I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.
I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725
The parts were what I ordered and came within a week. The parts worked perfectly. I even installed the missing part of the broiler that was missing when I bought the house. The stove is like new now. The client is now very happy.
After my parts arrived and they weren't fitting right I contacted them. They shipped out new parts right away. Those parts worked, not sure what the problem was with the first parts as they both had the same part numbers. Anyway I am very pleased with their service!

Needed to replace the backsplash on my GE washer since the timer mount broke off the back. GE wanted $350 for a fully assembled backsplash and wouldn't sell me just the backsplash piece I needed. Searched the internet and this was the only site where I could find the piece I needed. Replacement part arrived w/in 24 hours of placing my order, took 30 minutes to repair my washer, now all is good to go again and I only paid $70 vs the $350 GE was asking. Pleased w/ my experience!
The gaskets finally arrived and are the correct ones, the issue I had was the shipping time. I ordered the parts on a Monday and received a notification that the shipping label had been issued the following day however the parts weren't shipped till the following weekend, when i complained about shipping time they acted like this is average for them and blamed the carrier when in fact they had sat on the order for almost a week before the carrier even received it, also I didn't receive a tracking number till the following week when I inquired about an arrival date. It took them almost a week to ship something that was ready to ship the next day! My advise is if you are going to use this company make sure that you don't need the parts anytime soon because they don't get in any hurry and if you want a tracking number you better request it. I will not be using them again!

Found this website, ordered a part, got it in two days., GREAT! So I ordered another part, control board for a dishwasher. Four days later website says still processing your order. Part was supposed to be in stock. Not really! When I called she says, not in our warehouse will have to be redirected. Well? What does that mean? Has to come from somewhere else. Why ask for a phone number and email if you have no intension of using it to notify your cusomer.
Not the fault of the girl answering the phone, she should be the CEO, she has a worthless boss and a warehouse that can't do simple processing. The person facing the customer should have the decision making ability to make it right. Not a company to do business with.

Put the girl answering the phone in charge of the company. The only intelligent life.

Defective Part. No honoring of warranty. Endless runaround about how it was my fault for ordering the wrong part (even though I got two Sears technicians to help me order it, and evaluate its defectiveness). GRP led me on an odyssey of nuttiness by demanding numbers, and then insisting those weren't' good enough, etc. STAY AWAY from this company. Crappy parts and crappy service. I am out $72.00 and a lot of time.
We had an event coming up and our ice maker malfunctioned. Searched online for the parts over the weekend, and paid more with this company due to their shown delivery date. Time was important. They said the parts would arrive Wednesday. Big joke, and in my opinion the site is intentionally misleading customers as to delivery date. They didn't even ship until Tuesday and then sent a notification that "Fedex" had told them my order would be arriving late. Tracking shows there were no issues with Fedex, just that GRP lied about when the parts would arrive. Took a full week after my order as they shipped it the slowest way possible. When contacting Customer Service as they missed my needed timeline by a mile, I was sent a cut and paste statement from deep on their site saying they weren't responsible. Extremely poor customer service. I should have searched BEFORE I ordered and I would have seen the warning from the Better Business Journal about their pattern of issues. Never again!
Our GE Adora refrigerator went down. We were frantic since it's only 5 years old and honestly with being on unemployment I can't afford a new one. I searched the internet for the part, found it at several sites, but here was the only one who offered Fedx/USPS 2nd day air at the cost of 30.00 shipping, the part was $130.00.
I placed my order, last Friday 8-14-20 and assumed with 2nd day air would be back up and running Tuesday 8-18-20.
Went to fedx web site only to find out they charged us for Fedx 2nd day but sent it Fedx ground, it's still in NJ and I reside in Alaska. Not even as much as a will re-emburse for additional shipping,
I've been taken advantage of by these liars.

