I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.
I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725
Needed a sensor for our dishwasher. This site was great in that, by typing in our model number, it was verified that the part was correct.
We went with this site because it said the part would be delivered on Tuesday. On Tuesday I received 2 email2 that the part had shipped - one from UPS and the other from Fed Ex - both we bogus. Online chat was helpful, giving me the correct tracking number BUT it was USPS and the part didn't arrive until Friday.
I would order from here again, but plan several more days than published for delivery.

I paid $38.82 for a shelf for my refrigerator but I guess I had the wrong product # so it didn't fit and had to return it. It cost me $10 to ship it back and they had a MILLION rules about not writing on or damaging the box it came in and blah blah blah. Ok fine. I sent it back so now I'm in it for $48... and they charge a 25% restocking fee plus don't refund any of the shipping. So I got $26 back. I paid $22 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They suck.
I paid double for the part from GRP because it would arrive today and I set up a workman to install the part but they lied about the delivery date. So I now have to pay for workman service call and have no part for him to install. I am also leaving on vacation for a week and can't let my refrigerator run without this part so now I have to empty out the frig and freezer and shut it off while I'm gone. Also I read the whole website and interesting that it wasn't until I bought the part did a window pop up stating they refuse to refund any part under 30 dollars. Mine is over that but I think that horrible to do to people and shows how they do business. If I wasn't in a rush I would have save 30 dollars and got the part from Amazon.
When it was first installed the felt seal came out of its slot. Then fell apart. I will not reorder again.

I ordered the base legs thinking that I would get both sides. Instead I received the same leg (part Labeled "A") and there was no screw to fasten it to the base of the TV. Had to search for part "B" and now have an extra leg. Stii no fastener to attach to the base of the TV.
The new cooktop and burner are working great. I ordered the burner, but the installer said I needed a replacement switch. The switch I ordered was for a Left rear burner. GRP sent the correct switch when the tech gave me a proper Part Number for the Right Front Burner.
I am happy with the way GRP handled my order.
I now have a great looking cooktop and the Right Front burner works. Thank you!

Looked up control module circuit board for older GE Dishwasher - it was in stock. Receive it in a few days in new packaging. Installed it and it worked as required. Couldn't ask for anything simpler. No fuss, no muss.
Website was easy to use. Found what I needed in minutes. My parts shipped fast and I received on the date indicated.
It was easy, I received my part in a couple of days and installed it. It worked the first time, no problem. The only thing different was that I ordered the original part, Oven Burner Ignitor Genuine OEM and was sent a substitute replacement. It worked but I wonder if the substitute is cheaper then the original.

Overall:
As a first time customer, I expected this to be a great experience but the lack of vendor accountability or basic customer service from support team will make me not come back to Genuine Replacement Parts. Accusing your customer of lying and not holding your vendor accountable for sending a dirty used item is disappointing. I do not recommend buying from this site.
Parts were delivered to the wrong address but this was not the fault of GRP. Parts arrived and were exactly as ordered. The people at GRP were very responsive and genuinely concerned when they found out parts were missing as USP had delivered to the wrong address. Will definitely use GRP again!
You didn't list the size of the turntable anywhere on the product description on your website. Because of that error i ordered the product based on its appearance on the website. Only after i received it did i realize it was too big for my microwave AND THEN FOUND OUT THAT I COULDN'T EXCHANGE IT, RETURN IT OR RECEIVEANY CREDIT BACK FOR PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT. I doubt i will ever order anything else from your company.

The part arrived and in good shape even though the box was beaten up very badly. It, the panel was Easy enough to install, but required a special tool which could have been purchased through you? And included? It also would have been nice to have install specifics from you instead of from YouTube? I am still concerned that this part should have been recalled we have owned many microwaves in the past all of which have the same type of control panel and never have they ever stopped working like this one. We were warned when we purchased it to get an extended warranty because of just this problem. And I have several neighbors with similar ge microwaves that have the same issue. Thank goodness my husband is an engineer and had no problem with this install otherwise it would have been smarter and cheaper to buy a new one…. More trash to pollute our planet! This was a built in so it was more expensive to replace. And after it only being about 4 years old it seems that GE should be looking at why this part fails so easily and soon.

I ordered a drawer for my fridge tbey sent tje wrong one, I spent over 30 dollars to send it back to get a replacement or refund. It didn't even go in my fridge mind you, and I get an email stating it was damaged and tjey can't refund me, over 100 dollars lost! Do not buy from this company they are a scam! And wanted ME to pay yo send it back!
I bought a replacement ice maker. When it arrived it was the wrong part. I contacted GRP for a refund. They asked for a photos of the part and the Make and Model sticker on the appliance. I sent the information. It took some time due to Covid-19 restrictions and some miscommunication. The refund was eventually denied. The excuses offered were that I ordered the wrong part originally and took too long returning. Seems like 'isn't able to' means 'someone doesn't want to' in this case. Every time I contact your company it's just another reason why my case doesn't yet warrant a refund. It's just indecent. GRP stonewalled, that accounts for the length of time it took. And, perhaps I did order the wrong part. That's beside the point. If GRP can't afford to exchange a part or refund a mistake, then they cannot afford to be in good business. I strongly encourage you to seek parts elsewhere.
Garbage company. I ordered a gas outlet, and they shipped me a single screw and charged me $17. I contacted their customer support after I received an email invoice for the screw telling them that something went wrong. This was BEFORE I got a shipping notice. They said there was no restocking and that I was going to have to pay, again, $17 for a single screw. I wrote back, again BEFORE I got a shipping tracking number. They replied again that I couldn't return it. Almost a day later, I finally get a tracking number and my card is charged, $17 for a screw that I didn't order. I double checked my browser history the day I tried to make a purchase from this garbage company and I didn't see a single page looking at a screw. Only the original part I tried to order.
Fortunately, I found the same part for cheaper from partsdr com. They had great customer service and got me the correct part promptly. Glad I know about them, because I will never order from GRP for anything ever again.
The company shipped my parts and the parts where not the correct parts for my item. I was disapointed when I was told that the parts paid for had to be returned to me and not refunded because of damage. Upon calling I was told that the carrier may have damaged the part. However, once discussed the company provided me with a full refund and was fair in doing so. The customer service team when I requested a call via email was very prompt in thier response to me and I was extremly happy about that. I ordered a transmission agitator shaft mode shifter and related small parts for our 9 year old GE washer (GE WHRE5550K2WW). The parts I received were factory originals - fit perfectly. This company lies about having any type of telephone support and live chat support. We placed an order for a Samsung One-Connect box, but received a random cable instead. We are a business needing to get our system back up ASAP and were left hung out to dry. Still waiting on a response to emails. Don't order from here, you'll be disappointed! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. We work together with Florida's Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs and have reported them, and they are actively being investigated for fraud due to lying about having customer service staff.
