I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Genuine Replacement Parts is a dependable and responsive company that provides OEM parts at a significant price reduction from what one might get if one went to the appliance manufacturer I have had other transactions with GRP, and they have all been smooth and easy.
I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # 4920725
After receiving a temperature sensor for my refrigerator from Genuine Replacement Parts I found the connector was wrong for my fridge. I have since found that there were two temp sensors listed and I ordered the wrong one. The part I ordered cost $21 plus some change. In my attempt to send the wrong part back I found from one of their representatives that their return policy was clear that they do not allow returns on items costing less than $30. That information is not shown in their Terms & Conditions page which pops up in the ordering process. To find that limitation one needs to click on a different page reflecting the details of their return policy.
I do not know if they are above board on other aspects of their business. I am not willing to find out.

I trusted GRP when I was searching for a replacement for my Maytag ice maker that was dripping water. It looks like they got it right; it fit perfectly and seems to be working fine. It was unclear exactly when I would receive the part. It says 3 day shipping, but it took about a week to process. Got it in about a week and a half. Still not bad.
I am a disabled vet on a fixed income and found genuine and research on how to repair my washer. Entered in the model number and the part I needed came up so I ordered it. It's a control panel and literally plugs into the washer. Not even "installed". Come to find out after emailing customer service, it was the wrong part, which they are not responsible for and must not be responsible for their website bringing up the wrong part as well. After several emails, they will NOT take the part back and refund me my $220.56. Washer is not fixed and I'm out $220.56 when I had faith in getting the correct part from their website.
They wouldn't even do 1/2 a refund or anything. I don't think this is very good customer service or return policy for a business taking advantage of a disabled vet on a fixed income. Must not be an American company.
According to GRP, "They have redesigned this part, so it does look different, but it is correct according to Electrolux."
It is not correct per my appliance and they will not accept a return/refund because, "it looks like this item is not eligible for a return since we do not process returns under $30.00."

That means they can always ship to you the wrong part when its under $30 and you can't do anything about it. You will be out $30, and they just made a profit!
Order a part for my stove. Their website stated it would be delivered on a Friday which was quicker then anyone else, and for that reason I purchased their product. The package was not received till the following Monday. To add to that they sent me the wrong part number. I emailed them and started following the process to get correct parts. They have not emailed me or told me what is going on. Do not order from this company. Waste of time and horrible service.
I ordered my product on a Sunday and it was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. The company emailed me right away to let me know there was a slight delay, and I received my product on Wednesday. Even though shipping was a bit delayed, it didn't bother me much because I had the information. Just a wonderful element of customer service that you don't see much anymore. I will purchase from GRP in the future!
I purchased a bin and frame for my KitchenAid refrigerator. The parts arrived very quickly but they did not fit. The customer support spokesperson claimed that they had shipped the part I ordered, However, they still advertise those parts as the "genuine parts" for my refrigerator's model number. I did open the boxes to check the fit of the parts but pack them back in the same boxes and packing materials that I received them. READ THE FINE PRINT, if you open the package they may charge you a restocking fee. You have to pay for the return shipping fees which amounted to ~35% of the value of the wrong parts. I paid $161.65 and was refunded $142.78. Which meant they did not reimburse the taxes or the shipping I paid. I had to call several times to get ~50% of my money back This is one of the worst companies I ever deal with. Their costumer support sucks. I will never buy from them again.
I ordered a part for refrigerator. It arrived in a timely manner but the part was sticking out of of the side of the box - damaged. On chat I was told to send pictures. They kept saying they could not open. I sent in multiple formats. Finally I told them to send a ship label and I will return it so you can see for first hand. They said "no". GRP refuses to refund my $58. That's weird! I guess this is not a reputable company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a part for my refrigerator. I ordered from Genuine Replacement parts because they stated a 2 day shipping time. It ended up being 4 days as instead of shipping with Fedex or UPS as their website clearly stated they shipped regular USPS. I felt they misrepresented their shipping time for a part I needed desperately. The customer service rep I spoke to was no help. Saying they had now way to provide expedited shipping so their order confirmation from my web order was clearly a lie. Beware using this company if timing is critical.

Needed a microwave turntable plate because my son accidently broke ours. Quick and easy experience to shop the website. Found the exact replacement part. Not to expensive. Shipped directly to me and in a reasonable amount of time. Hopefully I don't need to do this again but if I do - this is exactly the site I'd shop at.

