I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.
I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725
Easy to order and received part quickly so happy eith that portion of the process. Correct part but part did not fit fridge model. It was 6 inches too narrow.
I received the correct part the first time. Shipping could have been much faster tho. Altogether good experience I will order from here again if needed.
Your rep said this would fit when I gave him my model and serial number, but as you can see, it is much too long, like a dishwasher handle instead of a compactor handle. I have taken several pictures but can't download them because of an error message that they are too large. The box says return to GPR, 775 Tipton Industrial Dr Ste F, Lawrenceville, GA *******. I couldn't answer you quickly because of a hospital stay. This is not a rating, but a request to return the item.

Yes I received my order. Sadly the part & box was damaged on arrival. So far GRP have been good to work to get it fixed.
I entered the model number off my refrigerator in the search engine on this website (Genuine Replacement Parts) and I received the correct door shelf to fit my refrigerator. However, GRP wants to tell me I used a totally different model number when searching for the crisper draw (all searched for at the same time and on the same invoice...see bottom of picture for a copy of the invoice). There is no way I came up with a totally different model number of a refrigerator that I don't even have in my house. They refuse to refund me my total amount of $144.89 plus shipping, they refuse to waive the 25% restocking fee, and they will not pay the return shipping it cost through UPS (for the cheapest way possible) of $71.74. This company sending me the incorrect crisper draw has costed me $252.63 and I still don't have a correct $144.89 crisper draw. This company is a total rip off. After numerous emails back and forth over their mistake, they keep telling me it was my fault that I came up with a model number that I don't even have. I would not recommend this website to ANYONE! I will also report them to the Better Business Bureau!

C Service followup on my 'wrong part' SOS was puny; faIled to if, locate, or send the part I need, If GRP eventually gets my part to me, my rating will go up considerably.
I can't really rate this switch on quality or value because I do not know if it is a genuine Samsung part or not. The Samsung DG44-*******A switch that was advertised on GRP website was a blue Invensys switch. The broken switch in my range is the same blue Invensys switch. The switch that I received from GRP was a white Robert Shaw. It was repackaged from a bulk shipment of 50 switches and placed in an unsealed plastic bag with a generic sticker on it. There was nothing on the sticker that said Samsung. There is nothing on the part that says Samsung either. I tried to get some information from GRP that would prove that this part came from Samsung, but my request was refused. All GRP told me was to trust them. So if you really want a Samsung part with a Samsung sticker on the sealed plastic bag, then buy it from someone else.
The inner tub I purchased from you will not accept the filter plugs I purchased to replace the white round filter that was on the bottom of the old tub. Either the tub was made wrong or it wasn't supposed to be made for the washer. It's a basic universal tub by whirlpool for multiple badges as they come down the assembly lines. First photo is the old tub with the large holes. Second is the new tub with the smaller holes.

Everything was fine, ordering, having it shipped, receiving. Unfortunately, the part was not the right part for my computer, not their fault, and the return was equally easy through their support. Overall, I would shop with them again as they made the whole process easy and stressless.
I ordered a simple dryer belt and paid the higher cost they charge here because the order process indicated it would arrive the next day. My other option was to pay significantly less but wait an additional four days for the part to arrive. Once GRP processes my order they tell me it's delayed for four days and won't let me cancel the order because "the order was processed for shipping, once this happens, the order can not be stopped". Not that the order was shipped, it was "processed". I gave them an extra star because they were quick to get back to me when they told me too bad, sell it on ebay.
I experienced the most terrible transaction ordering from this vendor. I own a construction company and we shop online frequently because it's convenient.
There was a mix up with shipping address and it was such a hassle to fix it. The also charged me with additional fees just for a correction. I had the feeling that the person helping me disliked trying to make correction. Wish I had ordered with another company

I ordered an "OEM" temperature sensor for my Kenmore model *******3311 gas range and received a part that didn't fit. I tried calling and never got through. While on hold every 10 seconds there's messaging to try to get you to email their support department, and state that "our staff is dedicated to answering your questions as quickly as possible".
I tried emailing multiple times, zero response. Chat line during posted hours, nothing.
Beware of these guys is all I can say. Crap for customer service.

