I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.
I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725
I ordered an ice maker for our fridge and when we realised there was a different issue with the water supply and tried to return within 5 days the answer was simply NO. Since we had opened the box and the part was considered mechanical the policy is no returns or exceptions. Makes it pretty hard on your everyday home repare guy.

I was skeptical at first since the price was a lot lower than I found elsewhere. But after some online review searching I went for it. It was just as described. I ordered the washer lid late Wednesday afternoon and received it Saturday. It was the exact factory part too. No after market garbage. I will be returning to GRP for further appliance part needs.

The product website shows enough detail to confirm that it will indeed work with my garage opener system. After repeatedly stating a part was not installed, they refused to do the right thing and send the correct part for a job. The person on email chain could not pass third grade I'm guessing and actually read. They peaked in life at that place. Never do business with a place that has BBB listing them as F rating. Waste of time, money, and clean air for another person with a brain. Awaiting manager or someone higher up if they exist to contact me. Holding my breath.
I was able find the exact control board I needed to fix my LG glass top range when the oven stopped working. Quick shipping had the oven working in a few days, not cheap but better than replacing the whole unit.
Website is manipulated to suit their magical policy which seems to just be a "get out of jail free card". Long story short, they don't accept any returns, nor will they help you even if the part you're trying to swap for the correct item is still in good condition. Policy is hidden behind a TLDR contract that basically tries to exempt themselves from providing customer solutions. A company that would rather change their website and on the fly than deal with providing good customer service or even consider a part (wouldn't even let me send it back for inspection) in good condition for an exchange is not worth your time. A "policy" is not a legally biding contract, customers will come back to companies that provide good service.

Service was good, fast and effective. I received the part placed it on my dryer only to find out but the part doesn't work! It still rotates just like the old broken one, so I'm no further ahead. I just took the other knob from the other side of the dryer and am using that for both functions.
Went on their site to order a griddle for my new whirlpool stove... my model number matched their listings of model numbers for the appropriate griddle that goes with my stove. Paid over 40$ for this griddle... does not fit on my stove. At all... Contacted them to let them know... bottom line. They had the number given to them by whomever. It was the right number for my stove so since it doesn't fit they'd let the manufacturer know it is incorrect... But they would allow me to return it but I am responsible for the shipping to and from... at this point once I pay both shipping charges I may as well keep a useless product. What a joke... once again consumer is the one who gets screwed... they should pay for it and get their money back from those who gave them wrong info... not their customers! Ridiculous!
I placed my order late in the evening and the parts arrived in two days! Site was very easy to use and check out was a breeze.
It wasn't until I emailed them for an update that they told me that their inventory wasn't correct and then blamed a manufacturer backorder. I agreed to wait another 5 days if they would refund me my shipping for the hassle ($7). They ignored that request until I threatened to submit a CC claim. Afterwards they cancelled my order. Huge waste of time and effort. Nearly a month with no working oven and a pissed off wife. Thanks GRP! Try and get your team in order, right now it's a sad state of affairs.

I purchased a new handle for our dishwasher. It came and was the wrong size. Called them to either return it or get another size. I was told, sorry we don't return items under $30. What? When did I sign that? When I asked they said, it's in the return policy. Which I guess I should have read it more throughly. Many webistes have this policy, but do have some notification(usually in red) when you are checking out, that this is final sale.
As a business owner, I always disclose all before someone purchases.

Ordered an OEM washer motor (not even stocked locally) at a great price including shipping. Online transaction was very straightforward with excellent GRP communication from order through delivery. Although very rare in my homeowner repair experience, the OEM part was defective. After exchanging a couple defect description and confirmation emails (including pictures) with GRP Customer Service (very courteous, prompt and professional), they took care of me and shipped a new motor at no cost to me the very same day. GRP is at the top of my appliance replacement parts suppliers.

