I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.

I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725

I ordered from GRP because the site said they had 4 in stock with 3 day shipping. Immediately after getting the E-mail that it would be arriving late, I called to cancel. They couldn't because it came from a 3rd party. They said if I refused the delivery I would have to pay the re-stocking fee. The part took 7 days to arrive, not the 3 days advertised. Didn't come thru FEDEX, it came UPS. Now to top it off the part is defective and I have to wait 10-15 days for a refund. I ended buying the part at a local store & the new part works perfectly. GRP is terrible. Don't buy from them.

O 01-15-21 I ordered parts for a dishwasher from GRP and the www site says there were 47 units in stock, On Monday 01-18-21 there was no tracking info so I sent an email. GRP responded with they had overstated the inventory amounts and they had zero units, I responded with an email requesting a cancellation of the order, They stated they would try?. On Wednesday 01/20/21 my credit card was charged even though they didnt have the products as well as being asked to cancel the order, Again back on the phone to GRP and now they are very sorry ( I agreed 100%) They did issue a refund. Will never do business with them again again. Shady dealing when they charge your account knowing there had no inventory. Looks like they are struggling when they practice poor business decisions. I needed a new part for my washer. I ordered the part I needed. They sent me an e-mail stating the price is actually $80 more than the price I paid. I have never had the experience of ordering an item online, paying for the item, and then they reply that the price is actually more. They should honor the price that is on their website. Sears Parts.com was only a few dollars more. So, the website published price should be accurate. This delayed me a day in ordering the part from another company. This is completely unscrupulous, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered an electronic part according to the picture on their website which was exactly what I needed to replace. The part sent was not what was pictured. They said it was a replacement for my part, but in the description of the part that was sent, it did not include my model # as a replacement. Since they said the part they sent was not defective they would not accept it as a return. They said the part which was pictured on their website is no longer made. Very deceptive.

They sent the wrong part for my Whirlpool washing machine WFW9500TW01, based on the recommendation from their website. The part they sent was wrong and was not compatible with my machine. I sent it back and they refused to refund my money. They were arrogant and blamed me for ordering the wrong part. They scoffed at my responses and do not answer the phones if you call to speak with customer service. They only communicate via email, then tell you they will not communicate with you any more once they did not want to pay.

The mistake was their's and they do not own up to it.

They have the part I sent back and will not refund my money. POOR SERVICE and Highway Robbery.

I purchased an element that did not work. I tried to return it and Dapzz customer service repeatedly asked me what I meant by 'does not work'. They then asked that I run a continuity test and send a picture. I have no idea what this or why I need to do it. I just wanted to return the product. Be careful doing business with this company.

Got my part exactly when they said I would, the part was in the manufacturer's packaging and it was brand new, and undamaged. I thought I had an issue with it being the wrong part but after several communication's with GRP I found out that it was the new modified version of the old part, which needed some minor alterations from me. And WhaLa, perfection. I also had some IT problems which they were very professional about helping to resolve. So the bottom line is that I got a great part, great service and a new company to work with. They did so well in fact that I am making them my primary parts distributor.

Just call them or order on line. It's easy

The reservoir tubing was a perfect fit; however, the kit came with (1) 5/16" OD connector, (2) 1/4" OD connectors, and (1) 1/4" x 5/16" connector. The reservoir tubing is 5/16" OD so I needed (2) of this size connector, one for inlet and one for the outlet. I can't connect the reservoir with just one 5/16" connector. The one 5/16" OD connector that I did receive was missing an interior part (compression ring).

I ordered a part for my refrigerator, they sent me the wrong part, the connection was different, their site only showed the refrigerator model, and part type (sensor), not part number. When I got the part, and took the refrigerator apart, found out it was the wrong part. I contacted them, they wanted picture of the wrong part, picture of the model and serial number of the refrigerator, even though the model number of the refrigerator is on the invoice. I sent pictures, they told me they sent me the right part, will not pay for the shipment back and will probably deduct shipping cost. Amazingly, their site has only positive reviews, I wonder what happened to those that left negative feedback. This is why most people will not do business with outfits like this, and Amazon keeps on growing.