First time ordering from this website and was super nervous to receive my new Samsung glass cooktop. The delivery time was faster than expected and the glass cooktop came in good shape. They have saved me from buying a brand new stove.
Product was delivered within in a day and installed thereafter by my son is using very well. It is working effiecently. It was an convenebtly "fix" which was a nice surprise for me. Thank you for speedy delivery of the replacement.
I ordered what I thought was an extension shelf for a GE Monogram oven but the one I received didn't fit and was of poorer quality. Returning it was not a joy. Their directions for returns require shipping with a tracking number, no writing on the box with a Sharpie, no USPS or duct tape or you will not get a refund. The product I ordered was priced at $152.89; shipping and CA tax brought the cost to $171.73. Now for the return. USPS shipping $59.95 (UPS would have been $79.95), possible restocking fee $38.23 (25% of $152.89), the non-refunable original shipping charge of $6.39 brings the total to $104.57. All this assumes they'll accept the package and refund CA Sales Tax of $11.85. Ignoring the inconvenience and time, I hope to recover $48.32 and loose $123.41. Again, this assumes GRP will accept the return package.
After buying their product and having it professionally installed. We found that the part didn't fix the problem so we have to needed to return it. The return process has been a total pain in the $#*!, we have had to call everyday to try and get an RMA so we can get the board out the door, but its nearly been a week and we still have received nothing. We keep hearing it will be sent out by the end of the day, it may be sent out by the end of the day or it will be sent out in a few hours. Still got nothing. They really wanna give you the run around. I was aware of the restocking fee when i purchased. But goodness this return service is driving away my business in spite of their lower prices.
I ordered two glass shelves for my refrigerator. They came promptly and undamaged. One small problem, they didn't fit my refrigerator. I tried to return them, but the cheapest of the two shipping methods (UPS or USPS) was $47. I paid $58 for the two shelves plus shipping and sales tax. Asked them if they would provide a shipping label and they refused saying that shipping labels are only provided when there is a "shipping discrepancy"? WTF? I emailed them and said that Amazon provides return labels so customers can return any item(s) they are not happy with. I guess they don't believe in putting their customers first. Thought it strange that I paid only $8.88 for inbound shipping from their headquarters in Florida and $47 with the same carrier (UPS) to send them to some return center in Cincinnatti, Ohio. I am disputing the charge with my bank.
You have to be so careful following instructions that they give you for return, to ensure refund and even so that you paid for the return shipping, they charge you a 25 % restocking fee for a original product intact on its original packing, hey! This is not software or wine, these are just replacement parts!
Make sure you order the correct part or you will go trouought all this for a partial refund.
My order came quickly and was the same quality as my original part that I was replacing. The price was competitive with other companies. I would recommend this company.

Washing machine pump (Amana) arrived promptly. Shaft didn't rotate equally smoothly for a full rotation. I installed it anyway thinking that it wouldn't affect the operation of the pump. Well, it ran through the wash cycle, but stopped at the drain spin cycle. My wife reset the washer and again ran ok until drain/spin cycle where the pump stopped and didn't drain the tub. I didn't return the pump because (1) apparently returns are not accepted if part has been installed, which it was, and 2, we couldn't go any longer without a washer, so we bought a new one. Return policy for defective parts is inconsiderate. Therefore I will look elsewhere from now on.
Basically, the breakdown diagram for my appliance with numbered parts made it easy to select the parts needed. It wasn't just a series of pictures of the parts. Then at checkout, the web site made sure that I was ordering parts for my make/model before processing the order. Pretty foolproof.
I ordered GE Micorwave oven parts for specific model clearly. I receieved wromng parts. I sent email notice clearly stating the parts. But initial response from support team is not encouraging. They denied to accept the mistake and replied, wrong parts are ordered by me.
I gave clear pictures and photos including the order numbers with clear details. After four emails correspondance, finally they realised and sent correct parts and I installed.
With such a price for parts, proper customer support service is required, to resolve the mistakes. I spent lot of time on this issue, which is not necessary.

I purchased a replacement bowl for my kitchenAide mixer. I ordered the correct bowl, however there was a design flaw that made it unusable. I had to return it. Even though it was defective, they refused to refund shipping fees and had the audacity to charge me a restocking fee for a defective item. They knew the it was defective, since they dropped it from their products list after I notified them of the design flaw. KitchenAide also dropped it from their product list! This is the only company that charges for delivery and return of defective items, as well as a restocking fee. Be ready to assume all responsibility for shipping and restocking fees for defective items. This is the worst company. They assume no responsibility for anything!
If I could give them negative stars, I would. Like others, I got the wrong part. Return policy was very antagonistic (25% restocking fee, I had to pay for the shipping). They got the part, then told me it has been used: I only opened the plastic wrapper. They said they could not resell it, then said they may be able to resell it as a "used" part. I paid for them to ship it back to me. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Just do yourself a favor and don't shop with those bandits. Go elsewhere, even if it costs few more dollars.
The ordering process was excellent. The product was well protected in it's shipping container. However, the shippers that were utilized leave alot to be desired. Apparently their job is to deliver the item, no matter what condition it is in, weither they caused the proclem or not. I received the range hood filter broken. There was no sense in going through the process to get it replace, so I repaired it myself to make it work. As it becomes necessary, I will continue to use your company to supply any required parts.

After a few weeks I had still not received the crisper drawer and reached out to them. They responded saying they had posted the wrong pricing online and that they cancelled my order and refunded the amount. They said that I could go back online and reorder the part- which had increased by $30. WHAT? I have reported them to the FTC- stay away! Typical bait and switch...
