I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.
I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725
I ordered my wash machine part online from GRP's website and everything went smoothly until I tried to check the status of the part 2 days after order. They were not able to offer any update as to where the part was only that is was still being processed. I sent several emails trying to determine the status of my order but to no avail and system only showed still PROCESSING order. I ordered the same part from another supplier and order was filled same day and tracking number issued. I sent email to GRP on 6th day requesting my order be cancelled and later that day I received a email from GRP stating order had been sent so could not cancel it that's it. Order received that day and system still showed it as being processed. They told me I could return for a refund if I wanted... needless to say this was my first ordering experience with GRP and will be my last. Oh ya paid extra for expedited two day shipping but customer service indicated they do not offer this service and could refund my additional shipping charges. Customer service was a complete failure in this case. Guessing the treatment I received is not the norm or they would be out of business with this kind of customer service. A gentleman did finally call but only offer up a apology.

I was skeptical when I was told the replacement parts for my dishwasher would be at my house within a few days, but they came! Prices were not too bad and service was great!
Large inventory online, but that doesn't help when they send you the wrong item and refuse to provide a refund unless you pay to ship back the return item. Order at your own risk.
Recommend them for product performance. Only concern was length of time to get product after thought paid extra for quicker delivery. But works great.

DO NOT BY ANY MEANS DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! I ordered a new OEM replacement compressor for my fridge and got a piece of junk that did not work. 2 different techs tried to install it and said it was a defective part. It looked like a used, returned part. Their customer service is a joke. They never answer or return their phone calls. They refuse to give a proper refund so now I'm gonna have to report them to the BBB and take other legal action to get my money back. I've read similar reviews about them on other sites so I'm sure this is the norm for them. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and a waste of time!

Not having ordered before I was not aware of the return policy in VERY FINE print and with the high cost of things nowadays you would think they would have let me return the wrong part. But NO that's money on their pocket and they aren't out anything! Make sure you read FINE details because they will not return or replace under 30 dollars even if it's over 30 dollars after tax and shipping is added. Lesson learned! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I am not happy with this company. I will not be using them again. When I went to check out, it said delivered by Thursday (see pic), but then they back out of this later by saying on ANOTHER part of this website, could take much longer. So how are we to depend on and trust the company to ship it out anytime soon and receive it soon enough to do anything! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
I will NEVER purchase from this company again. Their return policy is bogus and they do not follow it. Sent me an LG part to my Kenmore fridge and can't send me a free label.
I ordered a drain pump for my washer and it was easy and my part was supposed to be delivered on a Friday and Fedex said no Monday and GRP emailed me apologizing for fedex.
I did recieve the part on Saturday so it was all good.
I had all but worn out the two right burners on my Jenn-Aire cooktop. I was keeping kitchen matches next to it, because it wasn't catching fire dependably.
I replaced the whole unit and, low and behold, the problem was in the gas delivery to the burner, not in the sparker. It's an easy replacement and it's working like a new range now.
You cannot know how pleased I am not to have to replace the whole thing.
I'm old fashioned and you may laugh when I tell you that your company is now prominently placed in my Rolodex.

I ordered a replacement icemaker for an old Maytag refrigerator. It was delivered as promised, fit and worked. I do not know how it could have been better.
I ordered my part to get my oven working and it said it will arrive by a certain date. The day before I still had no tracking. Tried to call > No answer. Tried to live chat > not available. Emailed customer service that morning. Received an email that someone would get back to me shortly. No one ever responded. The "supposed" day of arrival, I requested a cancellation. Not over the phone > still no answer. Not over chat > still not working (during their business hours), but over email. I received 2 emails confirming cancellation. Called the following day to check on my refund. Someone answered the phone! Guess what. My item was arriving that day. But, I had already expedited shipped a new one from Amazon, because of this awful customer service. So, how do I return? Well, they keep the $7.99 shipping to arrive late to me (never got a shipping email), then they make me pay to ship back (promised a pre paid label, but sent me nothing), plus charge me a restocking fee. Basically the cost of the item... or more! This is the worst customer service I've had in a long time. Wish I would of read the reviews before falling down this rabbit hole. Their ship dates are a lie to get you to buy through them. They catch people in a time of need and then do not fulfill their promises, or help you out at all. If someone would have said it was arriving a day late, then I wouldn't have ordered a new part. We cook everyday and I need to get my oven working. Good customer service could have saved this whole deal.

Ordered a replacement for a broken plastic door thingy on my LG refrigerator. They had the right part, price was reasonable, ordering was easy, and the product arrived in just a few days.
