Needed a new bottom sprayer for our Kitchenaid Dishwasher. After extensive research from other sites. Decided to purchase from here due to price and shipping

This website is a scam and a waste of time. I ordered an item and they were quick to take my money however they did not send my item nor did they inform me of any issues. After trying to email them several times, they responded saying they dont have my item in stock. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I am so impressed after using the GRP replacement part website. After putting in my GE range model number, and identifying the the part I were needing I immediately saw my replacement part pop up on my screen. I am very satisfied with GRP online services...

The web site was easy to use and the prices were reasonable. The package arrived in a reasonable time frame, but the part did not fit. It turned out that when I typed my appliance model number into the web site there was a revision to the model number and I had failed to type in the version I had. The web site did not have anything asking for clarification and no other part was offered so I ended up with the wrong part. I called the customer service line and was told I could send it back but they would not provide a return label so my cost to return is a minimum of $150. The shipping cost from GRP was $6.99 but since they will not send a return label your cost will be much higher. They know that no one will return incorrect parts because the cost for an individual is so much higher than the cost they have with FedEx. The customer service reps were very rude and left me on hold for almost an hour, I finally called back from another phone to get someone to talk to me. There are many on-line appliance part sources, choose wisely and avoid GRP! It was the worst experience I have ever had with a on-line company.

When replacing the new burner for the old burner, the tabs on the new burner are not identical to the old burner. Before you disconnect the wires, you need to look at the old burner and take a picture of the numbers(1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, etc.) on the tabs and how they correspond to the wires from the stove. Then match up the wires to the numbers on the tabs of the new burner.
Product did arrive 1 day later than estimated.

Company wanted $470.00 plus tax to change this $53.00 valve? Really? ‍

All items were exactly what was needed to repair and refurbish my refrigerator. Very satisfied with this company. All parts came in within a week of ordering.

Part arrived in just a few days after order was placed and in good condition. Have not been able to install it yet but looks exactly like the one that is cracked on my pantry cover.

I was able to purchase an oem heating element for my 13 year old dryer at a competitive price from GRP. The part arrived earlier than expected and thus far my dryer is operating satisfactorily.

Website was very easy to navigate and I received the correct replacement item in a timely manner. I will absolutely use this service again for future items.

The old brake assembly took some convincing to remove. Especially without the wrench. Once done it all went quite smooth. Washer has now stopped screwing at every stop.

This company stole $70 from me, I order a part does not work and they are refusing to return my money. Do not I repeat DO NOT do business with this people. They send me a used part instead of a new part. Follow my advice never do business with this company. Read their response DO NOT ORDER anything from this company they are a scam

Bought online, was supposedly shipped on Friday Afternoon, had an email confirming shipping from Genuine on Friday afternoon with planned delivery on Monday 12/26. Fed Ex didn't receive item until Tuesday 12/27. According to *******@genuineparts.com, when they checked the warehouse, it was confirmed to be shipped by warehouse personnel on Monday, yet Fed ex didn't receive from GRP until after 5 PM on Tuesday PM. Genuine blamed weather for the delay in getting it to me Lawrenceville GA- Cornelia, GA! Go figure!

Correct part and it actually came as promised. We waited over a month for Sears and never got part. Nice to know an honest company is still out there.

Ordered a new lint filter screen for my older Kenmore dryer. Part arrived two in two days. Very happy with my purchase. Will buy from them again, if and when I need another replacement part.

I bought an item and simply did not need it. The day it arrived I emailed and asked for return number. Beware: NO returns on items less than thirty dollars! Absolutely avoid this sketchy company.

BEWARE: UNFAIR RETURN POLICY. I ordered a water inlet valve for a dishwasher. The part of the value that connected to the water hose was slightly larger in circumference than the original part, despite the same part number. This was not obvious until I attempted to install the part, which was unsuccessful. GRPs return policy says if you attempt to use a part, it will not be replaced. It does not matter if the part is defective. In fact, it seems that they only replace a part if they sent the wrong part, not a defective part. Take your business somewhere else. Patronize a business that has a fair return policy -- even if there is little chance you will return the part.

We were having problems with items getting hung up in the filter housing. The replacement part fit perfectly. It just added a few years to the dryer's life.

Return policy unreasonable! Now stuck with $114 part that we can't use. Customer service is a joke! Will let everyone we know not to deal with these thieves!

They sent me the wrong item. Told me to ship it back, so I did. They now say they don't know where the box is and that there is nobody in that department at all to even try to look for it. It has been over a month now. They have no phone numbers any where to be found. You go onto live chat and only one time out of the seven times I tried did somebody on the other end pick up. They now refuse to answer my emails asking when I will get my refund. A bunch of crooks and thief's! STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THESE PEOPLE --- AND WHY ARE THEY EVEN STILL IN BUSINESS IF ALL THEY DO IS STEAL FROM PEOPLE!? -- If i could give a ZERO star rating I would surely do so!
