I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.
I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725
You will not get your money back if the part doesn't fit. Read the Google reviews. Many fake reviews on here. Their website says they will charge you restocking fee if they find you annoying. WTF?
I purchased a door shelf bin basket for my Kenmore EIite refrigerator on July 16th 2020 online. Total order was $39.08 including shipping and tax. I noticed wrong part number and called them back immediately the next day for them to adjust the order with correct part but was told the order has already been processed and to simply return the package back to them for the replacement. They said not to refuse the package (I should have). When I called to inquire about return package procedure, I was told I have to pay for shipping the item back to them (this cost me additional $23). I returned the package on 07-23-2020 and they received it on 07-28-2020. Their policy states they will inspect the item and issue a refund within 15 days. Never got my refund or any communication from them so I sent an email on 09-23-2020 to inquire about my refund. Customer care department replied they will process a refund in the amount of $26.56 as they do not refund the original shipping cost plus they are now charging me 25% restocking fee. What a scam. Had I not contacted them, they would never have refunded anything to me. Never buying anything or recommending anyone from purchasing anything from them.

Never buy anything from these guys, they are posting their items for a lot less than others only to entice you to place the order. Their customer service and return policy sucks big time - BEWARE, DONT BUY FROM THESES PEOPLE.

I am in the process of trying to return a stovetop knob which is the wrong part for my stove. All you can do is email them and they keep asking me the same thing over and over, which is what is the packing slip say the model number is? THERE IS NOT PACKING SLIP! And should they not have this information already since I order this part from them. I paid $80 for this part and they keep giving me the round around. I do not recommend ordering from this company, They are not about the customer comes first and definitely not helpful AT ALL! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE!. IF I could, they would get negative stars. They state that they provide 5 day shipping, but my part arrived 12 days later. When I called customer service, she said that this is an estimated shipping date and it can vary greatly. When I asked to return the part, because it was so late, she said they would charge me for shipping and a restocking fee. BEWARE, they charged me for 4LBS of shipping for a part that weighs 3OZ. After all of the restocking FEES and shipping costs, I get $5 refunded on an $80 part. DAPPZ IS OPERATED BY A BUNCH OF CROOKS!

I purchased from this site because they said CLEARLY said that the parts I needed were in stock and could be delivered the next day. When I still hadn't received a tracking number for them by the next day, I contacted customer service, who said they were being sent out that day and I would receive them the next day (now two days from my order being placed, and a Friday). When I received my package, only half of the items I needed had been sent! And I needed them ALL for installation. I contacted customer service again, who said that now remainder of the items were supposedly being sent out, which means they would arrive the following Monday. I already had the repairman coming this afternoon. They had no explanation other than that kind of pathetic "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" and told me they never guaranteed delivery. Well fine, but then don't CLEARLY LIE to your customers on the website about when products will be delivered because, for many of us, that matters! If it takes you two days for your workers just to get them out of your warehouse, don't say they'll be delivered next day!
We could not return a $360 part because we didn't have the same box they sent it in. Horrible customer service. Please don't waste your money

I ordered a white replacement knob for my GE stove (Part # GE JGB850DEF1WW). Genuine Replacement Parts Shipped Part # GE WB03X*******, a chrome knob that will not fit on my stove. When I emailed their customer service letting them know THEY shipped the wrong part and asked for a refund I got an email from them stating that I had to provide pictures of the incorrect part they shipped, a photo of the incorrect part number (they shipped), and a photo of the serial and model number on the back of the stove. The alternative they provided is: "Otherwise, if you have ordered a part in error or no longer require the part you purchased, we only request confirmation that your part is in new and uninstalled condition to generate your return authorization. No photos would be required." When I try to call their number it always states they are receiving high caller volume and to try to call back later or email them.
Stay away from this business!