My shipment has been delayed, postponed and delayed again. I've only just now received a shipping confirmation which indicates that a label was generated today - well after this product was due to arrive.
My purchasing decision was made taking into account shipping speed and cost - I'd gladly pay more for something sooner. Despite a healthy ($30) markup, my product will arrive after even the most pessimistic quote on eBay. I paid significantly more and will end up waiting longer thanks to Genuine Replacement Parts. Next time, I'm choosing eBay.

My package was lost. I finally got through to GRP and the girl says that it's between me and UPS. That's just crap. I choose them because they offered the fastest shipping. I didn't choose how it was shipped. ( They Did) We are also business owners. If this type of thing happens. We reship no questions asked after verifying the shipment is lost. They should be taking this up with UPS and getting there customers part out ASAP. Obviously not a legit company. From all the negative post I have read. Sounds like the can't even afford return shipping if they send you the wrong part.

Part number delivered was not part number ordered. They are giving me the runaround about returning (multiple 'tickets', emails, documentation, etc).
Now "waiting on the warehouse for info" is the latest delay tactic.
So basically, if you get sent the right part, your good. If not, you're screwed. Ask yourself if its worth the gamble before ordering.

Order was shipped quickly, though unfortunately was slower than first indicated. When your fridge isn't working every day seems like forever! The part arrived well packed, and works great. So nice to have a cold fridge again! With the help of a YouTube video I was able to do the replacement myself with little difficulty.

Had a great experience ordering and navigating through the website. Did not receive email confirmation but received part quickly. I provided my model number and received a part that DID NOT work for my washing machine. I contacted customer service and followed all the requirements to exchange the part. They informed me that my part was under $30($28.89) before taxes and shipping and it was to much of a problem to return! Also suggested I sell on EBay! You would think that it being "Genuine Replacement Parts" they could get the right part with a model number. Now because of their incompetence I'm out $30+ dollars! Don't waste your time. My grandson found out my soap dispenser had broken on the dishwasher. He said, "Oh, Yaya, I can fix that for you. That's not an unusual thing. Let me get the model!" He went with my phone flashlight and did so. He told me to order it right away so he could install it before he returned to school the next week. I ordered and kept fingers crossed. THANK YOU FOR QUICK SERVICE! I would order from you again! Not only did it arrive quickly, but he exclaimed, "yep, it's the exact one we need!" He got the 15 torque driver and went to work, separating the door, disconnecting the circuits and prying the clips. 45 min later it was in and put back together! Now, the clincher… my grandson is EIGHT, he is daunted by nothing!

1. I ordered two parts because the web site said both were in stock with ample supply. I needed these two parts to get my refrigerator running, so timing was important. 2. They shipped only one part out of two and made no indication of anything missing or delayed in the packaging or on the order's web status. 3. When called on the phone the next day, they claimed it was back-ordered by two or three weeks and offered a refund on the missing part. 4. The next day, they said in an email that the order had been processed by their supplier, and we would have to accept delivery and then return it afterward if we wanted a refund.
I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt by assuming this is pure disorganized incompetence on the part of both their web upkeep and support teams, and that there was no ill intent.
Ordered freezer thermostat friday afternoon and it arrived sunday morning!
Total price with "free" two-day shipping was actually a few dollars less than competitors with supposedly cheaper prices when their extra cost for two-day shipping was added in
Speed was of the essence in this case since i had to jump the inoperative freezer thermostat and manually manage the temperature by tweaking multiple on-off settings of a mechanical timer until the thermostat arrived...
I ordered the wrong item and shipped it back (with expensive postage) for a refund in the exact same condition it was sent to me and they claimed it was too damaged to give me a refund. There were small scratches around a screw hole. Make sure to take pictures of product when you open the box because they're refund policies are awful. Very disappointing and costly.
I ordered a starter relay for my Kenmore refrigerator and received a defective part and the company is trying to make me jump through hoops to return it for a refund. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. Be very careful to read all their policies before making any purchase.
