I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725

Return merchandise to company after receiving 7 days prior. The merchandise is new and unused and return pay by our own money to ship it back to the company. I contact to company several time requesting refund for my 85 years old mother-in-law gasket freezer which after given the model number, still ship the wrong parts.
The original box was water damage, so return in a new box via post office. Company refused to issue refund because it was not in original box, but I explain what happen to the box and return it in new box without using the product still new.
The company fraudulent misrepresent their return policy and use of bullying and intimidating to their customer. I am trying to resolve this issue for my 85 mother in law freezer gasket.
I believe the company is using bait and switch on their customer by stating one thing and not abide to their own return policy. After further research, I see this has happen to other customers.

I read the reviews online prior to purchasing and had a lot of doubts. Before placing an order online, I read their policies. The policy is clear and concise; there is no rip off here. Basically, if you buy the wrong part and want to return it, it must meet the criteria. A lot of sites make you pay to return the wrong part. Just look at their competitors's site.
Any how, I went online and chatted with the customer service guy, he was great! He asked me for my model number and serial and was able to help me locate the correct parts for my oven. Yes, there is a logical reason why they ask for your model. PARTS ARE MADE TO WORK SPECIFICALLY ON A SPECIFIC MODEL. If you don't know what your model is, why are you purchasing it?
I ordered a bake element on Friday and received my order on Tuesday. It looked different than my original. I went online and chatted with them. It seems the manufacturer updated my bake element so that the support brackets sit on the bottom and is no longer running across the element. Okay, I was relieved. It worked. That's all I cared about.
