I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.
I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725
I order a dishwasher heating element from this company, same day they charge my PayPal and print a shipping label, they got a tracking number from the shipping label and email it to me, eight days later the usps track show they have not ship it so I call the company and ask them to ship the package, 0r refund my money they blame usps and the covid19 didnt accept responsability, not refund no shipping so I have to open a case with paypal, no to mention how rude they are.
I was looking for a part for my refrigerator and I found this place and I ordered because supposedly arriving faster than any other place they promised me delivery in 2 business days and I order it, the product arrive on the fifth day, and as I needed urgent I bought it at a local store and I return the package to Dappz, paying for the return and insurance and I told them They says that the return is going to be in a maximum of 10 days, but they never talk about the restoking fee and this store made me a surcharge of 25% of the value of the product parts, the products are not well protected, so it is risking to see as you return to the product since they say that they have to do an inspection before making the return and depends them if they give you or not a refund, I never had seen this surcharge on any another store earlier with a new part without using and returned the next day came. I do not recommend this store because they have a hidden charges and charge you for everything and have a terrible customer service. At the end the cheap comes out expensive I never buy any product in this place. I had a very bad experience with this company :/
Exact replacement of original part. Just had to remove screws from broken piece & replace with new part. All screw holes perfectly line up.

Purchased 2 freezer baskets PER my PartsSheet of Sears Kenmore chest Freezer, not correct size, instantly sent photo and needless to say I have a claim with the Better Business Bureau.

Rude, and totally a Company not worth getting my business ever again.
My dryer works fine and save me money to get a new one, so glad I could find the right place to buy it

Nice easy to use site/order page. Competitive pricing. Fast shipper,order came well protected. Spider fit exactly. O.E.M. Part? Washer up & running better than ever. Bought used (2005 model) for $350. In '06. Replaced bearings, tub o-ring, rear seal & 3 shocks 12 yrs. Later. Actually quiet now! Don't throw yours out if it sounds loud during spin cycle. Many Vids on YouTube how to fix. Had to use a 8- Lb. hammer to knock out tub as #20 OZ. Was not getting it. Bearing was rusted on quite thoroughly. A couple of whacks gained co-operation. Do repair ASAP as you could damage outer tub & boot seal by running it further. Spent just under $200. For all the parts. Not hard to do & 5-X less than buying a new one.

Don't agree with 25% restock fee, should be around 15% is most typically seen in retail. Other than that though, would order again.
I had placed two seperate orders, one being for next day delivery with a charge of $5.00 additional. I however didn't receive it the next day...it was days later. Would like a refund.

Great service! Very specific info on what you were ordering, and when it would be shipped and expected date of delivery! A+++++++ in every way. Don't hesitate to order from these people. They have even the tiniest little part, at a reasonable price.
First order worked well. No option for faster delivery. Not terrible, but could be an improvement.
Now I am looking for a refrigerator fan motor. Seems like s pretty common part, found it in many places, but can't find it with you. Sorry.
Delivery time was a lot slower than stated when placing the order. Received phone call stating it will be another 2 days, yet it became 4 days instead. Started to become an inconvenience, but what can you expect for the price.
Found my part, ordering and checkout was super easy (processed as a 'guest'), and so far really impressed. Now we just need to item to show up in 2 days like it says. Thanks!

I went through 15 appliance parts sites before finding yours. I hit you by entering an OEM part number alone on a google tab. Could have saved 2 hours if I found you sooner. In my 'favorites' now, but you need to find a way to get 'noticed' quicker. Great price + free ship... doesn't get any better than that.

No alternate (expedited) shipping modes, other than standard, also difficult to communicate via chat, the system kept disconnecting me while typing, a customer service rep to talk to would have been nice.
