I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.
I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725
Parts were ordered one afternoon, I received an email that same afternoon that the parts were shipped with regular shipping and I should receive them the next day and I did. That is by far the best service that anyone could ask for, almost like picking it up in person without the inconvenience. This is the best service I have ever received. The parts were factory replacements and no problems.
I ordered 3 parts for my KitchenAid dishwasher on 07/27/20(invoice # *******). Two arrived correctly and one was wrong... Contacted GRP via emails with pictures of the part I ordered($26 adjuster clip) and the one I received($9 clip) and they said their website had the wrong info and refused to send me the part I ordered. Anyway, now they want to refund me the cost of the part and I have to put in a new order. Anyway, they should owe up to their mistakes and don't put a burden on me to correct it.
I ordered a part that arrived damaged due to very poor packaging. The company will not issue a refund or a replacement part until they are refunded from the shipper. I didn't package the part and I didn't enlist the shipper; they did but they accept no responsibility. I'd never buy anything from this company again.

None. The item they sent me was broken in half when I received it. It was very poorly packaged. I sent them photos of the broken item and the shipping box. They will not send a replacement part and will not issue a refund unless they get a refund from the shipper. This damage was not the shipper's fault; it was very poorly packaged by GRP.
Ordered a replacement for the spring-loaded cover of the soap dispenser in my dishwasher... it arrived, clicked into place, and worked great. It arrived when they said it would and matched the picture online. Perfect.
Ordered a gas oven ignitor, a very delicate piece received it broken. They sent another one same type of packaging arrived broken. Now they will issue a refund so I can buy the same part again (because policies only allow for 2x resend) and expect the same outcome. Maybe let's not sell parts we can not guarantee delivery or improve the shipping box for delicate " Genuine" parts.
Element arrived well packaged, checked out fine with the multi-meter.
Instillation... "under counter oven"... Well installs always suck,
Oven seems to heat and broil just fine, haven't actually baked pizza yet.
$148.00 for the element beats $1480.00 for new oven.
I am waiting for months for my order, A thermostat and an icemaker. $ 113,50 value.
Waiting, mailing them, getting response, with ( false?) promise, no action, waiting, mailing, getting response etc etc.
Fact is, I paid them for something I did not receive, and they cannot proof that it was delivered.
Genuine replacement parts is probably thinking that I will get exhausted contacting them and asking to deliver what I paid for. This will not happen.

The only problem that I had was that the gas tubes shipped with natural gas orifices. Had I not known to change them out, there would have been a problem. Possible put a notice in the packaging in the future for those who might not know this.
The experience was good. At first, I chose the incorrect part. I did not check the number part on the appliance parts map. My mistake. So, I was let to make another purchase.
When I contacted customer service for returning the parts I thought I wasn't going to be able to comply with all requirements. Even though, I did my best and I received my reimbursement in a short period of time.
Genuine Replacement Parts sent the wrong/defective part and will not replace it with the correct part or refund my money. I sent pictures the day the part arrived and spoke with office staff and their response was its a warehouse problem, took no accountability. After sending pictures of the wrong (broken) part compared to the right part they still will not acknowledge it's the wrong part. Their response, again, it's a warehouse problem.
The part that is broken is the magnet that creates the seal when the freezer door is closed. Do not do business with GRP, it's obvious they don't know the first thing about the products they sell, they don't stand behind the products they sell, even when their wrong and broken, customer service terrible. Check the BBB rating for GRP you will see more of the same.
After researching all the different vendors that are selling parts for my KitchenAid refrigerator this company had the best deal the order came in a quick response of time and I believe they saved at least $40 Also the packaging was superior
I put in my products part number on their website and it gave me a picture that looked like the same I needed. I ordered 2 parts at $65 each. When the product arrived, it wasn't the correct part, so I asked for a return and was told I would need to pay a 25% restocking fee plus $13 for shipping when it was their website that provided me with the part I thought I needed.
When I complained, they arrogantly rebuttaled with "our website clearly states we charge 25% on all restocking fees".
I returned the parts 2 weeks ago and haven't received a refund yet. I would stay far away from Dappz.com for any replacement parts, there are many other company's that have the integrity to put their customers first and those that do get returning customers.

