I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.
I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725
Refused to refund or exchange after clearly supplying the wrong part.
I sent proof of wrong item delivered.
Stay away!
Shipped the part very promptly (received in day) and is working great.

It took me at least 6 or 7 attempts to finally enter the payment stage of filling out the online form. The system simply froze and would not let me complete the transaction.
I waited another day and it finally accepted it. I also got mixed reports that said there were 19 available and then another time when it said out of stock. A confusing message. Just happy that it hopefully "took" and my kitchen aid food processing replacement bowl will arrive correctly. Thank you

Received items in timely fashion but no tracking/shipping info was ever provided, just an estimated delivery date. When I would call their number, i would get a recording that the best way to reach them is by email. My order did arrive on the estimated delivery date, though.
Everything was awesome I had a difficult time trying to find this particular part and you were able to ship it within a few days a bit expensive for what I was buying but in the big picture is still save me hundreds of dollars so thank you
Quick and easy, but you don't even sell a dryer belt! Every other site does! You lost an easy sale because you didn't carry this common item everyone would want to replace if they are doing a big service like a motor replacement. The motor works well, though.
When you order a part and it comes quickly and is correct...you get good reviews. It's the "problems" that show the true character of a company's customer service. Incident #******* straight story...Disappointed in my 3-year old Maytag. Control panel shorted. Removed washer lid and how convenient...there's a QR code on the part. Scanned it and it took me straight to GRP with the part on my phone screen. Paid and shipped. I'm thinking easy and efficient on their part. Part comes, wrong color and a few additional options on the panel. Wife says didn't mind the silver on white, if it works, keep it...clothes were piling up. Installed part, everything worked...for a week. Started throwing error codes on optional cycles but all main wash cycles worked fine. Contacted GRP and "correct part" out of stock for three months. Offered a return/refund. Told them since we can still wash clothes, we will simply keep it until the correct part comes in. Part finally comes in, can't do an even exchange because this part is $285 and first part was only $185. So I had to buy this part then request return authorization and refund. Correct part worked fine. Received an e-mail...since I ordered the incorrect part, no refund. I said but I scanned the QR code and it took me straight to you with the part on the screen. Was told, never trust QR codes, my mistake, now a used part...no refund even though I just spent additional $285 on the correct part. Went back and forth several times with several people. Several messages were confusing and were not even addressing what I was asking. There may not be a right/wrong answer here. Curious; would you have trusted the QR code that you scanned with your phone? Scan the QR code that is attached and you will see exactly what I did.

When ordered a part, if there is a QR code to scan....DO NOT TRUST IT.
confirm model # and serial number. I scanned a QR code on the part which took me straight to GRP but it was the wrong part so they blame me....no refund even though I also purchased the correct part. I spent $460 on two parts on a three year old Maytag that was $500 on a labor day sale. Very poor customer service
Delivery came in at night after hours. We couldnt inspect the shipment correctly and found out that equipment was damaged or hit with a forklift. They told us we couldnt do anything since we signed delivery as no problems.
I installed the control board for my Whirlpool dryer and now it works again. Good product, great price (about $100 less than repairclinic), quick delivery time. I would use GRP again next time I need to repair an appliance.

There was a small crack in the plastic that didn't affect overall strength but was there none the less.
I feel this may have been a return from another customer. Anyway, it solved my problem so overall I am very happy. Will definitely buy from you guys again. (Just hope I don't need to).

I have now received my entire order and can say that I am very pleased with the total process--ordering, delivery and absolutely suitable product. It is exactly as described and fits perfectly. Whenever requiring such items again, I shall order from this supplier.
First time on this site it was easy. I purchased one of these back in April from a Home appliance center for our stove hopefully this one will last longer then 2 month. Can not take it back they do not except returns.

Circuit Board arrived with damaged/loose capacitor. Needed better care when packing and shipping electronics. Had to wait an extra week for the second one to get here. Sent damaged one back for refund.

Incorrect parts sent. Communications with GRP are impossible 'live'. Took about 8-10 emails and over a week to have them admit that the parts were wrong. I had to pay $32 in return shipping and now 8 days after UPS shows the package accepted, I have no credit for the parts. This has been a terrible experience. There are plenty of other vendors to turn to!
