I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.
I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725
1. I ordered two parts because the web site said both were in stock with ample supply. I needed these two parts to get my refrigerator running, so timing was important. 2. They shipped only one part out of two and made no indication of anything missing or delayed in the packaging or on the order's web status. 3. When called on the phone the next day, they claimed it was back-ordered by two or three weeks and offered a refund on the missing part. 4. The next day, they said in an email that the order had been processed by their supplier, and we would have to accept delivery and then return it afterward if we wanted a refund.
I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt by assuming this is pure disorganized incompetence on the part of both their web upkeep and support teams, and that there was no ill intent.

Ordered freezer thermostat friday afternoon and it arrived sunday morning!
Total price with "free" two-day shipping was actually a few dollars less than competitors with supposedly cheaper prices when their extra cost for two-day shipping was added in
Speed was of the essence in this case since i had to jump the inoperative freezer thermostat and manually manage the temperature by tweaking multiple on-off settings of a mechanical timer until the thermostat arrived...

I ordered the wrong item and shipped it back (with expensive postage) for a refund in the exact same condition it was sent to me and they claimed it was too damaged to give me a refund. There were small scratches around a screw hole. Make sure to take pictures of product when you open the box because they're refund policies are awful. Very disappointing and costly.

I ordered a starter relay for my Kenmore refrigerator and received a defective part and the company is trying to make me jump through hoops to return it for a refund. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. Be very careful to read all their policies before making any purchase.

I contacted this company looking for genuine replacement TV stand legs for my LG TV, I thought when I ordered them I ordered a set of legs. I paid $32 including shipping and received one leg in the mail. To my surprise I called and said one leg? They replied to me they could not find the part number for the other leg that it doesn't exist and that they can't find any information on my television. When I requested a refund, it's funny how it was priced at $23.77 and nothing under $30 can be refunded! Total scam. They are rip offs! Don't buy from them!

Received the part very quickly, it was exactly what I needed. Took my friend (also female!) and I less than 30 minutes to replace the valve after watching an excellent youtube video. I am pleased to say it appears to have fixed my issue of water leaking into the tub after a cycle. The price I paid was fair and it was easy to find exactly the part I needed. I will be back if I ever need another part for my Maytag washing machine. Genuine Replacement Parts is awesome!

I received the wrong Item. So I emailed them back. Got fast response but was told " Your part is under $30 so with our restock fee AND shipping it's not worth returning." In other words the heck with me. They did not check to see why I received the wrong part or anything like that just said nope your not getting money back and we are not taking part back. It WAS NOT any kind of electronic part. I mean they must make a little money on the part I received. Why would they not even offer help like a discount or inquire to see why I got wrong part and help me get correct part. This is for my elder moms dishwasher whom cares for my Dad who is a VET in a wheel chair. I explain the dishwasher being broken is making my Moms life so much harder. They or the person I was dealing with did not care. So I am out of the money and have a brand new GE plastic part to just throw in the trash. UNREAL!

I ordered a part from Genuine Replacement Parts and only several days later received an email that the shipping will be almost that of the item (around $300). They should have been upfront that the shipping will be 40 times (yes, forty) that of the originally quoted shipping cost. GRP was not willing to do anything to remedy the situation (not even meet me half way on the shipping cost), but refund the cost of the item and quoted 5-10 business days on the refund. You were quick to take my money, but are taking up to 10 business days to refund me. I would never order anything from this distributor and will advise anyone I know to no do so either.

This company sends out the wrong parts because their web search does not track to the proper item and then they refuse to pay for return shipping. Why would I purposely buy the wrong part. I received and unending chain of emails asking for photos of various items and then they still refused to send me a return label for something their website turned up in a search as being the proper part for my refrigerator. Beware! Stay away!

I was let down when my order, promised for next-day delivery, didn't arrive on time. This was frustrating, especially after looking forward to it. When I called, the service rep was rude and said delivery dates aren't guaranteed. This was really disappointing, as we'll now be without a working refrigerator for another day. We ordered a faucet replacement for our reverse osmosis water filtration system. They delivered the wrong part several days past due. It then took 15 emails, ten photographs and constant back & forth between several support agents in trying to get a refund. They made us jump through a ton of hoops for a $70 refund, not to mention we had to pay return shipping. No return label was provided.

I needed to replace gaskets for both of the refrgerstor door on a refrigerator that came with the house I bought 2 years ago. I searched on the internet and this company not only had the exact part number for my model Whirlpool the price was $50 - 90 less per gasket priced by others on line. It arrived earlier than expected, packaged securely and easy to install myself. Now my food will be properly cooled and I will no longer waste energy, which is additional savings.

I ordered five items for two different appliances. Only an oven door part and touch-up paint was usable. Two Amana microwave filters on the invoice arrived as Whirlpool filters that were too small. A Whirlpool oven rack arrived bent. I've been trying to get replacements since 8/13/22, it is now 8/31/22, via multiple customer service reps through email, because the phone number and live chat says the call volume is too high and to contact the company through other means. The emails even stopped five days ago, so I'm not expecting to resolve my issue. I suggest looking elsewhere for parts!

I easily located my parts on the website. GRP promised a very speedy 2nd day delivery date and delivered with no expensive expedited shipping rates. Almost the same cost as shipping a priority envelope at the post office to receive a front glass for an oven door. And most of all, it fit perfectly!
