Genuine Replacement Parts

Incorrect parts sent. Communications with GRP are impossible 'live'. Took about 8-10 emails and over a week to have them admit that the parts were wrong. I had to pay $32 in return shipping and now 8 days after UPS shows the package accepted, I have no credit for the parts. This has been a terrible experience. There are plenty of other vendors to turn to!

This was a great experience. The customer care kept me informed about my order. When i received the order, the product was original/genuine part and worked right away. No one can match their prices too.they are very reasonable.

My overall experience was very good with them. My shipment was going to be a day or two later than scheduled, but they sent me an email and let me know ahead of time which was very nice. I'm glad to know that your business still stocks parts for my 18 year old refrigerator. I've checked local well known parts warehouses and they don't have any. They tell me time to replace the appliance. I will keep GRP in mind if I need additional parts in the future.

It was easy to find the part I needed, and it shipped unbelievably fast. Our dishwasher was fixed in just a few days.

The item descriptions could have been more detailed--when buying a product I've never bought before, I prefer more detailed technical information about the product, but the gaskets that arrived were exactly the right items for my refrigerator, and were easy to install. So I'm very satisfied.

Very easy to use web site. Exact factory replacement part. A bit more costly than the competition, but as long as it is a Whirlpool part I accept that.

Update: Apparently there is a difference in units. The previous "generic" ice maker I installed a year or so ago was much louder, and the metal lift arm didn't work. It was too short and while I tried to install the original unit it still didn't turn off ice making when the ice container was full.

This unit does. Very satisfied.

Very straight forward, good flow to order and pay for.

The left unit was fabricated improperly. The second burner tube connection was two inches longer than the first burner tube. I was able to make it work however (not a deal breaker).

Also, as dirty as the parts were, it makes me wonder if they they were new items. Maybe they were reconditioned or removed from an older unit.

Regardless, I am back in business!

THEY ARE SO BAD. DIDNT GET MY STUFF WAITED HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT. THEN AFTER WAITING A WEEK I E MAILED THEM TO FIND OUT WHERE MY ORDER ID TO COME TO FIND OUT THEY DIDNT HAVE IT BUT YET CHARGED MY ACCOUNT. HORRIABLE DONT BUY FROM THESE LOOSERS.

Always worried when ordering glass parts. The packaging was excellent and protected the part even though there was a hand size puncture hole in the outer box from the shipper. The delivery driver suspected possible damage as he opened the box on my doorstep to inspect it. He must have been as happy as I was.

The first broiler element you sent was bent very badly. The box had been squeezed. After sending pictures and model numbers, I received a replacement, but it was also bent, though not as much. We straightened the element enough to use it. I do not understand why you ship these without reinforcing with Styrofoam or something.

Very Easy. At first I was concerned I would need to return this part. Customer service responded right away (even though it was after hours on a Friday). They explained what I needed to do. I was able to resolve the other issue so my refrigerator is up and running. All in all a great company to deal with.

The parts were perfect, pricing and delivery was great. I don't care for the fact you MUST fill out a "comment" in the comment field of this survey. Like most people, we are really tired of all the surveys you have to take after every purchase and the fact you MUST fill out every question. That forces folks to not be as truthful just get put an answer to move on...

After receiving the part it was exactly what I needed. The washing machine is now working again and I saved a crud load of money this way.

Replacement part arrived quickly, and functioned as intended. The only slight downside was a different on/off switch, the new one did not seem to be as durable, but no issue as far as function. Overall great experience.
