Super expensive the "SS" drip pan for my refrigerator... it is plastic, not SS. My problem withe previous one, exactly the same as this one, is that the SS paint peels off. So, I am sure it will happen again and paying $70 it seems too high.

Website was super easy to navigate. Found what I was looking for quickly. Price is comparable to everywhere else I found it but you guys can have it here in one day where other sites were charging me the same price for a 5-6 business day delivery.

For $75 shipping I would have expected a faster delivery time (especially from UPS.) I understand the box was a little on the large side but it was only 20 lbs. Over a week to ship was longer than any package I have received in recent times.

Everything was excellent except I could not track my shipment. Your web sight only indicated inprocess even after the order shipped.
Fix that and you blow your comp out of the water.

Selecting the correct product replacement was easy. The shipment arrived in a very timely manner. We ordered a replacement silverware basket for our dishwasher. The new basket is exactly like the original one. The original basket was starting to have wear and tear in the bottom of the basket due to knives and other sharp items over several years. Nice to have the new basket so that things do not accidentally drop trough. Highly recommend ordering from this company.

Well, okay except first attempt ended with transaction timed out, I had no idea whether I had made order or had to reorder, I did the latter so hopefully I do not get two of each. No way to contact co. In short order.
My bank was charged twice for this single item. I need to know what is going on, both bedits were to this company.

The product pictured on your web site exactly matched what I was replacing and I was willing to pay a bit more to get it. The product I received was a manufacturer's replacement part that a) I could have gotten for about half the price at other web sites and b) is a lot more difficult to install as it must be manipulated and modified to properly fit (all per manufacturer's approval, but a pain nonetheless).

The order said it was to arrive in one day (on a Friday). In reality it arrived on Monday.

I would have paid more or ordered it from another source in order to receive it on Friday. I understand it was only one more business day but the machine I fixed was out of service for several days longer than expected.

Your delivery estimate needs to be more accurate and you need to have a way to track the order. Maybe it was because you used USPS which has a reputation for being a bit iffy.

Easy to find the product I needed and order it. Really liked the ease of use of the site. No way to tell whether the product comes with installation instructions of not.
Hate the fact they make me create an account.
Product did not have any instructions on how to install. I figured it out but that would have been helpful.
Guest checkout rather than creating an account would have helped too.

Now I received the product. It seems they generate ONLY shipping label right away, but actual package shipped days late. My order is for a GE refrigerator door gasket (a rubber sealing part). It shows on DAPPZ.com that the part is OEM, but it is not. Also, the box was old,torn and taped, had been opened times. I am sure this had been sold and shipped before, then returned back, because the old shipping labels were removed but not completely. The product was damaged (magnetic strip inside broken). Since it is still useable, I did not return it, because I need refrigerator running as soon as possible. I think if a part sold not new it should be said so on the website, if it shows 6 in stock shipping should not be days late. It is hard for me to believe that I ought to shop there next time.

Would have been nice to get the tracking number, when it was shipped. Didn't find out til after I received it. The purchase screen said probably arrive next day (Friday), instead arrived on Monday. But I couldn't tell because had no tracking number.

Ordering was fine, delivery acceptable but I didn't realize they had a no return policy. I was very surprised when I tried to return it because I actually had a different issue with the oven and I didn't need this part. In past experience with other sites there was always an easy return process if the part was not right. It's so common I didn't think to check (my bad!).

Each time I called your site for advice or help, your representatives were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Your web site is well laid out and easy to use. I particularly like the "Model #" box in the final screen that let's you verify the part is correct for your appliance. I will be using your company again if I ever need appliance parts in the future.

Exactly what I needed at the best price. Also, quick shipping. Service was excellent. The product, a factory replacement, was defective. Though no fault of their own, Epartsasap.com quickly replaced the defective part.

I never received an email confirmation and the credit card is still showing as pending. There was supposed to be 3 day shipping which turned into over a week. When the part was received, it was not the part that I needed. I was unable to contact the company due to the hurricane. When I finally received an email response, I wrote back again and still have no instructions on submitting the return or shipping it.

The site was easily navigated to find what I needed to order. It was quite a difference in price than other sites. They say the item is EOM and made by Whirlpool. I think this replacement seal seemed thinner than the seal I was replacing. Maybe that is a good thing and may ensure a tighter seal. Install went well we have washed many loads of clothes with nor a drop of water leaking out.
This site will surely be a place I return to if I need additional parts in the future! Thanks!

So far it was easy to locate what I needed. You guys were great BUT took me a long time for FedEx to deliver my order. I realize it was not the fault of your company but fedex. But, goodness, can't you send it with someone else? All they have is excuses... Covid, weather, etc. give me a break! You had my item in stock. Sent right out and FedEx sat on it FOREVER

We checked around for the parts we needed and found them here at a good price and a low shipping rate. The process of replacing them in our washer was not a simple task but there are a lot of You Tube videos which will help you out. It's too expensive to hire a repairman. Might as well get a new machine for what they charge. But we did the repair with OEM parts form Dappz. Service was GREAT! Thank you.

Disappointed that more parts are not available, however I also understand that it is a 34 year old appliance.

Part, gasket, came with several kinks in it (bent). Doesn't fit good because of it.couldn't get the kinks out.

Accidentally ordered the wrong part. Called and was on hold for 45min, then gave up. Tried the web based app, but no one responded. Sent email and finally got answer to my return question.