I ordered a part from this company and they sent me the incorrect part. When I contacted them about this mistake, they went back and forth with me, requesting I send pictures the part they sent me, the appliance I have, the part number they sent me which I provided, clearly showing that it was the wrong part. Then they went one step further and sent me a diagram of over 100 parts for my appliance and asked me to identify which part I needed. Although I am an engineer, I shouldn't have to go through all this just to prove that they sent me the wrong part! And to top it all off, in the end they decided they would not offer a refund! Overall I would avoid this company at all costs!

Our washing machine broke several weeks ago. Once we identified the part that needed replacing we placed the order on Dappz.com. The part was never delivered to our apartment. Despite numerous requests to resend the part (it is now 2+ weeks since we last had a functioning washing machine) they refuse to resend or reimburse us the money so we can buy it from a more reputable source. I fail to see how a seller can send a part (no signature was required upon delivery) and take no responsibility for its failure to arrive.

Please order your spare parts from a more honest and reputable seller.

I ordered the filter for my microwave from three different places. Each time I verified the part number, brand and model only to receive the wrong part. This is the only place where the part actually was the correct size and shape as the previous factory installed part.

Placed my order online for a drain pump for my LG washer, I received a coil and a spring for a GE refrigerator. Reported the issue on the website providing my order # and the order # i received with the contents. The next day i received an e-mail with confirmation that my order had been delivered. I called customer explaining the issue, provided the info again, but they said i would have to provide pictures and could not take my word for it, I argue for them to check the order numbers that i provided to confirm my info and they insisted i should send them pictures. I offered to ship the wrong parts anywhere or to the right customer but no they still wanted pictures. E-mails back and forth with them sticking to their ridiculous policy. I order from my drain pump from Parts Clinic. I lost my $48 with GRP but i will never order anything from this company again. The worse customer service.

Upon opening, the part appeared to have been a returned part.
It was dirty, rusty, and not clean. It should not have been sent to customers.
I was disappointed.
I contacted the company and they are rectifying the situation by sending out a replacement part.

I received my Dairy Bin replacement part in a couple of days. It was the exact same part I was replacing in my Refrigerator! My old bin had cracked & broken and I used Genuine Replacement Parts & received an Excellent new dairy bin & Excellent service! This part fit perfectly & made my refrigerator door bin new again! The door air seal was a perfect fit at a reasonable price. The only issue I had was the delivery. Fed-Ex was suppose to deliver on a Friday, but they did not deliver until Monday. They calm they tried to deliver the product on Friday, but my security camera did not show a FedEx truck in my driveway on the day they claimed.

I ordered from another service 4 weeks ago but never heard a thing, and couldn't talk to them because of 'Covid'. However, with GRP, I ordered the same part and got it in less than a week, and was the correct part. And they were even cheaper than the other service.

Just installed the part — so the jury is out. I am replacing a cheap part previously installed. The cheap part lasted about one month before the coils froze over and significantly reduced air flow to the refrigerator. I had issues with the electrical butt connectors. The wire is so small the it is difficult to compress the connector to the wire do a good connection connection.

I received the two gaskets when I was told they would be there. I replaced the left door gasket with little difficulty. When I checked the right door gasket with the new left gasket in place the right door gasket was working fine so I do not need to replace it. I would like to return the one gasket. How do I do that?

Even though I sent them the exact model number of my stove, they sent me a part that did not work. The instructions indicated that a portion of the old part was to be combined with the new one. BUT, due to design changes, that was impossible. I did sent them photos indicating that the item was not appropriate.

They kept my money and the returned item!

The item was a replacement heating element for a glass top Amana stove.

Their "incident number" is *******

They have now refunded my account! Thank you.
