at what you do!

Customer Service seems non - existent. I emailed them and no one even bothered to respond. I did not get an automated order email with my order details. Also product arrived a day later than promised on the website, and it was thanks to my Fedex account that I realized that the item was shipped.
For some reason the first shipment was lost and never arrived. After calling customer service they sent a replacement and shipped the next day. So satisfied with the action taken to resolve the issue promptly. Just a little frustrated with the original order not arriving and having to contact someone. Every thing else good.
Your estimated delivery times were not even close. You advertised estimated 2 day, but shipped UPS ground which took much longer. I would have still ordered the part from you, but it would have been a better buying experience with a realistic shipping date.
I wanted to talk to a customer service person, and there is no contact number. Chat takes too long on line! Only email or chat on line is available, and when you are in a hurry, that does not work, or if you don't have computer experience like my husband, then I have to handle everything... this part was disappointing. Timing of packaging/shipping good. Packed fine, seems like good quality. Again the most disappointing thing is not being able to talk to a real person on the phone.
Very good experience. The part came very quickly. Price was reasonable. They followed up to make sure we received it. The only reason i gave 4 stars about the product itself is because it is a lot more flimsy than the original. But that probably has nothing to do with this company- likely just the fact that it the dryer it was for is 30 years old and nothing is made like it used to be!

Product was great and shipping arrival time was early. Unfortunately, I had to return the part cause my appliance guy had already ordered one. Customer service is super and they communicate great! Would definitely use them again to order parts.
Simple installed and working. I watched replacement video...very very helpful.washer still leaked over bottom front of door but noticed scum buildup on bottom clear plastic mating part to door seal and cleaned it and completely and this solved the problem.
Hefty shipping fees (and only one option for 1-day shipping, but it arrived about 3 days later). I have used it several times. Definitely not the quality of KitchenAid. The seams are jagged and the enamel is already chipping off.
THANK YOU-had a little hiccup in the beginning with a fraud alert which delayed it by one day but once we got that settled, i got my part. Just could not seem to get regular updates on shipping status. Phone customer service was really helpful and cheerful always.
Machine still does not work, with the new part. Appliance service guy coming out again today. Hope able to get the new plate to not come off like the old one. Is a Kenmore washer. No problems for 7 years!
They sent the wrong ice maker and very difficult to exchange/return the part for the correct one. In fact I'm still waiting for my credit card to show the refund Not sure if I would order anything from here again.
Website touts that if you like them on Facebook, you'll get a 5% discount. Unfortunately, that's false. Come to find, that their Facebook site was taken down months ago, but they've not updated their website - false advertising in my book.