I ordered a part they advertised on their website, they sent a cheaper substitute part. After over 20 emails, 4 phone calls, and waiting over a month they finally gave me a refund for the item but refuse to refund the shipping costs.
They make it very difficult to return items and even required me to send them a picture of my refrigerator! LOL! Have you ever heard of such a thing?
They sent me the wrong item. The item cost $50. When I asked for an exchange, they said no. They said they would refund me, I would ship the item back, and then I could buy the correct item.
This sounded fine to me. However, they were going to charge me for shipping and a restocking fee. I ended receiving a $9 refund for a $50 item.

Trying to reach this company and they do not answer their phone, and even tried using their on line Chat during their posted hours and nothing... this is horrible customer service. Every 10 seconds on hold they try to get you to email their support department, and state that "our staff is dedicated to answering your questions as quickly as possible". Lol. What a joke.
I placed an online order with them. After I submitted the order, I noticed that I had ordered a wrong item.
I read their disclaimer about items less than $30 and understood this. There was no way to change the order, or delete it.
I called them first thing on Monday morning but did not get an answer. Finally a prompt advised me to leave my phone number and they would call me back, and that I would not lose my spot in line.
I did receive the promised call back. I explained to the rep what I had done. She indicated an email would be sent to the warehouse to see if the order could be stopped, for the one item that was inadvertently ordered.
Later I received an email back stating it had already been prepared, and it would ship.
I am not complaining, as I understood the policy. But, just a word of caution to prospective buyers. Be very, very sure when you hit the submit button. If you make a mistake, there is no way to change or delete it. Once you submit your order, it is yours.
Their web-site search system returned the wrong part. Just wanted to return it and re-order the correct one. Their customer support said great, but there will still be a 25% restocking fee and will have to pay for return shipping. Should have just used Amazon. They were completely unapologetic.

Like many discount sites, if the transaction goes well you will be happy. If there is an issue, that is when you see that the discount is not worth it.

All that was ordered arrived on time and packaged well, I need to get the time to remove the old and replace it with this new lid but by all looks it should fit and work out well. Buying this myself and going to replace it with the needed part will save so much than having someone come in, order and then come back to then put in place. This all saved me lots of $$s and will be just what was needed. I also ordered feet that didn't come with it when first purchased, would have made it easier to balance has I known that the feet were not there to adjust so that will be nice as well

Prices are competitive, but don't order form this site if you are depending on their estimated deliveries. I was given same day shipping estimates from a warehouse a state away, but got next day shipping from a warehouse half the country away. All for a delay of 5 days. Last time I order from here. Only thing customer service was offering was a refund of 85 percent of the price of the part, if I paid for return shipping (in addition to the original shipping). On a 75 dollar part, that would be about a 30 dollar fee just to return it when all totalled. Ridiculous.
We received the part but were able to fix the dishwasher ourselves so we didn't use the part. Mailed it back per their instructions but received a response saying "This part has been installed and does not qualify for a refund". This is complete hogwash! It was in perfect condition just like it was when we received it. Never again would I order anything from this company!
I ordered a part on 5/13/19 and it was the wrong one, for which i take responsibility.
I have requested a return number about 8 times, and there is always a polite response that they are waiting for the Manufacturer to give them this number.
I point out my transaction and payment is with GRP.
Their excuse is not a reason, and after waiting 3 weeks I can only assume that they are stalling to avoid making a refund.
This company is horrible. You can never speak to a person and they have ridiculous return policies- 25% restocking fee for an item that was not even wrapped in bubble wrap, plus you pay the shipping. I will never buy from them again. BUYER BEWARE- product descriptions are not accurate and returns are a nightmare.
Received my part but it did not fit. I returned it the next day. Customer support gave me return instructions. Was disappointed to see the return postage was $37 and the part only cost $53 and $7 shipping. I would have thought return fees would be borne by GRP. I have not received my refund yet but I don't think my return has been received yet. When all the dust settles I'll be out $43 dollars. I am sorry I did not buy this part on Amazon who also had it because the return is free.
From searching for the part that I needed to being updated on the shipping, and the one-day delay notification to actually receiving the correct part, this company is truly above the rest in terms of professionalism, response time and customer service. I plan on using them from now on whenever I need parts.
