I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.
I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725

However, the estimated arrival date for the product displayed on the site is overly optimistic. Granted I placed my order on the start of a labor day weekend, so I wasn't exactly expecting a quick turnaround. But, still it turned out to be a bit slower than I had hoped.

Exact OEM part, priced fairly but could have bought from amazon for $110 but picture was not same. Do you have a low price guarantee? I think the product may be defective. The water still flows when the agitator starts. The push pull switch will not stop water flow in the initial cycle. To stop water flow, I advance the timer a bit and restart the agitation and it works. On rinse and other cycles, everything works so I don't think it is the inlet valve. I replaced the water level shut off pressure valve but that was probably unnecessary. I think it is a defective timer and an expensive one at that.

GE water filtration faucet had a different body base than the one I was replacing, so it wouldn't fit. I ended up removing all of the parts (cartridge, handle, spigot, etc) and installing them in my old base. Then it worked.

Original item was damaged, but a replacement was quickly sent out. Although this was an OEM GE part, it was slightly different than the original. Rather than being a solid piece of metal, there were several cutouts that are visible and just don't look as nice. But it fits and solves the problem.

Received the part as promised, markings and part numbers indicate it is an OEM part. Installed part, it was a direct retrofit, tested operation and everything worked as required. In our current society where nothing seems to be delivered as promised - no matter the cost - this was a pleasant experience.

I'm skeptical about compatibility, and didn't find any good information about returns... I'd decided to take a chance because their prices were so good, but would have ordered immediately if I felt safer about the transaction.

Delivery, ease of shopping and so forth was 5 star. Only factor detracting was that prices were a bit on high side compared to other sites. Decision was made based on confidence level in OEM "genuine replacement part", rather than taking a chance. Cost differential was approximately 15% over other site but acceptable if difference was OEM vs 3rd party replacement.
Found what seems Ike the exact replacement part for a twenty-something year old oven. Connecting the new coil was easy, and now my oven is as good as new. My one complaint is that this oven is the last white appliance in our kitchen. When other appliances went, we replaced them with stainless. With that in mind, a part of me almost wishes that the oven completely blew up.
The buying process was quick, easy, and you have a responsive website. That being said, your shipping fees and change fees are ridiculous, and I received a damaged product. I am in the process of trying to get this matter resolved, but my inclination at this point is to not recommend using this site, nor using this vendor.
I Purchased an appliance replacement part. Returned it for a refund Got refund for all but the shipping charges. After several attempts to get the $6.99 shipping charge refunded I was refused. In this refusal process two of the business leaders responded. Their responses were condescending, arrogant, pampas and insulting. I requested an apology.

I can not understand why you feel entitled to receiving a refund for the initial 6.99 shipping costs; however, we will not provide you with a refund for this cost of shipping. I also reviewed your support ticket and can affirm that our employees handled your refund and matter correctly.
Moreover, we have already devoted a sufficient amount of time to explaining why we do not refund initial shipping costs. At this time, there is unfortunately nothing more we can add to justify our decision. This will be our final communication on the matter.

GRP is strictly an internet business . The address they publish is a P.O. Box in Mary Ester. According to the County Clerk, they have no physical address - the only physical address is that of the two owners Mr. and Mrs Cline. The warehouse that they elude to is actually their distributor Encompass located near Atlanta, Ga.

Despite the fact that the parts were mirror images of each other (right and left side versions) they were different prices. My order was split without prior notification, so I had to inquire about the situation. The second shipment arrived several days after the first. Although these were standard items for several different brands made by one manufacturer, they were each labeled for different specific brands in the online catalog. Part numbers on the packaging did not match those on the invoice, but once both arrived, they appear to be correct for my application. So the trip wasn't much fun, but we arrived at the destination.
I found the exact bulb for our older Jenn-Air oven here. It was at a good price, in stock and received it in about three days.

The part was installed as instructed after several days delay in the original delivery date. And did not solve the problem. We received an error message.
However, we called and were told to call a manufacturer who has told us to send a photo of the error message the par gave and they will replace. We will see. I had to spend $800 that day to buy a new range for my tenants because I felt that the time for their being patience had concluded.
Difficult to determine if part is correct as it only listed left side track. Also difficult to determine shipping estimate since that button would not function on the web site. Hopefully left track will work on both sides of the dishwasher, since I ordered two. What is your return policy?
Ordered new refrigerator drawers for one of my units. Waiting for tenat to move out before I replace them, I just hope I ordered the rt sizes. Ordering was easy very quick, price was better then any other I've researched. I was concerned about packaging but they come very secure not cracks during shipping.
