I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.
I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725
They were the least expensive and the fastest. (Fast, in that other places were saying a week or more. These guys it was 1-2 days. I thought they must be local but they aren't. They just do fast delivery.) So a good place to get parts.

Having confirmed the part # of the required cooktop in multiple ways, I placed the order with relative confidence. Delivery was quoted as two days via standard ground transport, and the item arrived on time as promised. It was an exact match for the original part.

I would rate this company a OOO one of the worse company's i have ever ordered from, Ordered a part for my dryer, fell apart with in two weeks, they never replaced it! Nor did they get back to me, I sent 10 pictures and wrote them daily and still nothing. Went to another company replaced the part for a fraction of the price. I'm hoping this company goes out of business. I'm reporting this to Facebook, BBB, and rip off.

One of the worst buying experiences I have had. Part number listed on website was not what I received and company will not admit fault and shift fault to the buyer saying that I bought the wrong product. Ended up having to pay for return shipping because I am tired of trying to argue with them via email. Also tried to tell me the part I wanted would not work for the the appliance I had (not true - bought the part from Amazon and it works great).

They took my money the day I ordered my part. I order a part but I had to email them that I had not got a email of shipment. Now I get emails from the company and usps has been so exciting and ridiculous to the point I wish I had just waited.

Parts sent in generic mailing bags. All bags inside kept, unopened. Was told I cannot return unused unopened parts because I can't mail them back in the original bag. When you open those lightweight generic bags, they are done. They aren't meant to be reused. Scam to prevent returns. Look elsewhere.

I bought a part for my mothers oven and they sent me the wrong part. It was too wide and not long enough. Then when I tried to return it for my refund they wouldn't give me a full refund wouldn't give me a shipping label. Altogether I would have been getting only a third of my money back. On top of that they tried to procrastinate and prolong my return so my sixty days would time out. Not trying to sound like a Karen here, but if you wanna save yourself the hassle and money just go to Sears or something.

I ordered an ice maker for a Bosh fridge & they sent the wrong part. I had to pay to send back & they charged $17 restocking fee. I will never use them again! They asked for pics & would review & respond but after the review, it would take a week to get the correct part. I didn't have 2 or 3 weeks to wait, so I ordered from another company.

The Maytag Genuine Washer Lid arrived the very next day. I was pleasantly surprised. The product arrived before I made arrangement for the authorized Maytag Repairman. However, I was able to access a YouTube demonstration video providing adequate instructions for me to install the lid on my own. I was able to do my laundry that weekend. Waiting for the repairman could take several days.

Excellent customer service for a first time visitor to the site. And I didn't have to establish membership to order the part.

We received our order in a timely manner. When ordering I checked and double checked the Model number. The dryer model has 5 pulleys. Our order included only four. I ended up having to leave one orignal pulley. Not sure what happened. But it drops my review from a 5 to a 3 Stars.

I received the wrong part even though the model number to my dishwasher was given correctly. No big deal, I returned it. That's when the problem started. I received an email (you can't ever reach them by phone) that my $289 refund was denied because it wasn't returned in the manufacturer's box. I received it in a plain cardboard box, wrapped in a plastic bag. I responded by letting them know this. They state their distributor told them otherwise, therefore no refund. So they now have the wrong part and my money and if I want wrong part back, it costs $10. I filed a complaint with PayPal. Now they're claiming the part was used. I'm sure it is since it was not in the manufacturer's box. The part was so completely different that my husband didn't even attempt to install it. Horrible customer service. Very upsetting. I feel like I'm the bad guy. If I could give no stars, I would.

My experience with Dappz was similar. I purchased a part for my Samsung washing machine. The web site showed several in stock. I placed my order and paid through PayPal. I was told that my order would arrive on 12/22/16. I received nothing.
On 12/23/2016 I received a refund notification from PayPal. I have yet to receive communication from Dappz regarding the order. I went to the web-site to look it up but it says there is no record of past orders. I have an order number, confirmation of my order, and received a refund. Hmm?
While on the website, I noticed that PayPal is no longer listed as a payment option. PayPal probably dropped them due to their shady shenanigans. I placed a new order with a reputable company. Unfortunately, me and my kids will spend Christmas at the laundry mat so that we have clean clothes for work and school.

Received part promptly, well protected to avoid possible damage. The glass shelving had 2 part, one stationary and one that slides. The glass in the sliding part was not completely in alignment. Poor quality control. Fortunately I was able to slide glass into its proper place with out incurring damage.

I was able to order the washing machine part, receive it within three days (over the weekend), and easily pop it into place after cleaning out the machine. A perfect fit; nut the exact length, agitator sleeve slipped into place easily with an accurate fit.

I purchased a pair of drawer rails to repair my broken ones for my refrigerator two weeks ago. The item description on their website says," both rails (left and right)...", when I got the package, I was happily cleaning out my stuff on those two shelves so that I can put the rails in. When I opened the package, I only got the right rail, no left rail. So I emailed them. They told me the description on their website is wrong (like it is my fault, not theirs), so I can either buy the left rail from them or return the whole thing to them. Unbelievable.

The part arrived broken, but it was merely a chipped corner which had no bearing on the functionality of the part itself. I'd suggest better packing as it appears to have been broken during shipment as I noticed the broken pieces present in the box.