I wouldn't use them ever, even when you think you're getting the part you need, their site is deceiving and will cost you money if you get the wrong part. I promise you, you won't have a pleasant customer service experience if you need to reach them for a return.
I had to replace the bottom heating element in our oven so I looked on GRP website put in my ovens model number & part number which they had in stock. I placed my order & part came in just as they quoted, I pulled the old element out & pop the new one in, problem solved! Great price & easy fix
Found them online when looking for a specific AV cable. Their website asked the model of my device and directed me the part to buy. After receiving the part it was clearly the wrong one. Contacted them and was asked to take a series of pictures of packaging, cable, part it was being used on. They came back and said I ordered the wrong part and an extended, ridiculous explanation as to why I couldn't get a refund or exchange for the actual correct part. Explained I order the part based on their website. No response. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to buy your part.

The replacement part arrived with a bad board. When I installed it it started throwing an E2 F2 communications error. While troubleshooting the new part, my old board still worked, I swapped boards in the new part and got it working again.
The part was shipped in a reasonable amount of time, given I ordered it during the holidays. It was exactly what I ordered. It fit and worked perfectly! I will definitely buy from Genuine Replacement parts again.
Purchased part expecting it to be delivered on the date given. Could have purchased for free via Amazon receiving a day later, but I paid to have it the day I needed the part. The part is not being delivered on time. I'm going to use Amazon. More reliable and equal or less expensive.

Second time I used Genuine Replacement Parts. The first time the part arrived on time. The second time it was delayed by one day, which was not something Genuine Replacement Parts could control. Still arrived within four days.

I guess you shouldn't be mad that a company processes their orders quickly but when you place and order and cancel it with in a hour you would think they would simple pull the order and not ship it. When they do ship it you think the return and refund process should pre pretty straight forward but it wasn't. I didn't expect to be refunded the shipping since they indeed did ship the product to me but to be charged a restocking fee for a order that shouldn't even have been shipped is just bad business.
After I lost $83.88 to this company I wrote a BBB complaint, only to discover this is very common problem with this company. I ordered my LED light by part number on 6/15/20, I received the wrong LED the next day. I attempted to call, chat and email and all were invalid. I returned the part via UPS to the address on the box. They contacted me to request a good review and after several emails they still refuse to refund my money. They received the returned part the next day. I have promised to never bother them with an order again but they still will not give my money back. Now I have no light and no $80. It seems this company does not do refunds for anyone.
I ordered a freezer door gasket which came promptly and was exactly what I needed and expected. The item did not come with directions but a How-To youtube video was available and showed exactly how to replace the gasket
Frigidaire original OEM part fit perfectly as expected. Felt price was fair as other non OEM for our freezer were more when I shopped around. Shipping at $6.99 was also a fair price. (i mean FAIR as reasonable non-gouging etc). Got it in a reasonable amount of time. Would order from this site again for other OEM parts.

Trying to fix it myself. The park is great it was original. But the problem happens to be something else that I called the repair tech that he doesn't even know what the problem is. But buying this part was easy and the company was great to work with and shipped it fast.
Ordered parts per all the descriptions and part numbers for my model refrigerator and the bins came and didn't fit (different latch) and they were smaller than original part. I had to send pictures to them regarding the parts and when I got the OK to return parts I had to send them UPS that cost $48.00. I was in communication via email letting them know the parts were returned and then I noticed they weren't going to refund the total amount of my purchase and in addition charged a re-stocking fee. End of the day I ended up spending an additional $69.00 between shipping fees and restocking and have nothing to show for it. Beware.
The washer was stuck in the spin cycle. The fault could be cleared, and by turning the control knob to "Rinse/Spin", the cycle could be completed. It was determined that the control board was defective.