I ordered a part I thought was correct, however, it does not fit my appliance. Further review shows this part on their website is incorrect. I contacted them to return it, they don't have a phone number and sent me a bunch of emails saying they couldnt open my pictures and to send it to their personal email which i did, then they said I refused to do that. I would not recommend them because they have no phone to talk to someone and i was getting emails from at least 2 people. Its a lot of BS.
Very easy to look up part. Reviewed online people who ordered aftermarket parts and found they had to be replaced more often. This is why I wanted a genuine replacement part. I use my dryer alot and did not want constant repair. Part fit perfect. I was worried since my dryer was at least 8 years old. So thankful I could still get the part.
I will never purchase anything from this company again. Purchased two charcoal filters. Opened the box upon arrival and discovered they were the wrong size. Did not install. Went to website and attempted "Chat." No response. Attempted to call, but recording saying customer service not available during holiday (Friday, Nov. 11} Received an email later that day alerting me of the delivery of the items. It stated to reply if problem with the item. I did. Did not receive a reply until late the next evening (Saturday). Replied with issue. Two days went by and nothing. Called service and they said they do not take return items that cost under $30. The items cost a total of $25, and with tax and shipping, came to $38. I wanted to order the correct filters, but, not when they are stiffing me with two I can't use. BEWARE!

Found Genuine Replacement Parts via a Google search. Web site helped to locate correct part and even double-checked that I had the correct model number prior to purchase to ensure I got the correct replacement part. Good price, more than $150 lower than a repair service had quoted. Got the part in about 3 days. Will definitely use them again for future parts needs.
I sent them the correct model number of my fridge. They sent the wrong part. They will not offer a refund or replacement. They say they won't because I opened the package. How in the world are you supposed to see what they sent you. It was not even packaged, the ends were open. My advise is to never buy anything from these people.
I ordered a lower dishwasher rack--the order did NOT include instructions and the parts were un-identifiable as to where/how they fit together. I wound up returning the parts and suffered the 25% restocking fee (even though the reason for the return was due to incomplete parts and insufficient support). Wish I had read the negative reviews before I even placed the order. $36 spent for aggravation + return shipping costs.
Bought the LG replacement Ice Maker in June 2023 to replace the original that came in refrigerator (2022). It is now December 2023 and the new one is doing same thing as the original before it quit. I called Genuine Replacement Parts in Mary Esther, FL. And the answer I got was 30 day warranty. Well 30 days is obviously not enough time to see if is going to work. So at this time I am not willing to spend $175 every 6 months to fix an ice maker. I was hoping Genuine Replacement Parts to at least offer a solution. (ie: new ice maker, or prorated amount, at this point I would have ask to send me one for half price. I am so disappointed that LG (ThinQ products) are a waste and Genuine Replacement Parts would stand behind such products. My first review was great, but at this point my review has changed.

I purchased a part for my dishwasher and finds out that I purchased the incorrect part. I contact Dappz inquiring what the procedures were to return an item 3 times. All I received was an automatic no reply email. I finally sent in the comments section of the transaction section twice. The second time I received this response "please note that for all non defective returns, there is a 25% restock fee and shipping costs are not refundable. All items must be in new and unused condition." What a RIP OFF! This company is horrible. I will NEVER order from Dappz again!
Ordering the part I needed was simply a matter of finding the right model number and knowing what the part name was. I didn't pay extra for shipping, and it still came within a few days. It was just the part we needed to get our dishwasher working properly again!

Same crap as others. Ordered icemaker for my fridge. Send model and serial number and got icemaker about 1 week later. Noticed electric plugs do not match. Emailed them and was told it would need an adapter plug and they have one that might fit. Plug is 35 plus shipping. Now I have icemaker that don't work and a plug that might fit... I am just going to send it back. I get response there is a 25% restock fee plus I pay shipping. It states in the return policy they make the decision if they can resell it. Product was never installed or used. Just opened the wrapper on the icemaker. There is posts listed that they will not accept return because it was opened. Horrible service ever. I thought even with 25% percent fee it would be better to get some money back rather than none. After looking thru other complaints I will just throw it in the trash and count it as a 135 dollar learning curve.
