I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.
I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725
Had to replace the control panel for or Whirlpool washing machine. The website had a great diagram to assist us in what to order and was easy to access. The part was delivered a day ahead of projected date of delivery. Packing was perfect! If ever in need of replacement parts again will be using this company.
Do NOT order from this company unless you are 100% sure it's the part you need. We are all human and sometimes make mistakes when ordering online. The expectation is that the sellers will have a reasonable return policy. Genuine Replacement Parts will make you jump through 1000 hoops, then when your 60 days to return passes, they are done talking to you, and all they can say is "I apologize for the inconvenience." That doesn't solve the problem. I shouldn't have to send dozens of emails with pictures to try to return a product that was ordered incorrectly.
I am very disappointed with this company. They were very incompetent. Their website where I ordered the part was misleading. In addition, their customer service was very poor. When I found out that they had sent me the wrong part, it took them 3 months to refund my money after multiple emails and phone calls on my part. I was only refunded 28% of the original amount I spent. In addition, when I called the company to speak to someone about my refund, the manager hung up on me.
My experience with ordering was fine; part was backordered for several weeks but did arrive; however it was the completely wrong part.
After going back and forth with customer service many times about the product detail, they finally claimed they have a 60 day return policy. I simply wanted them to exchange the right part for the wrong one they sent. No resolution yet to the issue.
If you order, make absolutely sure they're sending the right part!
Oven has thrown error signals for almost a year, haven't been able to use double oven, stove top worked without issue, replaced control board, still wasn't working, replaced temp gauge, working great, if I can do this, anyone can, for under $250 saved a $2000 stove

They sent me The wrong part for my electric stove. They said it match the serial number I gave them. But it obviously was not the correct top. I had to pay $67 shipping to send back. Then they only refunded me 2/3 of my purchase price. They claim they have a 25% restocking fee and don't refund for shipping. However, They sent me the wrong part and they should be responsible for a full refund to me. I sent the same information to another vendor and receive the part in one week and it worked perfectly. After many emails phone calls they will not even contact me back! Do not order from this place

I put my order in on Wednesday and paid an extra $9 to have it delivered by the end of the week and when they finally got around to processing my order (on Friday) they told me it might be there on Monday at the earliest... and when I when to "customer service" they basically told me tough $#*!, deal with it. I will never order anything from these #^@#$* again and neither should you.
As the title said, I'm impressed of how the company relayed shipping information step by step even the 1 day delay by Fed Ex which was understandable.
Even more impressive is the part itself is better than the OEM in part if the construction and lint screen material. I'm certain itself will last longer than my dryer. Thanks again
I paid over $80 for a part. I waited 4 days for the part to arrive. When the part arrived, it was literally a part thrown in an oversize box-no protection around it. A small plastic piece broke off the part during shipment. We had waited for 4 days and my mother in law was tired of washing dishes by hand so i super-glued the broken part in place and installed it. Disgusted by their unprofessional shipping of the product. They offered an exchange but wanted me to jump through hoops taking pictures etc. and I had already installed the part. They never did apologize though. I would get your part elsewhere.

We needed a part, power control board, for my mother-in-laws dryer and after a short search was able to find it and place it on order. It was a quick and easy process for ordering and the part was delivered in a reasonable amount of time considering the Christmas and New Years holidays. We are waiting until the current board fails again before replacing it with the new one. We are happy with the process so far.

The Samsung dryer lint filter that I purchased does not fit my dryer. I was told I could not return it because "All parts must be uninstalled and in new condition to be returned for a refund. The manufacturer will not accept returns on parts that have been installed because they are now deemed used and therefore ineligible to be re-stocked for sale. We also do not sell used parts". This part was not used, it simply did not fit. It is in mint condition and back in the zip lock bag it was received in. Now I own a useless over-priced filter. Never using this company again.
Sorry company... I have a decent size household, I need my laundry working EVERY DAY. Dryer heater element went out. This company posts "delivery" dates and I needed this part fast. So I paid extra on shipping for two day delivery. So fedex tracking showing it won't get here for another four+ days. I emailed their support and this is the response "All of our shipments go ground and is estimated only. At the time of checkout the shipping is estimated and not a guarantee. The closest warehouse that had stock was IL. Thank you!", that's it, that's all I got. NO-"sorry our estimate was wrong heres a reimbursement for the shipping", nothing. I could have clicked general delivery and it was free and it would get here on that later date. This is CROOKED and stealing money from me. I'm going to BBB on this as well, losers.
Easy to find the parts online, easy ordering, and 2-day delivery. I installed the part in our washing machine, and we were back with a functioning washing machine within days. I saved over $250 doing the repair myself, which only took 90 minutes.
Do not order from this firm. This is in reality a bait and switch dishonest business. The parts they supplied were defective and returned by other customers and not any new and genuine parts. Do no be conned by their attractive advertisement and low prices.
I also suspect they removed all the negative reviews so you don't see any on their site.
I have seen very nasty negative reviews on other sites. Also beware of their return policy and time limit. If you installed the parts on your appliances, they will deny any return. But if you don't install the parts, how would you find out they are defective? Then they would try to stall the return request until it is past the 60-day return period and you are out of luck. This is an imposter business, stay away!
I ordered the item with my model number through their website. The sent the wrong item and would not send a prepaid label for returning. First they said that they sent us a replacement for the item that we ordered since the one we ordered was not in stock. Then they blamed us for the item sent in error saying that it was because we came to them through Google?
I am sorry, but unless you are familiar with them, how else would you find their website if not through Google?
Pretty terrible excuse for sending the wrong item. They should have just said, sorry for sending you the wrong item, we will send you a return label and issue a refund. That would have been the right thing to do!
I waited for three weeks for a part from Frigidaire that never arrived. Genuine parts had it at my house in one day. The correct part fits perfectly and cheaper than Frigidaire. I will definitely use again.
The quick response to my call was outstanding and very friendly. I had a small problem with my order and it was solved very quickly. Had a repairman out to look at our dishwashasher who informed us it could not be fixed as the motherboard was no longer available. After he left I did a Google search and quickly found one at Genuine Replacement Parts. I ordered it and it was delivered the next day, though I don't recall that was even an option. The site was easy to navigate and easy to place the order. Can't ask for better service.
Ordered a pump filter W*******. Received W*******, same looking but 3/4 inch smaller and doesn't fit. The company keeps assuring me that the part is right and should fit and if I don't like it I can return it at my expenses plus restocking fees.

This was my first experience with your company, and was very impressed.
I orders an icemaker for my Maytag fridge using my part number. The part they sent did not fit. I sent it back first they would not refund because "The box had been opened"? How can to see if it's the right part without opening the box I would like to know. Then after much discussion they refunded but charged a restocking fee "because the part was not defective" So they send you the wrong part then refuses to refund because you opened the box then charge you a restocking fee for sending you the wrong part. That is their business model. You can read several others who had the exact situation.
UPDATE: After two days it was finally agreed that they send me the wrong part and the part for mine was 100.00 more (sound familiar). They refunded my money and deducted a stocking fee.
Then I get a notice from them about this review. Saying quote "It appears your statement is false and untrue then. I have forwarded this to our legal dept for review. Thank you!".
Ordered the parts to fix my stove, when I ordered it showed the parts in stock and arriving on a specific date. I received an email on the date that my order was to arrive that it had shipped. Now I have a stove that doesn't work and will be unable to cook Christmas dinner. I bought from Dappz because they were about $5 less than their competitor who also offered free returns, guaranteed on time shipping, etc. Lesson learned you get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else... anywhere else!
