I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.

5/5 stars just for the level of responsiveness and support I received regarding a damaged part. I reached out after the part I ordered malfunctioned, and their team was incredibly responsive, supportive, and had a new part sent out within 24 hours. Will definitely order from GRP again.

I purchased a compressor from GRP that I ultimately did not need. It wasn't the compressor that was the problem with my frig. I requested to return the compressor to GRP. They promptly provided an RMA with clear and concise return instructions. My refund was provided in the amount of time they said it would be. Great customer service!

I PLACED TWO ORDERS FOR LED LIGHTS FOR MY REFRIGERATOR/FREEZER. THE FIRST ORDER WAS DELIVERED AS PROMISED AND ON TIME, THE SECOND ORDER NEVER ARRIVED WHICH I BLAME FEDEX FOR AS THEIR TRACKING SYSTEM DID NOT TELL THE TRUTH. UPON NOTIFYING GRP IT WAS SUGGESTED THAT I REORDER WHICH I DI AND THAT ONE CAME AS PROMISED. I THEN TRIED TO GO THROUGH FEDEX FOR THE LIGHT THAT NEVER SHOWED UP AND THEY SENT ME BACK TO GRP WHO GOT ME THE APPROPRIATE REFUND. GRP WAS GREAT WHEREAS FEDEX WAS HORRIBLE.

They have great price but not much option to choose delivery. They only have Fedex. I rather choose UPS next time. The Fedex delivery individual did not get out of the truck and drop the package. He sat in the truck and look at me while I was at the gate waiting for him. I had a note on the gate to toss it over, but he did not do so. I don't know why Fedex hire that moron.

Stay Away from this company unless you are 100% sure the component is 100% match.
I ordered a couple light bulbs from them $75 each and they didn't work because they're incompatible to my model.
I tried both bulbs onto my vent hood and didnt work. I attempted a return and they said that
A. The bulb was incompatible to begin with
B. Since I have tried both of them, I can't return it since they don't sell used item.

Company buys Google ads for part numbers that are not accurate (or even in the store) and will not accept returns of any kind if the part does not work if you open the box and attempt install. Very deceptive practice and components like this aren't like consumer electronics.
Will never use again and advise all to look elsewhere for businesses that have better policies for the customer so you aren't left with a part you cannot use and bought from deceptive marketing.

Your rep said this would fit when I gave him my model and serial number, but as you can see, it is much too long, like a dishwasher handle instead of a compactor handle. I have taken several pictures but can't download them because of an error message that they are too large. The box says return to GPR, 775 Tipton Industrial Dr Ste F, Lawrenceville, GA *******. I couldn't answer you quickly because of a hospital stay. This is not a rating, but a request to return the item.

I was quoted a 2 day turn around for parts and paid extra for this service.
My shipment has been delayed, postponed and delayed again. I've only just now received a shipping confirmation which indicates that a label was generated today - well after this product was due to arrive.
My purchasing decision was made taking into account shipping speed and cost - I'd gladly pay more for something sooner. Despite a healthy ($30) markup, my product will arrive after even the most pessimistic quote on eBay. I paid significantly more and will end up waiting longer thanks to Genuine Replacement Parts. Next time, I'm choosing eBay.
Misleading retailer, disappointing service, poor customer relations (they quote policies and claim there's nothing else which can be done).
