I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.
I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725
I ordered two halogen lamps for my Samsung microwave. I received door handle screws instead. I contacted the company and was required to submit a photo of my microwave model and serial number label from the appliance. After submitting this, I received an email stating the part I ordered was incompatible with my appliance and there may have been an error on their website (why didn't they catch this at the fulfillment stage? Why did they send screws instead - which were not even close to the same part number?). They required me to return the two much, much less expensive door handle screws before they will issue a refund. They did send me a pre-paid shipping label, which I guess is something. But the label cost more than the two screws, plus I had to go to a UPS location to send it back. They said it can take 15 days to issue the refund.
Needed to replace the crisper drawer and found it on GRP site.

I received an ice bucket for a whirlpool fridge/freezer from them in good condition. One month after receiving it, it started not dispensing ice. They said they have a 14 day warranty and I should have submitted a work order at the 14 day point. Well. It worked then! They don't care. I've only owned this 2 months and it just sits in my freezer. They're rip off artists and they stand behind their stupid FOURTEEN day warranty. Just called a whirlpool dealer and they warranty for ONE YEAR! Yep. Rip off artists through and through!

I'm considered to be a real player. Basically, I can; t imagine my life without playing computer games and i was lucky when I find a job online. I understood that I could both play games and work using the same computer and everything I needed is just to master time management. So, recently something went wrong and my computer was broken. I understand everything in computers and actually I found out what was wrong. I found this website in the internet and thought that it would be good to order some parts for my computer from here. Actually, everything was delivered quite fast and I was glad to receive the parts.
I have successfully used Genuine Replacement Parts on multiple occasions and will continue to use this company for all future appliance repairs. I recently ordered a LG drain pump for my Kenmore Elite Washer and received the part within three days. Total price for the part with tax and delivery was $57.00. I used internet videos to show how to install the part. I repaired the washing machine within 3-hours and had it working to perfection. Prior to ordering the part, I contacted 7 appliance repair companies and was quoted between $325.00 and $672.00 for a visit and repair. All of the repair companies would only allow for their parts to be installed and their prices for the drain pump were between $156.00 and $275.00 and were not guaranteed to be a OEM part. Everyone should consider Genuine Replacement Parts for their appliance repairs.
Reading some of the previous reviews on GRP, struck me as eerily similar to my experience with them. They sent me a thermostat that literally blew up upon installation. When i tried to return it, they asked me to take pictures of the item, shipping lables, etc. and send it to them. When i questioned this arduous return policy, the agent, Felicity promptly hung up on me. This seems to be a pattern based on other reviews that i have since read about this company. When i filed a complaint with paypal for a refund, they challenged my claim. This is an unscrupulous company that will not return your money. Beware when buying anything from this company.
Your order arrived promptly and I am pleased to be ready to replace my charcoal filters in the microwave when required. I had used up my last one in my home inventory, so now am prepared for the next time. Thanks for excellent response.

Terrible customer service. I paid more to get the part delivered soon. 10 days after the delivery date they said the item has been delivered, but tracking that they emailed me says we are investigating to locate the package. When I said it was not delivered they were happy to file a claim to UPS! What a wonderful customer service! It is not their fault that what I needed to replace is only marketed as part of a larger assembly.
Purchased the mini washer door because the hinge had been broken, So, the old one was already "off."
The new one came packed more safely than necessary (manufacturer's packaging in a larger box with air pillows). But, hey. It got here completely pristine. And, it was easy to install.
Also, I was much more comfortable knowing that I was purchasing OEM, and not aftermarket.
The only thing I had to do was insure that I was buying the part that actually needed to be replace.

The only thing that could have made the purchase better (easier) would be to have more images of the item, from different angle/sides. I couldn't see, for sure, that what was broken on what I had came as part of what I was buying.

I ordered on Friday and FedEx delivered the net day. This was a normal Fed Ex delivery. The was not a third part knock-off but a genuine part. I appreciated the extra stop of confirming the model number of my refrigerator. There are some many models with a difference of one digit. The part fit perfectly.

We ordered two parts, one for a dryer and one for the fridge. Neither was actually needed when the appliance repairman showed up. Without even opening our boxes/original shipment, we inquired about returning the parts and were told that if we pay to ship back to them, we would get a full refund. Once the refunds came they were significantly less when I called to find out why, they said they charge a restocking fee and SHIPPING FEE for the original shipment that was delivered to me. When I ordered the parts, the shipping was free. When I returned the parts, I had to pay for my own shipping to return the items. That's fine. But to charge me an additional shipping me for when you first delivered the product to me is ABSURD! You're already charging me a restocking fee that I was never told about when we inquired about the return. Unbelievable! Will never order from GRP again.
They delivered the selector potentiometer quickly, however I ordered the wrong part. They were quick to deliver the right part, but still have not even started to process my return. No response except this request to rate them.
I ordered a LG fruit drawer. It arrived with a small crack. I notified Genuine Replacement and they responded swiftly requesting a few images and replaced the item as swiftly. Their representatives emailed personally and courteously.

I ordered a seal for my Samsung washing machine on Saturday and received a follow-up email the following Monday morning stating that my order was packaged and shipped and contained a tracking number. I thought that was great service to begin with but it got even better the following day. They took the time to notify me that UPS delivery was delayed by one day and I could expect to receive my order on Thursday instead of Wednesday. I am very appreciative that they took the time to notify me of this change. I have not had any other company do that in the past and they are to be commended for that.

Having confirmed the part # of the required cooktop in multiple ways, I placed the order with relative confidence. Delivery was quoted as two days via standard ground transport, and the item arrived on time as promised. It was an exact match for the original part.
They were the least expensive and the fastest. (Fast, in that other places were saying a week or more. These guys it was 1-2 days. I thought they must be local but they aren't. They just do fast delivery.) So a good place to get parts.

The part was a flip up cover on a pull out drawer for an LG refrigerator. I had tried other places online that I shop but nothing gave me the correct part when I put in my refrigerator Model. I received queries on similar refrigerators but the part would have been wrong. I received the part packed very well. The only negative that I have to say is that the film covering the part to protect it from scratches and such was not completely covering the part. That is a manufacturing problem, I suppose. But maybe you guys can pass that on to them. There were multiple finger prints that, for what ever reason would NOT wash off. Some fine scratches but not exactly noticeable, but still when you pay money for something that isn't a discount, you want it to be in perfect condition. But like I said, that is a manufacturing issue. I will definitely order from you guys if ever I need a replacement part. I am just glad I didn't have to wait a month to get it from China.
