I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.
I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725
Everything was great except i found after ordering that the price you charged me for the refrigerator part is higher than sear online parts store- since you are not as well known as sears- your prices should be lower
Your prices are more reasonable than anyone else I have found including my product will be here within 1 business day. I was able to find what I needed without being taken to 100 different products that did not go with my model number. Thank you

I ordered a grating insert and the insert carrier it fits into for a Braub food processor. The grating insert does not fit into the carrier and even though it didn't snap in like the original Braun parts, I attempted to grate carrots, then cheese.
It just mashes the cheese into a gummy ball and the carrots wouldn't even feed through.
I called customer service. They refused to do a return because "item has been used". OF COURSE IT HAS BEEN USED! HOW ELSE WOULD I KNOW IF IT GRATES ANYTHING?
Plus, even if they would do a refund, they wanted ME to pay return shipping. BUT NO REFUND!
I do NOT recommend this company. Watch out!

I received a quality replacement part in just a few days and installed it with no problems. Washing machine is functioning well.
Overall quality of product is excellent and completely satisfied. New door is a perfect match and appears to be OEM. Quite expensive item but not due to this Merchant as my research showed approximately the same cost for all merchants. Would recommend to others.

The fairly long clear plastic deli bin replacement cover for my LG refrigerator was packaged very well to protect it, and was received in perfect condition. It is factory original as described, fits perfectly, and works correctly.
Luckily found a part for 10 year old Samsung fridge. Only website that had the part I needed. Hopefully installing will not be too difficult! Thanks so much! Would have cost a fortune to get repair person out to fix the door handle!
We inadvertently ordered incorrect part and have had a lot of communication with customer service. Returned item a few days ago, so still awaiting final outcome, but they have been excellent in their responsiveness, courtesy and helpfulness.
Found myself checking a lot of other places in order to verify compatibility of my final choice of part numbers.
Non-OEM parts,some offered on you site, often don't show up when searching by OEM number. Small glitch for the otherwise great web site.
