I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.
I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725

I received my part in less than a week and I was able to install it myself and it works great. I was unable to locate the part anywhere locally so I had to resort to searching for it online I found this company online and I was apprehensive of ordering online but I am very happy with the results the part I ordered was correct and it fit and it resolved my problem and I did not have to call the repairman or pay an outrageous price for the part price of the part was reasonable and it was the right part it saved me a lot of money thank you

I think someone is offering lower prices for appliance parts from a homemade web site and they go out find it cheaper if they can? And sell to us LOL, at least most of you got what you ordered I did not receive any thing other then an email that said had been delivered already, I never got reply to my compliants after 3 times I just went to a local appliance outlet and bought the dryer belt that I needed, if this Zapps you, is a real business there's not a star low enough on the scale for them!

This company is an absolute nightmare! I recently had to order a front door gasket for my LG washing machine and decided to use genuine replacement parts. What a mistake! They sent me the wrong part, even though I ordered the gasket for the exact model number of my washing machine. When I tried to return it, they made it nearly impossible. I had to jump through hoops, sending emails, calling them on the phone, and taking pictures. And to top it all off, they expected me to pay $60 for shipping to send it back! The gasket was only $100, and it was their mistake that I received the wrong one. Why should I have to pay for their mistake?
This company is a huge organization, but their understanding is absolutely zero. They kept insisting that I had ordered the wrong part, even though I used the model number of my washing machine to order the gasket that was supposed to fit it. When I tried to explain this to them, they refused to listen and made it seem like it was all my fault. I will never do business with this terrible company again. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Avoid them at all costs!

I found the part I needed and ordered the part because the shipping was to arrive in 3 days. It was not even shipped out for 3 days. There were other websites that had the item cheaper but delivery was 6 days. I bought the part at Genuine Replacement Parts and 3 days later received a email that it was finally shipped. Delivery total 8-9 day maybe? I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE. NO DRYER for over a week.

I ordered a lid switch assembly for my Maytag Electric Washing Machine and when I received the order, I received an LG gas valve assembly. When I called about the issue, I was told there was nothing they could do about sending me the correct part until I sent photos of what I had received. I'm still waitingbto hesr from them even after submitting the requested photos.
If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. The part I shipped came broken. Ok, that's a bummer but things happen. How they've chosen to handle making the situation right is beyond me. They require a plethora of information in order to "open a return on my behalf". Ok, its a pain but I got them all of the pictures and information they required. After that, they've continued to jack me around. Its been 7-8 emails of back and forth from multiple different people asking the same questions, be answering and then someone else obviously not having the info taking me down a different path. I find out after a week of back and forth that the return processing will take 75-180 days? They then tell me that even though I've sent them pictures they need the part back. This is after they said they're processing the return. Well, after I as told everything was good, I threw the broken part away. Now they are refusing to issue me a refund or even a replacement part. When I contact them, all I get is scripted responses copied from the last upset customer. Keep in mind this is for a $25 part. Why, when I contact you about a broken part can't you just ask me for pictures and send me a return label and be done with it? Why has this taken over a week of nonsense and now im screwed? I thought i was doing the right thing by going with a smaller company but should have just bought on amazon. Keep in mind this is for a $25 part.

BEWARE before you buy! If for any reason you have to return a part, other than it was their mistake, you'll end up paying a lot more than you thought for a return. I bought a part for $110.89 + $6.99 shipping + $8.59 tax = $126.47. It cost me $39.46 to return the package. I was bound by their policy which required a tracking number, or you would be responsible if it was lost. That ruled out RTS (Return to Sender if you don't open the package.) I could have done RTS because I tried canceling it before it shipped and I never opened or defaced the package. So, you better follow their rules. Money is tight during this pandemic. We live on my husband's meager social security. I asked if they could at least refund part of the shipping cost as a gesture of kindness during these times. They told me it cost them a lot more for the shipping than what they had charged me. I found that very hard to believe. Should have never asked. I finally got my refund which was less than the actual price of the part - $109.89! Do the math: $165.93 - $109.48 = $56.45. It cost me $56.45 just to "not do" business with them.

Everything was fine and worked for the need, just a bit pricey with the shipping costs. Price of doing online business is pushed into the consumer. If you can get elsewhere for free shipping, do it.

I ordered a water filter mount for my refrigerator and it took almost a week to get to me because my unit number got omitted from the shipment, even though it clearly showed on the invoice. Upon opening the box, immediately realized it was the wrong part. Somehow a single letter in the model number had been changed from my order to the actual invoice so the housing I got would not fit my fridge. I immediately emailed them to see about an exchange. They replied and informed me they don't do exchanges. That I would have to send the wrong one back, at my expense, and process an order for another one. Meaning I would have to ultimately have to pay over $25 in shipping for a $50 part. Unacceptable! The most amazing thing is how worried they were that I return the part in the undamaged original shippers box!
As it stands now I just paid $12 in shipping to return the housing on top of the original $8 I paid to begin with. So I am out $20 in shipping for nothing. I sent the tracking number to them and Angie replied telling me that they will inspect the part upon its arrival and from there it will take 10-15 days to process my refund, provided the item passes inspection. I never even opened the plastic packaging so I don't see why it wouldn't, but who knows. Either way I will purchase the product elsewhere now.

I appreciate the availability of the hard-to-find lower basket for an older dishwasher. The width is *slightly* narrower than the original but not enough to be a big problem.
OK so we write reviews when bad things happen, Well, how about paying the price listed for a part online, getting a receipt, and confirmation of payment and scheduled delivery and then getting a call the day the part is supposed to arrive saying you need to pay them a "core deposit" of 60 for the part in order for the delivery to happen, who does that after the sale! IF they would have required the deposit up front I would have paid, instead it was a phone call with no email backing asking for money, STUPID PEOPLE, STUPID COMPANY!
Sent half an order, a day late and then I had to investigate for them to let me know the rest would be out to me about a week later! Then said it was my fault! Won't spend a cent here again! Ever!
I received my oven door seal in great condition. It fits and works perfectly! It gave off a bit of smell at first but I'm sure it will go away the more I use it.

Dishwasher door latch with switches just put loosely in a box no paper or protective packaging. Returned because I ordered one without a handle. Returns a bit of a hassle.
I ordered the correct part number, but they sent the wrong part. I have provided the oven model and serial numbers, pictures of the wrong part received, pictures of the broken part, picture of a page from the manual that came with the stove with the correct part number and a picture of the packing slip with the wrong part number. They still refuse to send the correct part number now unless I contact the manufacturer and have them confirm the correct part number. Definitely NOT A REPUTABLE company as far as I am concerned!
